Translation

Bedouins are worse in terms of denial and hypocrisy and they are closer to not recognizing the laws that Allah has sent down to Allah’s Messenger. Allah is Aleem (All-knowing) and Hakeem (All-Wise).

Tafsir

Bedouins are people who live in the deserts of Arabia. They are worse than the disbelievers and hypocrites. They are more advanced in their ignorance of Allah and His Messenger and the Qur'an that came down to the Messenger. But among them are also good people, people who know Allah and His Messenger and believe in the Hereafter.

(Allah is All-knowing, All-wise.) Allah is All-knowing; if a person builds a robot and programs this robot to do the tasks he has planned for it. Then, if he briefs this robot on television or in a hall to showcase it to the nation, of course, no one knows better than the person who made this robot what this robot will do, what capacity this robot has, than the person who made it. When Allah (swt) makes a covenant with people in the Hereafter, He will reveal the desires of people and what they want, and Allah (swt) will program them according to those desires, and He will reveal the traits of people in His Holy Qur'an, and no one knows the creations of Allah better than Allah (swt) Himself.

Allah is the owner of wisdom. His creations are secrets in His Essence. The events that occur within the destiny of these creations, what appears to be a calamity is a mercy and what appears to be a mercy is a calamity. This is the wisdom of Allah. Allah has wisdom in His judgment for him.

What is said in the video

Surah At-Tawbah, verse 97: The Bedouins are, in terms of disbelief and hypocrisy, both worse and more inclined not to recognize what Allah sent down to His Messenger as laws. That is why they do not think well of the Bedouins. Of the Bedouins. In this case they look down on them more. The Arabs, on the Bedouins. But of course later there are also those among them who reformed. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. The Bedouins did not go to war either, and Allah Almighty says in the verse there is one more war. If they go there and win that war, He says, or if they deserve it, We say, We will forgive them, He says.

Only in this way can they get themselves forgiven, He says. Yes.

Bedouins are people who live in the desert in Arabia. They are in a worse state than the disbelievers and hypocrites. They — Allah and Allah's Messenger, the Holy Quran sent down to the Messenger — in not recognizing these they have gone to a further extreme. Because some of these Bedouins are very cruel. They are merciless. Yes. But among them too there are good ones, recognizing Allah and His Messenger, believing in the hereafter — such people also exist. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. Allah is All-Knowing. If a person made a robot and programmed into this robot the tasks it will do as planned, then to exhibit this robot to the public, on television or in a hall (?) — surely, the person who made this robot — what this robot will do, what capacity this robot has — no one knows it better than the one who made it. No one can know it better than the one who made it.

Likewise Allah Almighty, in the world of the hereafter, when He made a covenant with people — people's desires, what they wanted, and Allah Almighty programming these people according to those wishes — by displaying people's traits in the Holy Quran He made them known. Surely, no one other than Allah can know His creation better than Himself.

Allah Almighty is the Owner of wisdom. His creations are a secret in His essence, His creations.

The events that appear within the destinies of these created ones, if they seem like calamity, those seeming so are mercy, and those seeming like mercy are calamity. This is Allah's wisdom. That is why Allah Almighty, in His judgment, is the Owner of judgment. For (?) and for what Allah Almighty created, how He created — its wisdom belongs to Allah Almighty alone. And people know through the destiny He has made known.
