Tafsir
Allah never victimizes His Prophets. Since He accepts their prayers in His Divine will, He said to Hazrat Jesus: "O Jesus! Surely I will send you this table, but whoever disbelieves after this, I will torment them with torment that I have not tormented the worlds. Thereupon Allah sent the miracle. Although the people of Jesus saw these miracles, some of them were still stubborn and denied. Allah does not go back on His promise. He turned those who disbelieved into pigs, the most evil and forbidden of animals, and made them live for three days as an example to the worlds and then destroyed them.
Whoever demands a miracle from Allah (swt), and Allah (swt) shows it to them, and they still say that it is magic or disbelieve in it, Allah (swt) will take a public action against that people and destroy them on the earth. To give one example, the people of Salih 'alaihis-salâm' wanted a camel to come out of a stone, and Allah (swt) performed this miracle. However, the people strangled this camel to death. Allah (swt) then destroyed those who still mocked Allah (swt) and disbelieved in what He had sent, even though Allah (swt) had brought about the events they wanted.
Maideen is described in the Tafsir as follows. A red table was sent down by Allah between two clouds. The food on it was a fish fried in its own oil without bones or scales. There was salt on the head of the fish, vinegar in a bowl on the tail, and various vegetables around it. There were also five buns. On the first one were olives, on the second one honey, on the third oil, on the fourth cheese, and on the fifth dried meat.
Jesus 'alaihis-salâm' could not contain himself in the face of this miracle and wept and said, 'O Lord, make me one of your servants. O God! Make this a mercy and not a calamity. (Bismillah hayrırrazıkın) and opened the table. The heads of the Apostles asked, O Ruhullah, whether this table was from this world or the hereafter. Jesus said, "No, it is not from either. He replied, "This is a miracle that has come about by the power of Allah.
What is said in the video
And Allah said: I will surely send it down, He says, I will surely send it down, but whoever among you denies after this, I will inflict on him a punishment I have not inflicted on anyone in the universe, He says.
Just as Salih prays — from the camel (?), from the rock a camel comes out; when they kill the camel, He destroys them root and branch.
When, although Jesus (peace be upon him) went to Pharaoh and showed many signs, they denied, He drowns them in the Red Sea.
Because the people of Lot overstepped Allah's limits against his word, He destroys them. Against the miracles He showed, to those who deny it, on earth — what He has not done, that is, the punishment He has not inflicted on them, has not inflicted on others — (?) I will punish them, He says. And its meaning is: He destroys people. They are destroyed by stones, by the Blast, by storms. He also turns them, just as He turned the form of the people of the Sabbath into apes. But what does this verse say? Whoever among you denies after this, I will inflict on him a punishment I have not inflicted on anyone in the universe. What is the greatest punishment in the universe?
It is what Allah Almighty has made forbidden. What is this? Carrion, blood, pork. Allah Almighty turns them into the form of what He made forbidden, into swine — into the form of the swine He calls hinzir He turns them. That is the greatest punishment. Both to what He made forbidden, and to turning their form into that form. Yes.
Allah Almighty does not let His prophets down. Since He accepts and welcomes their prayers in His divine presence, He said to Jesus: O Jesus, indeed I will send this table to you. All right, you have said it, I will send it.
But whoever turns to denial after this, I will inflict on them a punishment I have not inflicted in the worlds, He decreed. Thereupon Allah Almighty sent the ma'idah, that is, He sent the food (?). Although Jesus's people saw these miracles, some still stubbornly persisted in denial. Allah Almighty does not break His promise; those who turned to denial He turned into the form of the most harmful and forbidden of animals, the swine.
And after letting them live for about three days as a lesson to the worlds, He destroyed them. By Allah Almighty's attribute of perfect justice, whoever asks Allah Almighty for good news, and Allah Almighty shows them this good news — if people after that still say this is magic, or turn to denial, Allah Almighty opens a public case against that people and destroys that people on earth utterly, cuts them off at the root. To name one of these: the people of Salih asked for a camel to come out of a rock. And Allah Almighty fulfilled this miracle. But the people slaughtered this camel and killed it.
They (?) its feet and killed the camel. Thereupon, although the events they asked for were made to appear for them, those who still mocked Allah, denied what He sent, and opposed them, Allah Almighty destroyed. Yes.
The ma'idah is described in the commentaries as follows. Between two clouds a red table was sent down to earth by Allah. The food was like a fish without bones or scales, fried in its own fat. At the head of this fish, salt. At the tail, vinegar in a bowl. Around it there were various vegetables. Beside them there were also five loaves. On the first, olives. On the second, honey. On the third, oil. On the fourth, cheese. And on the fifth there was dried meat. Jesus (peace be upon him), before this ma'idah and this miracle, could not hold himself back and wept.
Yes. O my Lord, I — of Your grateful servants, make me one of Your grateful servants. O my God, make this a mercy. Do not make it an affliction, he prayed. Do not make it an affliction.
Bismillah hayri'r-râzıkîn — saying this, he uncovered the ma'idah. And the leaders of the disciples asked: O Spirit of Allah, is this table from this world or from the hereafter? And Jesus: No. It is from neither of them. This is a miracle that has come about by the power of Allah Almighty, he answered. Yes.
