Tafsir
O people of the Book, Jews and Christians, you are not on anything (i.e., you are not on any religion) until you have truly practiced the Torah and the Gospel, which have been sent down to you from Allah, and the Qur'an, which has been sent down to you from your Lord. Since the Torah, the Psalms and the Injeel are in the Holy Qur'an, and since the last revealed Book, the Holy Qur'an, has gathered them together, the four Books have become an inseparable whole.
The Torah, the Psalms and the Injeel, each of them foretells the Book that will come next, and in all three Books the description of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is described, and although we can clearly see in their own Books that even the people who say that we will judge with the Books in our hands do not judge with the Books in their hands, and that they deny the description of the description of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) written in their Books, what kind of a religion can people be who do not even practice their Books properly?
(What has been sent down to you from your Lord will surely increase the disbelief and disobedience of most of them.) (The Qur'an increases the believer's faith and the disbelief of the disbeliever.) These societies, who think that they are superhuman beings with Prophets constantly coming from among them, have forgotten that all created people are the servants of Allah by being spoiled and proud, and by being superior to Allah's creatures. People who can even make decisions in Allah's place, who say that the fire will not touch us in Hell for more than two or three days, some of them go even further and try to absolve people of their sins in exchange for the evil they have done, who sell the keys of Paradise and allocate places in Paradise for people, these people have increased their rebellion by making decisions in the place of Allah (swt). Of course, since the Qur'an exposes these people and their immoral behavior, they will be enemies of Islam.
No one can forgive the sins of anyone except Allah (swt), the Absolute Power. Allah (swt), who has made known through the religion of Islam many of the evil traits of those who take Allah's laws lightly for the sake of a small worldly benefit, who change the words in the Verses sent by Allah, who kill the Prophets, such people will surely speak against Allah and His Messenger, revealing their rebellion against the people of faith and Allah in their own souls, and they will surely speak against Allah and His Messenger and turn against the people of faith.
O Habibim (do not grieve for the community of disbelievers.) We will soon gather them and send them to their rightful places. Because these are the artists who have dictated the script of their covenant (in Kalu Bela) and who play their scripts in the realm of property. Your duty is to convey. We, the people of faith and We, the Almighty, are witnesses to the fact that you are fulfilling your duty as We are the watchers over the worlds and your deputy, so do not grieve over them.
What is said in the video
We continue. At verse 68 of Surah Al-Ma'idah is where we are.
O People of the Book! (?) Unless you properly apply the Torah, the Gospel and what has been sent down to you from your Lord, you are not on any right path, it says; and the Prophet (peace be upon him) also gives a warning with the verse. Yes, as I said just now, in Surah Al Imran, verse 81, too: the prophets confirming one another, and through the prophets confirming one another, those prophets — if the ummahs of those prophets do not confirm the prophets who come, they are in denial, they have entered denial. What does it say anyway? Unless you properly apply the Torah, the Gospel and what was sent down to you from your Lord, you are not on any right path.
So, if the prophets are to confirm one another, are to confirm, perhaps that is how it puts it. It says: after giving you the Book and wisdom, when a prophet comes confirming what is with you, you shall surely believe in him and help him. If the prophets are surely to believe and help, if the prophets are to confirm one another, and if the prophets tell their ummahs the truth, then while those ummahs should confirm this truth and believe in the prophets who come, if they do not, they will not be on any path at all. Yes, that is, with their own made-up words, with words, against Allah they will have rebelled.
Yes, what has been sent down to you from your Lord will surely increase the disbelief and transgression of many of them. Do not grieve over the people of the disbelievers, it says. Allah Almighty decrees. The Quran increases the believer's faith and the disbeliever's disbelief, it says; the disbeliever's disbelief it increases in this case. So Allah Almighty, with His verses, shows people what a beautiful way, a way. In this case, as long as people are governed by the verses, they find the truth. O People of the Book, Jews and Christians, unless the ones sent down to you from Allah — the Torah, the Gospel, and the Quran sent down to you from your Lord — you properly apply — and the Gospel, the Torah, the Psalms are all verses from the Quran.
And these three books Allah Almighty finally gathered in the Quran, and to us, that is, to the people who will come until the Day of Judgment, before them as light and proof He sends the Quran out of His mercy. Yes. What does it say? Unless you properly apply the Gospel and what was sent down to you from your Lord, the Quran, you are not on anything. Although in the Gospel and Torah in your hands the coming of the Prophet (peace be upon him) is written, although every ummah awaited the coming of a prophet, since the Prophet (peace be upon him) emerged from the Quraysh tribe and did not come from the Jewish community, they did not obey one who was not of them.
In this case those poor people could not know that indirectly all people are created from the spirit of the Prophet (peace be upon him). Indirectly. Because, since the spirits of the peoples were created from the spirits of the prophets, all people are indirectly created from the spirit of the Prophet. Whoever denies his origin is a bastard. Yes.
Since the Torah, the Psalms and the Gospel are rightly within the Quran, since the last revealed book, the Quran, has gathered them, the four books have become an inseparable whole. A whole; all of them are within the Quran. Just as the Torah, the Psalms and the Gospel each foretold the book coming after it, in all three books, too, the features of Muhammad (peace be upon him) are described; of the people who say, "We will judge by these books in our hands," that — even such people who serve the mind, sir — that they did not judge by the books in their hands; that, removing the history of the features of Muhammad written in their books, they denied it; although we plainly see this in their own books — people who do not properly apply even their own books, what kind of religion can they be on, we have said.
What kind of religion can they be on? If they change Allah Almighty's verses, removing the verses that do not suit them from the books in their own hands, and in this case these people, taking Allah and what Allah said lightly, hold their own words, out of feelings of the nafs, above the verses our Lord sent us, what can they be on? Let me tell you what they are on. They can only be on rebellion against Allah. Though no strength and might — even if men and jinn gathered — can harm Him, and though our Lord, again with compassion toward these people, has made known to them in the Quran which path to take, these fools, these poor, senseless people are declaring war on Allah Almighty.
Yet what does Allah Almighty say? Even if men and jinn gathered, they could not harm Allah. In that case, with what strength, what might do you come against Allah Almighty, and Allah's verses, as you see fit, take out, and, with the parts that suit you, "Allah said so," into those books you write? Yes, what religion can these be on? The religion I know — there is one religion. What is it? Inne'd-dîne inda'llâhi'l-İslâm. "Well, Hodja, the religions that came before — Christianity, the Torahs, the Psalms — are these not religions?" They too are upon the fitrah of Islam. Because they are verses from the Quran.
Since they are in the Quran, they are upon the fitrah of Islam. Therefore Allah Almighty does not (?) them from Islam. That is, those who obey their prophets. And those who were governed by those verses and obeyed Allah in their time, outside the religion of Islam He does not push. They all unite in the verse Inne'd-dîne inda'llâhi'l-İslâm. Yes.
Just as the Torah, the Psalms and the Gospel each foretold the book coming after it, in all three books the features of Muhammad (peace be upon him) are described; even the people who say, "We will judge by these books in our hands," were not governed by the books in their hands; removing the history of the features of Muhammad written in their books, they denied it; although we plainly see this in their own books — people who do not properly apply even their own books, what kind of religion can they be on? Yes, they are not a religion; they are people who pursue their own ideologies, who deify their own nafs, who, because of the pride and arrogance, the grandeur and ego in their hearts, rise in rebellion against Allah Almighty.
What has been sent down to you from your Lord, the disbelief and transgression of many of them, will surely increase, it says. Surely. Because for them, the verses in the Quran will (?). In this case people who deify their nafs will grow distant from the verses of the Quran. When they hear Allah's verses, it says, they come to a state in which the clouds in the sky would split, it says. They are distressed. Because they do not want to hear the truth. Why? Because they have had a veil drawn over their ears. Nor do they want to see the truth with their eyes. Why? Because Hateme'llâhu alâ kulûbihim ve alâ sem'ihim ve alâ ebsârihim gışâvetün ve lehüm azâbün azîm. These are people who have had a veil drawn over their eyes and a veil over their ears, and had their hearts sealed.
For them there is a painful punishment. Yes. What has been sent down to you from your Lord, the disbelief and transgression of many of them, will surely increase. The Quran increases the believer's faith and the disbeliever's disbelief. According to the verse, these communities, with prophets always coming from among them, regarding themselves as superhuman beings, getting carried away in insolence and pride, claiming superiority over Allah's creatures, have forgotten that all created people are Allah's servants. Yes. People who can even decide in Allah's place, those who say that even in hell, for more than two or three days the fire will not touch them; some, going even further, the evil deeds people have done — those who set out to remove people's sins for material payment, who, selling the keys of paradise, reserve places in paradise for people — by deciding in place of Allah Almighty, these people have increased their transgression.
Of course, since the Quran exposes these states of theirs and their immoral actions, they will be hostile to Islam. That is, people who sell their world in the hereafter.
No one other than Allah Almighty, the Absolute, can forgive anyone's sin. For a little worldly gain, taking Allah's laws lightly, in the verses Allah sent those who changed the places of words, many of those who killed the prophets — Allah Almighty, who made known their evil traits through the religion of Islam: such people will surely, to the people of faith and against Allah, pouring out the (?) in their own nafs, about Allah and His Messenger will speak (?), and will take a stand against the people of faith, these people. Yes.
O My Beloved! Do not grieve over the people of the disbelievers. We will soon gather them and send them to the places they deserve, He decrees. Because these are actors who had the script of the covenant they gave at Kalu Bela written, and in the realm of mulk play out these scripts. The duty that falls to you is to convey. Since We are watchers over the worlds and your guardian, that you have fulfilled the duty — to this both the people of faith and We (?) are witnesses. Do not grieve over their state, He decrees to the Prophet. Yes, the Prophet fulfilled the divine command, conveyed the religion of Islam, and even in the Farewell Sermon.
And he says to you: Have I conveyed? You have, O Messenger of Allah. Have I conveyed? You have, O Messenger of Allah. Have I conveyed, he says? You have, O Messenger of Allah. Be witness, O Allah, he says, three times. Yes, in this case Allah Almighty — that the Beloved of the Almighty, the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad (peace be upon him), fulfilled the prophetic duty upon him, our Lord is witness, and we too are witnesses. Because from that time to this, the religion of Islam, passed down as an inheritance, has reached us, and if we too, God willing, can leave it to those after us as an inheritance and upon a straight path, we too will have fulfilled our duty.
