Translation

Verily, this nation of yours is one nation, and I am your Lord. So, abstain from Me.

Tafsir

All these people are one Ummah. This is because Allah (swt) created the souls of the Prophets from the soul of the Prophet (pbuh) and from the souls of the Prophets He created the souls of their people. Indirectly, since all human beings are created from the soul of the Prophet (SAW), they are one Ummah. Since there will be no more Prophets, the fact that Allah, who created the worlds from the light of His light and human beings from the spirit of the Prophet (PBUH), sent the Prophet (PBUH) as a mercy to the worlds shows that all human beings are one ummah.

Furthermore, according to the verse (innediyna indallahil Islam), Allah (swt), who has gathered all religions under the religion of Islam and gathered all the Books in the Holy Qur'an, shows that people have one nation and one religion. Allah is one God and He declares that there is no other God but Him. Thus, all the Verses support each other and all the truths are revealed in their nakedness. So, if there is only one nation, one religion and one God, then turn to Allah and take no other gods besides Him. And according to the verse "Islam is the religion in the sight of Allah as the last religion", do not seek other religions other than Allah's religion of Islam. Those who do not obey these commands and create disunity and sow discord among people are the ones who have wasted their own souls. Allah is great and exalted. Allah is the Judge of Judges, and Allah is sufficient as the Reckoner on that Day. So fear Allah and beware of Him.

What is said in the video

Surah Al-Mu'minun, verse 52, we have come to this verse. Indeed, we — these people, as one single community — are your community. And I am your Lord. So fear Me, He says. Here, as I said, here there are great secrets, great meanings. I will open this up a little. Perhaps short minds cannot grasp it, but last time, it seems, so that some people would not hear it, Allah Almighty did not let us explain it like this. Indeed, if you pay attention, there are very few people this evening too. Probably because among those people some would do harm to others, Allah Almighty did not have it (?) explained.

Now: Indeed these people, as one single community, are your community, He says. Pay attention. Now this part I will, to you a little, Hodja. When He says one single community, what does Allah Almighty mean? I was a hidden treasure. I wished to be known. From My light I created Muhammad, and from his light the universe, He says. From His light Muhammad, from his light I created the universe. Then, because He gave of His spirit to the light of the Messenger of Allah, of His spirit, the first community, the Prophet (peace be upon him), the first community, the Prophet (peace be upon him) — from his spirit He the spirits of the prophets created. And from the spirits of the prophets He created the spirits of their peoples.

So when He says people, as one single community, are your community, I too — when He says it is your community, you, all people, are one single community created from the spirit of the Messenger of Allah, He says. It was one single community. Since He says And I am your Lord: because He gave a part of His essence to the spirit of the Messenger of Allah, because He created him, because he is the first created community, the part of that community, that is, the part of our Lord too, being in the spirit of the Messenger of Allah, His saying And I am your Lord tells us that He does not separate us from His essence.

Not Mevlana, but Çelebi — Çelebi, who wrote the Mevlid-i Nebi — about Allah Almighty says this in the Mevlid-i Nebi: I took My essence as mirad for your essence, He says. Mirad. This is exactly what it refers to. The blessed Süleyman Çelebi, in this Mevlid-i Nebi of his, this part refers to. I took My essence as mirad for your essence. That is, I created you to see My essence in your essence, in you, He says. So, as a community — that is, because He created him, as created beings, since we were created, as a community — to the first created, the Prophet (peace be upon him), since He also gave of His spirit, of course you are one single community and I am your Lord, He says.

That is: all people, from My own part, in the Messenger of Allah I brought together, My part, and since in his part I created you, I do not separate you from My essence. You — And I am your Lord, He says. Even though He is the Lord of the worlds. Yet He takes only man as one addressed by His essence. Pay attention. Indeed these people, as one single community, are your community. Are your community. As one single community. From whom? As human beings, from the Messenger of Allah we (?). And I am your Lord. So fear Me, He says. Yes. So what is it like? Take a state. Take a sultan of this state. The sultan. Who is the sultan of the people living in that state?

The sultan who governs that state. So the sultan of the worlds, the One with absolute power and rule, Allah Almighty, by saying And I am your Lord, that besides Him there is no god, that besides Allah no being is worthy of worship — how beautifully He tells us here. Yes. All these people are one single community. Because Allah Almighty, from the spirit of the Prophet (peace be upon him), created the spirits of the prophets, and from the spirits of the prophets the spirits of their peoples. Indirectly, since all people, from the spirit of the Prophet (peace be upon him), were created, they are one single community.

Yes. They are one single community.

Since no prophet will come again, from the light of the worlds having created people, too, in the spirit of the Prophet (peace be upon him), Allah Almighty sending the Prophet (peace be upon him) as a mercy to the worlds shows that all people are one single community. Moreover, according to the verse, gathering all religions under the religion of Islam and uniting all books in the Holy Quran, Allah Almighty shows that people are one single community with one single religion. He also declares to people that Allah is one and there is no other god besides Him. Thus, just as all the verses support one another, all the truths are laid bare too.

So if there is one community, one religion and one Allah, turn to Allah and do not take other gods besides Him. And according to the verse The religion with Allah is Islam, as the final religion, do not split into factions and seek religions other than Allah's religion of Islam. Those who do not obey these commands and, falling into division, stir up factions among people are the ones who ruin their own souls. Allah is exalted and great. Allah, as the Judge of judges, on that day, the Day of Reckoning, Allah suffices. On that day Allah suffices us as Reckoner. So fear Allah and beware of Him. The world is not only this outward realm we see with our eyes.

We came to this world as guests. During this stay as guests, what kind of person we are, how we will behave in this guesthouse — in an unseen realm, that is, a realm where the essence of Allah Almighty is not seen, a fine test we are going through. So, when moving from one place to another, or when from one town you want to visit another town, just as on the way you put money in your pocket and prepare to visit that town, we say: O man, know that in this world too you are in such a guesthouse; for your true homeland, the hereafter, prepare from this world. Yes.
