Translation

We do not burden anyone with more than they can bear. In Our sight, there is a (preserved) Book (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz) which records all the truth, and they will not suffer injustice.

Tafsir

Allah (swt) does not burden anyone with anything that is beyond his power. For example, the five daily prayers are obligatory. Salat has its proper forms such as qiyam, ruku, sajdah and tahiyyat. Even if a person is sick, even if he does not have the strength to stand, Allah (swt) does not say that you must pray standing up. You can pray sitting down. If you are bedridden, you can pray by imitation with your head and eyes. If you cannot get up and do wudoo' because of your illness and they do not help you to do wudoo', you can do tayammum by tapping your hands on the wall where you are lying and pray. Allah does not intend hardship for man. He does not burden anyone with a burden he cannot bear.

Allah is the Possessor of justice (Allah has a book in His sight that speaks the truth and they will not be wronged); According to this verse, Allah bears witness to His justice towards mankind through the book that He has dictated by the hands of pure and pure angels. This book is the Holy Qur'an. It is preserved in the Levh-i Mahfuz. No additions or omissions are made to it, and Allah, in His justice, will hold mankind to account for what He has revealed in the Holy Qur'an. Allah is not unjust to anyone, nor will He call them to account for what He has not announced. Every soul will be held to account for what its two hands have earned.

What is said in the video

Verse 62 of Surah Al-Mu'minun, the 62nd verse: We charge no one with anything other than what they are able to do. See how beautiful. We place on no one a burden beyond their strength, He says. He does not place on a blind person the burden of one who can see. He does not place on a child anything beyond its strength: do what you can, He says. To an old person He says: if you cannot worship like a young one, worship sitting down. And He shows ways that are good. What does He say? We charge no one with anything other than what they are able to do. With Us is a book that speaks the truth, and they will not be wronged, He says.

The book with Him that speaks the truth is the Holy Quran. Allah's word, His laws.

And they will not be wronged. If someone who is judged by Allah's command were to suffer injustice — Allah forbid — that would mean Allah treats people with oppression, and they would be ascribing that attribute to Allah. Allah's words never contradict one another; they confirm one another. In this case, if Allah, so that there be mercy to the worlds purely from His servant, sends the Prophet, and even though He knows that people are bound for Hell, to them, (?) as a mercy to the worlds, as a light, sends the Holy Quran to all people, and says: if you are judged by it, I will bring you to salvation and deliverance — from such an Allah, such an Owner of ours, such a Creator of ours, can we expect oppression?

Yes.

If only people knew the truth.

Allah Almighty places on no one anything beyond their strength. For example, the five daily prayers are obligatory for a person. Prayer has its pillars and proprieties, such as standing, bowing, prostration and tahiyyat. Even if a person is ill and has no strength to stand, Allah Almighty does not say: you must pray standing no matter what. You can perform your prayer sitting. If you are bedridden, a bedridden patient, where you lie, with signs of the head and eyes, you can pray. If because of your illness you cannot get up to make ablution and they do not help you make ablution, where you lie you can strike your hands on the wall, perform tayammum and pray.

Allah does not intend hardship for man. Nor does He put on anyone's back a load they cannot carry. Perhaps the newcomers don't know tayammum. We all know it, but let me tell you once more. We strike our hands twice on clean earth, or on the wall if we're lying down — two strikes. Then we clap our hands together and wipe our face. Then we roll up our sleeves, of course up to the elbows. Again we strike our hands twice on the ground. Again we (?) our hands like this. We open our left palm. We pass the back of our right hand through our left palm up to the elbow. Then we turn our hand. We pass the inside of our palm through our left palm.

This way we have wiped our right hand. Then we open our right palm. Our left palm, our left hand, its back, its back, through our right palm we take up to our elbow. Then at the elbow we turn our arm. We bring the inside of our left palm out through the inside of our right palm. Our (?) is done. See, Allah does not intend any hardship for us.

He puts nothing on our backs that our (?) cannot bear. As long as you turn to Allah and say "Allah". Yes.

If because of your illness you cannot get up to make ablution and they do not help you make ablution, where you lie you can strike your hands on the wall, perform tayammum and pray. Allah does not intend hardship for man. Nor does He put on anyone's back a load they cannot carry. Allah is just. By Allah's leave there is a book that speaks the truth, and they will not be wronged. According to this verse, Allah Almighty, with the book He had written by the hands of pure and clean angels, calls His own justice to witness before people. We call the angels pure and clean, their hands clean. Why? Because they have no nafs.

Angels are like a robot that we make. But they are living beings of Allah Almighty. So they obey the command just as it is. They never turn a command into disobedience; they do not oppose it. They cannot anyway, because they are programmed. They are outside their own will. Man, however — the purpose of his being honoured is that he uses his will. Yes.

And this book is the Holy Quran. It is preserved in the Lawh al-Mahfuz. Afterwards nothing is added to it, nor is anything taken away. So Allah, in His justice, with the Holy Quran — whatever He made known in the Holy Quran, by that He will call people to account. Yes.

Allah Almighty wrongs no one; He does not call anyone to account for what He has not made known. Every soul, for what its own two hands earned, will be called to account. Yes.
