Al-Ma'idah 73: Vow to that; those who say “Allah is the third of the three” also became infidels. Rather, there are no deities other than Allah. If they don’t abandon saying the things they keep saying, a severe punishment will befall the infidels among them.

Allah Almighty warns. Yes, now we come to verse 73. By Allah, those who say Allah is the third have become disbelievers. Not only those who call Jesus the son of Allah, but “the third”. That is: Mary, Allah's wife, a god; Jesus, Allah's son, a god; and their father too – Allah protect us – that is, my tongue can't bring itself to say it, but in order to explain it to you – you too know this – the necessity arises to say it, that they say it like that: they address Him as “O father”, as “grandfather”; and Muslims too, some with a certain mindset, they deceive and make them speak this way. Yes, the third of three, the greatest of three – that is, those who say Allah is their greatest have also become disbelievers, He says.

By Allah, those who say Allah is the third of three have also become disbelievers. Whereas there is no god but the one Allah. If they do not give up what they keep saying, a painful punishment will befall those of them who disbelieve. Yes, now we have come, we have come. Pay attention. To verse 117, the verse our son Fuat mentioned – what does it say? It is certain that the disbelievers, if they persist in their state, will not prosper. Now this verse – “it is certain that the disbelievers will not prosper” – this meaning contradicts this here. What does it say? If they do not give up what they keep saying, if they do not give up what they keep saying – so there are those who will give it up.

A painful punishment will befall those of them who disbelieve. Of them. Those who disbelieve, of them. There are also those who turn back like this. If those who persist in that state write it that way here, they remove repentance, Allah Almighty's attribute Tawwab, (?). If we grasp the meanings well and explain the verses by comparing them with each other like this, it will be better. What does it say now? If they do not give up what they keep saying – what is it they keep saying? “It is certain that the disbelievers will not prosper.” But they repent. What does it say here? If they do not give up what they keep saying, to those of them who disbelieve – so, to those of them who disbelieve, a painful punishment will befall.

Yes, of them. Therefore, if it is “of them”, then according to this verse, “if they persist in their state” means that (?) will be from among them. Yes. That is, in the (?) at the beginning they gave Allah Almighty a good covenant, and Allah Almighty to them: this too was within you, this too is with Me. Look, his turning back to his Lord is because he knew Me from before, from having that fitrah. As for you, because you denied Me back then, from having that fitrah, here too you denied Me, He will say. He will show it to him. again What does Allah Almighty say, swearing by Himself?

By Allah, again Allah Almighty, swearing by Himself: Allah is the third – that is, Mary, Jesus, and Allah is the third of these – those who associate partners with Allah by saying this have become disbelievers. Allah does not love those who associate partners with Him. As He made known in His verse, Allah is One. There is no god but Him. In one verse: if there were another god besides Allah, he would take what he created, and the other would take what he created. The world would be drowned in corruption, says Allah Almighty. Yes.

So the heavens and the earth and what is between them were created by one God, and Allah, who created the universe – again in a verse: the heavens and the earth and what is between them know the remembrance of their Lord – according to this verse, every particle and the positively and negatively charged nuclei in its atoms, by spinning around their own axes, both remember Allah and send out a frequency around them. Allah having them remember Him is – to prove that these creatures have, besides the one Allah, no other creator, and that He is the owner of all beings – His having them remember Him as His brand mark.

If they had remembered Allah, could it be that another god created this? (?) could be said. One. A factory produces a product, stamps its emblem on it and takes out its patent. This product belongs to this factory. So if Allah Almighty created everything from the atom to the globe, He has stamped His patent on these products He created. By having them remember – by having them remember Him. Yes, in this case, that these beings created from the atom to the globe have no creator other than Allah, our Lord makes known to us. So every verse symbolizes tawhid. La ilahe illallah. There is no god but Him.

The owner of all beings, our Lord who created us, is our owner. How can it be? Man does not do what that owner says. Today a worker working in a factory, from there, in return for the wage he receives, has to work; he has to do what his boss or the foreman over him says, he has to. And he does what a human says quite easily. Because he gets money in return. He gets a wage. gets a wage.

Every person, from the place he works, has to do what he is told, and very well, without fault, he carries it out. If there is a mistake in the work he does, they don't like it, they do it again like this. He does it. Without any objection. They are bound to obey. Because he gets a wage there. The One who asks no wage from you, who (?), who grants you a good life, who, for nothing in return, promises you Paradise, who offers an eternal, endless life – your Lord: what He says, why don't you do it? When you think about it, when you compare a human with what your Lord says – if you do what that human says but not what your Lord says, then your duty toward your Lord, have you done it?

So think a little. That is why Allah Almighty says: do you never think? Do you never reflect? Do you not use your reason? Yes. Use your reason a little. Compare: people, and yourselves before your Lord, Allah Almighty. Make the comparison. Yes.

As for the spreading of the frequency, like (?) devices, (?) receiver-transmitter stations talk and communicate through frequencies, the frequencies these substances have spread are also like transmitter stations, and what is in Allah's Being, and their receiver stations being present – with the stirrings of the particles, their movements, plus and their wishes (?), and like a Morse alphabet, appear instantly in Allah Almighty. And He becomes aware of them. In this respect, He is not apart from what He created. He is aware of every particle of the universe and knows their states. Allah Almighty created the universe with knowledge.

In this respect Allah is All-Knowing. If we open this up a bit more – as we always say, we phone each other. The receiver and the same signals find each other. If Allah Almighty created these worlds, from the atom to the globe, in such a way that they remember Him, then the frequencies they send out too appear in Allah Almighty, the all-encompassing receiver. Because He created no being outside His rule. In the remotest corner of the universe, behind the strongest, most fortified castles, in (?), seven layers beneath the earth, (?) layers beneath – whatever movement, whatever stirring, whatever wish or desire arises, Allah Almighty is at once aware of it.

He is aware. Because He created nothing (?) His rule. In the particles flying in the air, in those microbes the eye cannot see. What does it say about microbes? They are the soldiers of your Lord. (?). Yes, those microbes we magnify a thousand times under a microscope and see – their owner too is Allah. So – such a Knower, such a Knower,

when we magnify substances, reducing them thousandfold, magnifying – you know, a thousand, a thousand when we go down – Allah, who created DNA, who created the DNA chains and inscribed their genes into them. This is something tremendous. There are even more secrets. Those secrets are being solved too. Our Lord, who created by Himself what we can barely see, will of course not be (?) from what He created, and since He gives life to His creatures, He will not create them outside His rule. This is what Allah is. This is our Lord. Would a person not give his heart to such a Lord? To such a Lord, such an Allah, such an owner – what a person says, is it to do that? Your mother or father says something.

Because you love them so much, you perhaps sacrifice your life.

The owner of your mother and father too, the owner of the whole universe – when it comes to Allah, why do we put a little behind what He says? Or, following our nafs, we look for excuses not to do it. So, because of the weakness of our faith, because we cannot fully grasp our Lord, we cannot fully carry out our duty toward Allah Almighty. Yes, we are human. You may put a question to me like this. “Hodja, do you yourself fully fulfil your duty?” If you say that – no one fulfils his duty, everyone is lacking and at fault. So if one sees this shortcoming and repents to Allah Almighty, asks for pardon and forgiveness: O my Lord, You created (?) deficient in reason.

As far as I am able, I try not to fall short in worshipping You. But however much I do right with this deficient reason, we still fall short somewhere. And this becomes the sign of what You created as a result of Your will. That is, we will make mistakes; knowingly or unknowingly we will also (?) our nafs. When (?) to Your Being, when we ask for pardon and exemption, You will forgive us. So that we may know (?), so that You make known the (?) and greatness of Your Being, since You created us deficient like this, my Lord, for our mistakes made unwillingly forgive us too, we say to Allah Almighty.

Forgive. You know us better than we know ourselves, we say. You know the secrets of our hearts, our Lord, we say. Yes, that is why, as far as we can, we are bound to do what Allah says, and we will do it, God willing. Yes, what do we say? Allah Almighty created the universe with knowledge. In this respect Allah is All-Knowing. So Allah Almighty, constantly warning people that there is no other god but Allah, warning them: if from the words of shirk they keep saying they do not desist – if they do not desist from the words of shirk they keep saying – for these there is a clear punishment, He makes known.

That is, the words they keep saying: if they do not give up the words “Allah is the third”, if they do not give them up – that is the word they keep saying. Sir, in the hereafter (?), a punishment will touch them, He says.
