Tafsir
(There is no religion in the sight of Allah except Islam. (Whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, that religion will never benefit him.) According to this verse, if people do not seek a religion other than Islam, if they believe in Allah and His Messenger, if they believe in the Hereafter, if they purify their hearts from evil, if they adopt good morals, if they continue their worship, if they help people, if they wage jihad with their wealth and their lives, if they look after the poor and the needy, if they fast and pay zakat, their good deeds will not be wasted in the sight of Allah. Not only are they repaid, but Allah (swt) also grants them extra benefits from His Essence. In return for the good deeds they have done, He will please these people by increasing their good deeds by one to three, one to seven, one to ten, one to ten, one to seventy, one to one hundred and as much as Allah wills.
In the Hereafter, their faces will shine like the sun. The meaning of this shining is: In return for their deeds, good deeds and good deeds, Allah will cover their shame and sins, and He will take them to His presence as pure. These people will enter Allah's Gardens with Allah's forgiveness and forgiveness, full of joy and contentment, their faults forgiven, their faces white, and their necks bowed to no one. Allah (swt) will give to those who are owed from these people until they are satisfied with them. Therefore, no human being will complain and show dissatisfaction with them. This is because these people have not deviated from the commands of Allah and have become friends of Allah by reforming their souls. If people have rights or claims against such people, Allah will give them for their sake until they are satisfied. In this respect, their faces will be white and bright.
Such people are in paradise. There, in the land of eternal bliss, their every desire and wish will be fulfilled and they will live in the peace of an eternal life.
What is said in the video
To those who do good — Surah Yunus, verse 26, the noble verse: to those who do good, a better reward. And there is more besides. On their faces neither dust, a black stain, settles, nor does any humiliation come. Those are the people of Paradise, and they will remain there forever. This verse indicates that Allah Almighty will give man the station of intercession, the station of intercession. And it says: to those who do good a better reward — there is a reward from Allah Almighty too — and there is more, it says. The more: on their faces neither dust, that is a black stain, settles, nor does humiliation come, it says. Those are the people of Paradise, and they will remain there forever. Allah Almighty, to His close servants — from seven to seventy?
He will give the right of intercession for people. The right of intercession.
In Surah Ad-Duha too, I think, it says to you: We will give you the station of intercession and you will be pleased. Although it says this to the Prophet (peace be upon him), in that station of intercession, since the scholars are his heirs — his heirs — they too have a right of intercession. According to one's condition, Allah Almighty gives him, for seven people up to seventy, the right of intercession. For example, since people are not free of error, let's say I fell short toward someone and that person had a claim on me. And I (?) couldn't give it to him. I couldn't. This is a stain on me toward him.
In the hereafter that person will bring a claim against me. What will he say? My Allah, back then this one did such and such to me. He usurped my right. This is Your close servant, he will say. And Allah Almighty: Yes. He usurped your right. I am a witness to it too. Now, here is the compensation for it, He says. The compensation for it: this much reward for you. And I take this much off your sins. In return for this, in return for this. Because this is My beloved servant. And because you are My servant too, I give you this much reward as well. Now, is he satisfied with this? He says. Oh my Allah, he says. That's what he wanted anyway.
So because of him that black stain and humiliation are lifted. And he embraces him. 'If only you had (?) more, my brother,' they say. Hodja, here all the hodjas always say the rights of fellow servants are excepted. Yes. They can't get out from under this question. The rights of fellow servants are excepted. Allah can do nothing about the rights of servants, they say. He will give there, He will give him his due. He will take from the one and give to the other. He will give — and if it's His close servant, His close servant, then extra, it says. Look, plus extra. That is, if there is humiliation on someone's face, He will give him until He has satisfied him. Yes.
Hodja, how will it be for the person whose right was usurped, if he is a non-Muslim? Will this non-Muslim be satisfied after a while? Ah. Look, a good question. If this person is a non-Muslim, what will become of his right? His right. His right isn't lost, even if he is a non-Muslim. Since the (?) he did went to waste — it went to waste. But he has a right in this one. Because he has a right, his sins are (?). It raises his degree — raises his degree in Hell. Let's say his torment, burning in a fire of 50 degrees, drops to 30 degrees. And this one, let's say, if he aspires to the second degree of Paradise — if with the sin he gave he stays at the second degree, he stays.
Otherwise he drops to the first degree. I mean, he drops to the third degree. Allah (?) justice. He leaves no one's right with anyone. Yes. We read the verse: to those who do good a better reward, and there is more, it says — (?) — there is more: on their faces neither dust, a black stain, settles, nor does humiliation come. Those are the people of Paradise, and they will remain there forever. Inne'd-dîne inda'llâhi'l-İslâm. With Allah there is no religion other than Islam. Whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, that religion will never benefit him. So, according to this verse, if people do not seek a religion other than Islam, if they believe in Allah and His Messenger and have faith in the hereafter, if they cleanse their hearts of evil and adorn themselves with good character, if they continue their obedience and worship and help people, if they strive with their wealth and lives, if they look after the destitute and the poor, if they fast and give zakat, the good deeds they have done will not go to waste with Allah.
Just as they are given their reward, in addition, as an increase, that is extra, Allah Almighty bestows favours on them from Himself. In return for the good deeds they have done, one to three, one to seven, one to 10, one to 70, one to 100, as much as Allah decrees, He will increase people's rewards and abundantly please these people. Yes.
Let's divide it here, here. Yes.
In the hereafter their faces will shine like the sun. In the hereafter. What does Allah Almighty say in His verse? When they rise from the earth, before them and on their right will be their light, that is, lights. From behind, the non-Muslims, those sinners, will call out. Wait for us too. Let us benefit from your light. And they will say: go back and look for light behind you. May Allah protect us. In the hereafter their faces will shine like the sun. What is meant by this shining: these people, for the works they did, good and fine deeds, Allah (?) (?) Allah will cover their faults and sins and receive them into His presence completely pure.
Those who did good and fine deeds.
Those whose books are given in their right hand, and (?) the reckoning of the people of the right will be shown to them. What they did and (?) — Allah Almighty's pardon and forgiveness.
And he will see more in his book. In those books he will see the (?) of what he did not do.
He will dispute with Allah Almighty. He says: Our Lord, what are these? I didn't ask for these.
Out of love for Allah Almighty, (?) of our Lord, Allah Almighty says: in the world you asked Me for this, this and this, didn't you? Yes. Since they would not bring you good in the world, I did not give them to you. They were outside your destiny. And you were patient. In return for that patience, for submitting to what I did not give — these are the rewards for that, you will say.
So no one can say: I prayed and I asked, and Allah didn't give to me — he cannot say that to me. No one can accuse Allah of stinginess. Yes.
The verses support these. What does it say? In the hereafter their faces will shine like the sun. What is meant by this shining: these people, in return for the works they did, good and fine deeds — Allah will cover their faults and sins and receive them into His presence completely pure. So these, having attained Allah's pardon and forgiveness, (?) and having become nafs-i mutmain, with their errors forgiven, faces bright and necks bowed to no one, will attain Allah's Paradises. Completely pure. When it says 'completely pure', some superstitions [say] there is a lake at the gate of Paradise. He'll wash there and go in completely pure, supposedly.
Just look at you. Allah, Allah. (?) There, it says, he'll wash completely clean. From there he'll go in. What an astonishing thing. On what basis do you say this?
Allah Almighty [says]: when you come to Hajj, circumambulate the House of Allah, and at the Station of Abraham (?), you are completely pure, as if newly born from your mother, He says. Completely pure. People have (?) this 'clean' by their own reasoning — along with their clothes, with these bodies — the views of wretched people who put themselves into Paradise and Hell.
Failing to grasp the meaning of 'He gives life twice, death twice', who [say] with the body they will enter Paradise and Hell, and who in this way, as certain groups, lead millions — people ruled by these superstitions, people who put man into Paradise and Hell with bodies.
(?) dying a second time. The first time you came to life here, the first time you died here, the second time you came to life in the hereafter — and the second time, where did you die? When you come into My presence with a driver, when the body — when the spirit brings the body, when the souls are paired, when it comes face to face with the body, We seal your mouths, bind your feet and make your hands speak, He says. After the testimony is over, the body (?) — it says: you are returned to the One who first created. And after the testimony is over, the body tastes death there a second time. Spirit, nafs and life are one; the bodies are separate.
So the body dies there a second time. Which body did you wash at the gate of Paradise and take inside? Which body, with its call of nature, did you take into Paradise? There is no call of nature in Paradise either. The delicious delights you eat will leave you through sweat.
Yes. People full of superstitions. And then they say: this man is toying with our creed. What creed? A superstitious creed?
If I am toying with your creed — I am showing you verses. You too show me a verse and set me straight with a verse. As Hazrat Umar did. If you go astray, he says, I will set you straight by beating you with the stick in my hand. One (?) says: I too will set you straight by beating. How will you do it, he says. With Allah's verses, he says. If I am beating you onto the path with verses, you too beat me onto the path with a verse. Ehebben hulefaysan.
Continuing their (?), knowing their helplessness, out of the whims of the nafs, being embarrassed before so many people, ashamed of those people and not ashamed before Allah, they still resist. There are those who resist.
And these are people who say 'I am a Muslim' and exploit Muslim consciences.
Yes.
Allah Almighty, to those who have claims against these people, until they are satisfied with these people, will give — to those with claims. In this respect no one will be able to complain about them or show dissatisfaction. Because these people did not step outside Allah's commands; by reforming their nafs, they became friends of Allah. A friend of Allah — but Allah didn't create people flawless. They too will fall short. If I had created servants who commit no error, I would destroy them and create those who commit errors, He says. However high you rise. However much? Surely, out of your nafs, your helplessness, knowingly or unknowingly, even if people don't see you above them, you will have committed an offence against Allah.
Allah Almighty gives the finest example of this to the Prophet (peace be upon him) in the second verse of Surah Al-Fath. I have forgiven your past and future sins, He says. Future sins. Toward whom? Toward Allah Almighty. Toward people, complete and perfect. We are not prophets. No matter how (?) a scholar you become. Surely, out of your nafs, its helplessness, the limits of your mind, you will err against your Lord. You will err against people. And you will infringe on the rights of many. In this situation, when, knowingly or unknowingly, he has done this, a person who is a friend of Allah who, lacking the means, cannot return those people's rights, with a broken heart toward Allah Almighty, in the helplessness of one who has committed an offence, if he lays his heart before his Lord, Allah gives the one who has a right until he is satisfied.
Allah. Allah.
Yes. Allah Almighty will give those with claims on these people until they are satisfied with these people. In this respect no one will be able to complain about them or show dissatisfaction. Because these people did not step outside Allah's commands. By reforming their nafs they have become friends of Allah. If people have rights or claims against such people, Allah, for their sake, will give until He has satisfied them. So in this respect their faces will be bright and shining. Such people are people of Paradise. Meanwhile, in the abode of eternal bliss, with their every wish and desire met, they will live an endless life in (?).
