Oh, humankind! There has come to you from your Lord; Some advice, a healing for the hearts, and a guidance and mercy for the mu’min (the firm believers)!
Tafsir
Allah (swt) invites people to salvation and calls out; O people! I have sent you My Word, the Holy Qur'an, and in it is all that is wet and dry. I have sent you Prophets and scholars from My side, an admonition, i.e. a counselor to find the truth. And by a healing for the hearts, He means our souls, those who have made a covenant with Allah, who have made a covenant with Allah by being obedient to Allah, by the word from their Lord, to get rid of the troubles in their hearts, to find the truth and to enlighten their path and to come to life. A guidance for the believers means that those who obey Allah and His Messenger will find the truth, and will be guided by Allah's mercy, as they continue their worship and devotion in the way of Allah. These are the people whose souls have become contented. They are the people who, while living in the worldly realm, are aware of the Hereafter as much as Allah (swt) wills and through discovery. This is guidance. And those who have attained this guidance are those who have received Allah's mercy and have purchased the abode of eternal bliss.

Surah Yunus, verse 57: O people! There has come to you from your Lord an admonition, a healing for what is in the hearts, and guidance and mercy for the believers.
Yes.
Now, we will always use our minds; pay attention to this. These unfold upon the words — you know, we call it the science of kalam, the science of kalam. Now pay attention: an admonition from your Lord to you, a healing for what is in the hearts — not a healing in the unbeliever's heart — guidance and mercy for the believers has come, it says. So did the Quran come to the believers? If it is a mercy to him, why wasn't it a mercy to the unbeliever? Did Allah veil him, perhaps? Pay attention to these. You will open up a verse within the verses. You will open up a verse within the verses. O people!
Look, it addresses all people (?). To you an admonition from your Lord. To all the worlds I send the Quran as an admonition, it says. To the worlds. Now look at the word. Since there can be no (?) in Allah's word, a healing for what is in the hearts. Whoever listens to this admonition, a healing for his heart; for the believers a guidance. For those believers who have found peace, those who hold on to it with both hands, those bound by Allah's verses, guidance and mercy have come, it says. A verse opens up within the verses.
The word — how (?)! Not one confirms or contradicts another. O people! To you an admonition from your Lord. We, it says, as a mercy to the worlds, together with the master of both worlds, Muhammad (peace be upon him), sent down the Quran to you as an admonition. An admonition to you from your Lord, it says. It addresses people. What is the healing for what is in the hearts? Whoever abides by this, it says. Whoever enters the religion of Islam — that there is no god besides Allah, that all the prophets are true, that the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad (peace be upon him), is the last prophet, that the Holy Quran is Allah's word — four: three books gathered in the Quran, the Quran being the fourth book — whoever, it says, in this believes, has faith, says the testimony of faith, Eşhedü en la ilahe illallah ve eşhedü enne Muhammeden abdühü ve resulühü — declaring it with the tongue, and with the heart if you affirm it, whoever believes in Allah's angels, His books, His messengers, resurrection after death, destiny, good and evil — if you believe in these, for their hearts a healing, for their hearts, and for the believers a guidance.
The believers are saved. There is no turning back for them anymore. O soul at peace! Well pleased with your Lord and He with you, enter among My servants, enter My Paradise — since they are in the class of people He addresses so, a mercy has come to them as well. Yes. Verse within verse. How beautiful.
Allah Almighty calls out to people, inviting them to salvation.
O people, I have sent you, from Me, the Holy Quran, which is My word. Whatever is wet and dry is in it. An admonition to you from Me — that is, to find the truth, I sent counselors: prophets and scholars. And by saying 'a healing for what is in the hearts' He means our souls: in (?), those who made a covenant with Allah and gave their pledge as obedient to Allah — through the word that comes from their Lord, by being freed from the distress in their hearts, finding the truth and having their path lit up, they come to life. By saying 'a guidance for the believers': those who obey Allah and His Messenger, finding the truth, continuing their obedience and worship in Allah's way, under Allah's mercy, attain guidance. These are people whose nafs has found peace.
While living in the world, as much as Allah Almighty wills, and by way of unveiling, they are people who are aware of the hereafter. This is guidance. And those who attain this guidance, attaining Allah's mercy, are those who have purchased the abode of eternal bliss.
