Translation

The building they have established will be (a source of) constant doubt in their hearts until their hearts will rupture to pieces. Allah is Aleem (All-knowing) and Hakeem (Ultimately-Wise).

Tafsir

Those who persist in falsehood because of their stubbornness, those who act out of egoistic and satanic feelings, those who cannot get rid of these bad feelings even though they know that they will be held accountable before Allah in the end, those who are captive to what their ego says, those who follow it, these people are still in doubt against Allah at the time of death, and after death they cannot get rid of their doubts until their hearts are shattered.

(There will always be a cause of doubt in their hearts until they die and their hearts are torn apart). The first meaning of this verse is that the soul is in the heart. The heart is the house of the soul. When the soul is withdrawn from the heart, it means that the heart will be shattered. As long as a person lives in falsehood, the fear of Allah and the Hereafter remains in his heart as a cause of doubt, until the time when the soul is withdrawn from the heart, that is, until death. In other words, they do not believe in anything. In the second sense, it is reported that within the written destiny of these people, they will be left alone in the hereafter and subjected to eternal hell life, just as the heart in the body entrusted to that person becomes useless when people die and the soul in that heart comes out.

The conclusion of both meanings is that whatever covenants they have made with Allah (swt) in the Hereafter, these covenants have been written down for them as destiny. No one will have the power to change these writings. He will live and go in the same way as he came in his covenant, in the same way he desires and wills.

Allah (swt) has sent human beings to a realm of the unseen, and according to the verse (We do not hold anyone to account for that which We do not make known), He has made everything known to human beings through signs and verses. In this case, He has placed all the responsibility on the backs of human beings. A human being passes away from this realm according to the covenant he has made, revealing his good or bad qualities through the events created by Allah (swt), and bearing witness to the world and himself as to what kind of a person he is.

Allah, Who programs people according to their desires and wishes, is All-knowing and All-wise.

What is said in the video

The building they built will, until they die and their hearts are torn apart, constantly be in their hearts a cause of doubt. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. Those who persist in falsehood because of their stubbornness, people who act with feelings of the nafs and of Satan, who, although they know they will in the end be called to account in Allah's presence, cannot escape these evil feelings, who are captive to whatever their nafs says, who follow it — these, until they die and their hearts are torn apart, cannot escape their doubts. Allah Almighty says of these, these disbelievers: their hearts are restless and scattered, He says. Since according to this verse their hearts are restless and scattered, they cannot see the truth. And as long as they cannot see it, because out of their nafs-driven stubbornness they turn their backs on Allah Almighty, until they die the restlessness in their hearts will not leave; that is why Allah Almighty makes this known to us with His verses.

Until they die and their hearts, He says, are torn apart, it will constantly remain in their hearts as a cause of doubt, He says.

Allah Almighty supports each of His verses with every other verse, thus confirming them. From this verse, in the first sense, we understand this: the soul is in the chest, and the heart is the soul's dwelling. The soul being drawn out and leaving the heart means that heart (?) being torn apart — that is its meaning. As long as this person lives in falsehood, until the time the soul is drawn out of the heart, that is, until the state of death, the fear of Allah and the Hereafter remains in his heart as a cause of doubt — that is, these believe in nothing.

Yes, in the second sense: within the destinies written for these people, until, as people die and the soul within that heart departs, the destinies written on that heart are erased, their hearts, out of fear of Allah and the Hereafter, live in doubt. From both senses the conclusion is this: however they made their covenant with Allah Almighty in the world of the Hereafter, these covenants have been written for them as destiny. No one will have the power to change these written lines. However one came within one's covenant, one will live within that desire and wish and so depart. That is, the verse "If We did not will, you could not will." To us — how beautifully — that we made a covenant with Allah Almighty and that our covenant will in no way change: "With Us is a Book, preserved in the Preserved Tablet (Lawh al-Mahfuz).

Then nothing is added to it, nor (?) made" — according to this verse, that there will never again be any change in the law Allah Almighty has set, He proves to us so beautifully with His verses.

Allah Almighty has sent people to a (?) world. According to the verse "(?) We do not call anyone to account", to people He has made everything known with comparisons and verses. Thus He has loaded all responsibility onto people's backs. A person, according to the covenant he gave, brings out the traits of being good or bad through the events Allah Almighty creates, and, holding his surroundings and himself as witness to what kind of person he is, he passes through this world. So Allah Almighty, who programs people according to their desires and wishes, knows everything best, and He is the All-Wise.
