Tafsir
Allah (swt) says, "We do not call anyone to account for that which We do not make known." Allah (swt) says, "We do not call anyone to account for that which We do not make known. That is why Pharaoh and his followers and his people, even though they saw the truth, still persisted in disbelief.
This people is a guilty people. That is, a guilty people who transgressed the limits. In this respect, people who transgress do not want to recognize Allah and the Prophet. They cannot tolerate the word of truth.
Allah will reveal the truth with His words, even if the guilty dislike it. No human being will have any questions to ask Allah. Because Allah is free from imperfect attributes.
What is said in the video
In verse 82: even though the guilty dislike it, even though the guilty dislike it, Allah will bring the truth to light with His words. Even though the guilty dislike it, even though guilty ones like Pharaoh dislike it, Allah will make his weakness known to people. So Allah Almighty, until He has brought to light His oneness and the truth that there is no other god besides Him and made it known to people, will not call people to account. “We do not call to account anyone (?) We have not informed,” He said; according to this verse Allah Almighty is obliged to make this truth known to these people. For (?) He sent to a world.
“We do not call to account anyone (?) We have not informed.” That means: it makes known that people, by their own deeds, by the decisions they made with their limited free will, by causes and sinful acts, will be called to account. For this reason Pharaoh, his henchmen and his people, though they saw the truth, still persisted in not believing. This people is a mujrim people. That is, mujrim means rebellious. (?) another meaning is bandit. Highwayman. Yes. That is, it is a (?) people that transgresses bounds. For this reason people who transgress bounds do not want to acknowledge Allah and the Prophet.
Nor can they bear the word of truth.
So, even though the mujrims dislike it, Allah will bring the right and the truth to light with His words. No person will have any question left to ask Allah. For Allah is free from deficient attributes. No one will be able to (?), to call Allah to question. Not because they are afraid. (?) in Allah's attribute of being Allah. That is, all the events that could come to people's minds Allah Almighty will make manifest. After people have proven what kind of person they are, because they taste death, because they have tasted death, tomorrow at the Resurrection, to Allah Almighty they will have no word left to ask.
The questions they would ask they will have acted out in the world with real deeds, and they will be cut off from questions. Yes. For Allah is free from deficient attributes. No one will find anything to ask Allah Almighty.
