Translation
And such is (the nation of) A’ad. They have denied the verses of their Lord, they rebelled against Allah’s Messenger and they followed the order of every rebellious tyrant.
Tafsir
The people of Ad disobeyed this command of Allah. They followed the words of people who did not believe in Allah and the Hereafter, who did not follow their Prophet, who were stubborn tyrants, who did not believe in Allah and the Hereafter, who betrayed Allah, who took advantage of the blessings of Allah and turned their backs on their Lord.
In the face of such blessings, they denied the Verses of Allah and rebelled against their Prophets. Their egoistic lives and the pleasures of the world blinded their eyes to the truth and increased their rebellion in their souls. They were not going to believe.
What is said in the video
In verse 59 of Surah Hud: Such were the people of 'Ad: they denied the verses of their Lord and rebelled against His prophets and followed the command of every stubborn tyrant. Every stubborn tyrant: Satan; every stubborn tyrant: the two-legged taghut, the people at their head. Every stubborn tyrant. The nafs! The nafs! Here we too are telling the truth. There are mistakes in the Holy Quran, we say so, we correct them. Although he knows what is right: "Who is this man anyway? He has written his own (?) according to his own mind." Instead of saying that, instead of saying this, why don't you examine it and come to find what is right? Why, a verse that is rendered correctly in its footnote, when you render it as the verse itself, do you render it wrongly?
Who gives you this authority? Why, when you hear the truth, do you not come to the truth but follow every stubborn tyrant? Such were the people of 'Ad: they denied the verses of their Lord. They rebelled against His prophets and followed the command of every stubborn tyrant. Yes, does this not prove these things in what we explain? So, the people of 'Ad did not heed this command of Allah. Those who did not believe in Allah and the hereafter, did not follow their prophets, every stubborn tyrant — that is, who did not believe in Allah and the hereafter, who betrayed Allah, who benefited from the blessings Allah gave and turned their backs on their Lord — those people's words they followed. In the face of so many blessings they denied Allah's verses.
They rebelled against their prophets. Their lives of the nafs and the pleasures of the world blinded their eyes to the Truth and cast them into the rebellion in their nafs. These were not going to believe anyway. Yes.
