There are some from them who listen to you. But will you make those listen who are deaf and who cannot use their intellect?

Tafsir

O Messenger: There are some of them who listen to you when you communicate to them the command of your Lord. But if they do not use their minds, you will not make them hear. Allah (swt) says in one of His Verses: "They are like the flocks of a shepherd, they hear the shouting of the shepherd, but they cannot comprehend and understand what he is saying", so they cannot understand your communicating the Word of Allah. Because these are the people who have had their ears plugged, their eyes blinded and their hearts sealed in the eternal state. If they do not understand and obey you, will you destroy yourself? He consoles the Prophet (PBUH) with this verse by saying, "You will not force them to hear My Word.

What is said in the video

may He include among them. Yes.

Surah Yunus, verse 42. In verse 42 here, a verse that has been interpreted wrongly; let's look at it too: Surah Yunus, verse 42. What does Surah Yunus, verse 42 say?

Surah Yunus, yes.

Surah Yunus, verse 42. Among them are some who listen to you, it says. First I'm reading the wrong one. I'm reading the wrongly interpreted verse. The verses are not wrong. God forbid, don't take it that way. Those who interpret the verses interpret them wrongly. They ascribe attributes to Allah.

Among them are some who listen to you. But will you make the deaf hear, moreover those who cannot comprehend? it says.

What does it say? Among them are some who listen to you, but the deaf, moreover those who cannot comprehend, will you make them hear? it says. What is here? Now I'll read you the right one. Among them are some who listen to you, but will you make the deaf, moreover those who do not use their minds, hear? There is a word here. This word, in the wrong one, ascribes an attribute to Allah. What is it? But the deaf, moreover those who cannot comprehend. Can a child comprehend? No. Then why did You give me a mind like that child's and leave me unable to comprehend? Would I say that? I would. I would.

And what does this fall into? Into what? Its counterpart, a contradiction it becomes. Hatemallâhu alâ kulûbihim ve alâ sem'ihim ve alâ ebsârihim gışâveh ve lehüm azâbün azîm. It becomes the opposite of that verse too. So Allah Almighty gave everyone a complete mind. He left nothing lacking. But do you not use your minds at all? Do you not reflect at all? Do you not think at all? According to that verse. Now if it says here 'moreover those who cannot comprehend', does it contradict these verses or not? Then how shall we interpret it? But the deaf, moreover those who do not use their minds; not those who cannot comprehend.

So if they are those who cannot comprehend, He created them that way. What more does He want from them then? That way. He created them so they cannot comprehend. But if they are those who don't use their minds, now things change. And the verses support each other. With what? Do you not reflect at all? Do you not use your minds at all, the verse. Now it supports it. Yes.

And it says, among them are some who listen to you. But will you make the deaf, moreover those who don't use their minds, hear? Here, this corresponds to the verse I mentioned a moment ago. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Hatemallâhu alâ. They,

in seeing the truth, it says. There is a veil over their eyes. In seeing the truth. They do not see. They are blind. They can't understand this either, and they say Allah Almighty created them blind. On the other side too. (?) Since they are blind, if there is a veil, they must be blind here too. People who (?) the words Allah Almighty uses in a figurative sense. Yes.

Who is deaf? You speak the truth. He doesn't want to hear. Deaf.

Moreover, will you make those who don't use their minds hear? My Beloved, when you convey your Lord's command to them, among them there are some who listen to you. But if they cannot comprehend. It says that there. If it happens that they don't use their minds, you are not one to make them hear.

It says they can't comprehend, right? It's not that they can't comprehend. It's if they do not use their minds. That is, if he hears the word of truth and does not compare it with his own falsehood: compare. If a person cannot compare, it means he is not using his mind. Comparing, comparing (?), contrasting means using one's mind. Yes. You are not one to make them hear. In a verse Allah Almighty says they are like a shepherd's flock. These animals hear the shepherd's shouting, but cannot grasp and understand what is said. Likewise these cannot understand your conveying the word of Allah. Because these are people who in the eternal barzakh blocked their ears, blinded their eyes and had their hearts sealed.

If they do not understand what you tell them and do not obey you, will you destroy yourself? Will you destroy yourself? Saying, you are not one to make them hear My word by force, Allah Almighty consoles the Prophet (peace be upon him) with this verse. There is a missing comma here. Let's put it there.

Yes.

Here there are many more words to say, but let's leave it at this here.

There are words to say; here the meanings change. For example, as I said earlier, people, in the hereafter, you know, they will be resurrected blind, they say. Blind, as blind. In fact no one will be blind. As we said before, earlier, in this Surah As-Sajdah there is a conversation of Allah Almighty, Allah Almighty, with people.

What does it say? In Surah As-Sajdah: those sinners, bowing their heads before their Lord: Our Lord, we have seen, we have heard. Now send us back to the world so we may do good deeds. Now we truly believe; know and see the time when they will say this, it says. In that case, according to this verse, since they say we came and saw, since they are not blind, since it is said they will be resurrected blind, what does this mean? Now they look like words opposed to each other. Opposite. In that case their being blind, blind, is in the figurative sense. They came to the world. Before they came to the world, My Essence, (?), I showed.

I said: I am your Lord. They denied Me. In proportion to those denials, according to their wishes and aims, into them, as characters, (?) characters, their own wishes and desires We worked. In that case We sent them to the world. In a realm where My Essence is not seen, I made My Essence known. I showed so many miracles. If he blocks his ears to so many miracles, is he not deaf? If they blind their eyes, are they not blind? So when they come before Me again, still on those characters, not knowing Me as Lord; as Lord, not because they fear Allah as Lord, not because they recognize Him as Lord. Their saying 'we came and saw' to escape that moment's severity does not mean they know Allah Almighty.

And we support this with this verse. In Hell they say: O Malik, tell your Lord to lighten a little of the punishment on us. They can't say 'our Lord'. The reason: they will wait for the Lord of their imagination, who will save them from there, and they will take revenge on Allah who left them (?) to that punishment. In this case, since they cannot escape these character structures, they remain in Hell forever. A Muslim too will enter Hell, a Muslim. But in that punishment there, or in that torment, or in that suffering, in return for the pains he has seen, he will say: I deserved this. There his faith will reach perfection.

He will come out of Hell. But the disbeliever's disbelief will increase against the punishment he sees there. His disbelief, his rebellion against Allah Almighty, will increase. with every punishment he sees his rebellion increases, because his character is like that, because he will stay there forever; so: if only they had known Me here, it says; this verse too they distort: if only he had known before, it says, if only he had known before; the verse: is the word 'before' in it? Then 'before', what do you mean by saying 'before'? As if Allah Almighty did not know what this was? It says, if only they knew here.

That is, after so many events, after seeing, if only they had opened their eyes. They can't know, it says. If only. If only. That is, (?), Allah Almighty is trying to prove His mercy there. Saying if only. Our Lord is trying to prove His mercy. Despite all the filth he made in the world, it says, if only he had turned back. Look at the mercy, at the mercy of Allah Almighty. Yes. There are also many meanings. Let's say we read them like this and moved on. Because these are what we have explained. Sir. Let's move on to the following verses. If we try to interpret all of them like this, we can't finish the book.

Perhaps our lifetime, we could say. Yes.
