Translation

(Oh My Messenger!) Say; “Among the things that you associate as partners (with Allah), is there anyone who can create the first time (from nothing) and who can return it again (from death to life)?” Say; “Allah creates for the first time and returns it again (to life after death). So, how do you go astray?”

Tafsir

It is Allah who has the power to create something out of nothing. No creature other than Allah can create anything out of nothing.

Allah (swt) proves His existence to mankind (Say, O Messenger: Is there anyone among those you associate with Allah who can create something from nothing and then bring it back to life after its death? Say: Allah.

By giving this example to mankind, Allah, the Exalted, is addressing the worlds. O people! Only Allah is the power that creates out of nothing, and after creating, kills and then resurrects. All this time, since our ancestor Adam, Allah, the only God, has been calling out to mankind. There is no God but Me. And those whom you associate with Me are My creatures, My servants. O people! Has anyone else among the creatures come out and said, "I am your God"? Those who said that were also My creatures, and they too have tasted death and are waiting for the Day of reckoning before Us. Will you then still not come to your senses? Will you not obey your true Lord, Who sent you Prophets and Books that call to you? What has turned you away from Him?

What is said in the video

Surah Yunus, verse 34, we have come to it. My Messenger, say: Among those you associate with Allah, is there anyone who, when there is nothing, will create for the first time, and then after its death bring it back to life again?

How beautifully He addresses people's minds. He addresses the mind, the mind. Indeed in the verse He says: Do you never use your minds? Do you never reflect? He says. Now He addresses the mind, look. Say to them, He says: among those you associate with Allah — you know, they carve idols with their hands, idols — among them, when there is nothing, that is, when even they did not exist, will create for the first time; now, when there is nothing at all, will that idol create something for the first time, then make it die, and after making it die bring it back to life — is there anyone who will bring it back to life, He says. Can your idol do this? Unaware even of themselves, servants created by Allah, and tomorrow on the Day of Judgment, when those idols they associated as partners vanish, before vanishing, they will say exactly this:

My Lord, I am unaware that they worshipped me. I did not even know that they worshipped me, they will say. Lifeless things. These lifeless things have neither mind nor life. You give life and mind to a lifeless thing, if you worship it, if to a lifeless thing of no use even to itself you render service, your creation as exalted, as honourable, its value, where has it gone? You have fallen to a state even lower than it. Like the people of India worshipping rats. A man would die and his spirit would go into a rat. Rats surrounded the place.

Every year millions of people die of plague. There. Of plague. Yes.

Some (?) monkeys. Where has your honour gone? They need you. They are unaware of themselves. Animals. How do you get attached to them? How, did you see the One who created you as so lowly, did He create you so lowly, and create that animal above you, that you serve it? Yes. Serve the animal. Look after it, but as a being Allah has entrusted to you, so that its right does not remain on you, help it. Yes.

Say: Allah creates for the first time and after its death brings it back to life again. Then how are you led astray, He says. What beautiful examples Allah Almighty gives here. So what leads you astray?

Satan's interpretation of people, He says, turned out right. His interpretation. Because Satan makes an interpretation. He does not say what he said turned out right. (?) his interpretation. And I, he says, will sit in front of people. I will set traps before the people who come to You.

If they follow you, I too have given them to you, He says. Well, does Allah give His servants to him? But the verse says I have given them to you.

Is Allah a tyrant? That He should burn people in hell? A tyrant? But if you have denied Allah, denial, if you have gone outside Allah's commands,

if you do not know your Lord, your Lord will act with justice. Just as your eternal place is the fire of hell. Meaning such people: I too have given them to you, take them away. Over My servant who knows Me you have no authority, says Allah Almighty. How beautifully He says it with His verses. Yes. Those verses, how (?), how beautiful. Our Lord has written out everything like this. As long as man connects those verses with each other. Indeed all the verses confirm each other.

Otherwise: this came to mind like this, that came to mind like that. Allah does not let them hear; since He saw no good in them, He did not give to them. He knew them too. How did He know? You cannot attribute qualities to Allah. In this world everyone is equal. Everyone is equal. In Allah's sight. Everyone is equal. There is no distinction. If there were a distinction, Allah would be given attributes. The idolater, the Zoroastrian, the devil worshipper, whatever ideology. My mercy in the universe is for everyone, He says, for everyone. For everyone. Within a certain lifespan given them so that each can prove himself, Allah Almighty secures their provision.

You cannot make distinctions among them, by Allah's leave. The distinction: Eleysallâhu bi-ahkemi'l-hâkimîn; when that Supreme Court is set up, the Supreme Court, He who has no equal, no spouse or partner; that day the judgment is His alone, judgment belongs to Allah alone; according to that verse the distinction will be there. And when He distinguishes among His servants, not carnally, according to what each has earned, with justice He will give His judgment. (?) What does He say? What each has earned, on this day, without any injustice, in full, the recompense of his two hands will be given to him, He says.

Look. Without injustice being done to anyone, of what each has earned, the recompense of his two hands will be given to him in full, He says. Here, when He says in full, to Islam in full and to the unbelievers in full He will give. He will give. Plus, in a verse, for Islam, they will be shown generosity too. There is more too, He says. To invite him to Islam. Everyone will receive in full. You commit sin, He says. You go to hell. But if you become Muslim, likewise, He says, the reward. The reward. Even though you receive in full, even though you receive in full, I will of My own accord show you generosity, I will increase it, He says.

Enter Islam, He says. No, you did not enter Islam. In the good deeds you did, you went as a denier of your Lord. That good will still be given to you in full, but all the fine works you did have gone to waste, He says.

How did they go to waste? He did not do any good at all. Just denying Allah, denying His Messenger, deliberately denying a verse of the Quran: if that makes a person an unbeliever, then an unbeliever, not this world, not two worlds, even if he did good deeds as much as the earth, the heavens and what is between them, as long as he denies one of these three things I mentioned, when we put it on the scales, the thing he denied weighs heavier. This side comes out light. His reward comes out light. For this reason he becomes one destined for hell forever. Destined for hell forever. Because all the fine works he did have gone to waste, He says.

Well, if you ask me how we will know, do you have such a verse? Of course there is. We do not speak without verses.

There, He says, when they see that punishment, not a world's worth, He says, even if it were two worlds' worth, He says, they would want to give it to Allah and (?) as ransom, He says. İllallah. Yes. Be entrusted to Allah.

So all of it ended in waste. No.

So apart from Allah man has nothing to hold on to.

And no hope at all. From his life? We have no proof in our hands that we will live a moment later. From our wealth? Now, even if it came to us, we would all sink even deeper into the ground. A (?) disaster, a storm, a (?): neither your wealth remains, nor fire; if a fire comes, neither your wealth remains, nor what is in your hand, nor your life. So what is the one thing we should cling to and be bound to? Well, our Lord who created us. Our Master. Yes.

We read the verse and continue. My Messenger, say: Among those you associate with Allah, is there anyone who, when there is nothing, will create for the first time, and then after its death bring it back to life again? Say: Allah creates for the first time and after its death brings it back to life again. Then how are you led astray? So, when there was nothing, nothing at all, subsisting through His Self, Hüve'l-evvelü ve'l-âhiru ve'z-zâhiru ve'l-bâtın. If He is the First and the Last, the Manifest and the Hidden, when there is nothing that Creator creates. When that Creator creates, since there is no creator other than Him, all He created He has symbolized.

And this symbol He has made known to us with a verse. The heavens and the earth and what is between them have known the remembrance of their Lord, He says. So even if we do not hear, the atoms of the matter He created, their nuclei, as they spin around their own axes, make a sound. That sound remembers its Lord. At the same time, as they spin around their own axes, they give off a frequency. So this whole world is bound to our Lord by frequency. (?), my friends: the brain, Allah Almighty. A movement, a stirring, a desire or wish anywhere in the universe, like (?), appears in Allah Almighty. In this case He is present and watching everywhere in the universe.

Knowledge. Allah created it. This is knowledge. Yes.

The (?) who has the power to bring something into being when there is nothing is Allah. Nothing created other than Allah can bring anything into being from nothing. In a verse Allah Almighty says: Or do you own a (?)? If that were so, nothing, not even as much as (?) of your seed, would be given (?), He says. Indeed: you brought into being from nothing, you had a knowledge that would create your own feelings too. Then I would have given you nothing. So in this world our spirit is from His Self, our body is from His Self, created from the soil He created; He has given us our whole body in trust.

In trust. We own neither our spirit nor our body. All are created, created by our Lord; we are beings who have attained His command, that is, His will. In this case, if by His will He gave a part of His spirit and, addressing us to His Self, made us a matchless creature in the worlds too, if He brings us to life and like this (?) and lets us enjoy all our pleasures, how can you turn your back on the One who created you and go against Him? Yes.

We own nothing. Not even our own bodies. These are a trust, a trust. But if you ask people, they enter and leave paradise and hell with bodies. Yes. Well, if you enter paradise and hell with bodies, then, O blessed man, the verse We give you life twice and make you die twice, where have you hidden it? Allah. Where have you hidden it? How do you (?) this?

The first giving of life is here. Allah created. The first death is upon the body, here. Every soul shall taste death, He says. Look, there is no death upon the nafs. Spirit, nafs and life are a unity; bodies are separate. There is no death upon the spirits. Every soul shall taste death, He says. The second giving of life, look, is in the hereafter. I will give life again, He says. When you come before Me with a driver — with a driver, when body and spirits are paired, when your shape and your spirit are the same and you come face to face, I will silence your mouth, bind your feet, make your hands speak.

And after the testimony is over, to the body, to our spirit: you are being returned to the One who first created, He says, and there it tastes death a second time. O blessed man. In this case, how do you put man, together with these bodies, into paradise and hell? Do you not fear the verses at all, do you not fear Allah? Ah, sir, this is how we learned it. Well, if that's how you learned it, I am telling the truth now: free yourselves from superstitions.

Free yourselves from superstitions. Return to the truth. Return to what is right. Try to judge by Allah's verses.

Yes.

So Allah Almighty, proving His existence to people: My Messenger, say: Among those you associate with Allah, is there anyone who, when there is nothing, will create for the first time, and then after its death bring it back to life again?

You say, He says: Allah; only Allah does this. Apart from Him, in these worlds, in these worlds, the sky and the earth and what is between them, all beings surrounded by the Throne of Allah, are not (?) to this. All are Allah's creations.

So Allah Almighty, by giving people this example, addressing the worlds, Allah: O people! The power that brings into being from nothing, makes it die after bringing it into being, and then revives it again is only Allah. For all this time, since our forefather Adam, Allah, the one and only God, has been calling out to people. There is no god but Me, He says.

Those you associate with Me are My creations, My servants. O people! Did anyone else among the created come forth and say I am your god? Did he? Those who said it were also My creations. They too tasted death. They are waiting for the day they will give account before Us. O Allah! So will you still not come to your senses?

Your true Lord, who sends you prophets and books calling out to you, will you still not obey Him? Your true Lord who sends those books, who sends prophets and books, will you not obey Him? What turns you away from Him?

What turns you away from those books, from those prophets? Your nafs, your nafs, your carnal whims, your pride and arrogance, fame and glory, your chasing after grandeur.

Today people at the peak of fame and glory, stars, a star, a (?) star. There are neither morals nor decency and manners. That star, a star of what? The star of the vanguard of kufr. Of the vanguard of kufr. Yes. This is what leads man onto perverse paths. Onto perverse paths. Man's nafs. Yes.
