Translation

And We revealed to Moses and his brother; “Prepare houses for your people in Egypt and make your houses a place of worship and establish your prayers righteously. (Oh Moses) give glad tidings to the mu’min.”

Tafsir

He told Moses and his brother Aaron, who stayed in Egypt for a while, to prepare houses in Egypt; Use a corner of your houses as a place of prayer. And perform the prayer properly. When you pray, do it only for Allah, without fear of anyone. And do not worship for the benefit of anyone. It is Allah's good news to this believing community that when you worship in your homes, you will not be disturbed by anyone because you will not be seen by anyone else.

Furthermore, the fact that Allah sent a verse to Moses about this people who believed in Allah is a sign that He would rescue this people from the hands of the disbelieving people.

"Give glad tidings to the believers" means that they will enjoy Allah's mercy in this world and that they will be among those who will be saved in the Hereafter.

What is said in the video

In verse 87: And We revealed to Moses and his brother: Prepare houses in Egypt for your people, and in your houses make places for prayer. And perform your prayers properly. O Moses, give glad tidings to the believers. What does this mean? That is, give glad tidings to those who believe in you, who are with you. Of what? We will (?) them. We will save them, says Allah Almighty. This good news is the news of their finding life. Moses, who stayed in Egypt for a while, and his brother Aaron being told: prepare houses in Egypt, being told 'prepare' means: use a corner of your houses as a place of prayer.

That is, worship Allah. Prepare a corner for worship. And perform your prayer properly. That is, when praying, do not let it be that Egypt's god is Pharaoh, or that the star in the sky is the god of (?), of Pharaoh, that they worship these. Do not let it cross your mind. To Allah, the sole Owner of the worlds, of the worlds, of all created beings, (?) and seeking help from Him, (?) to Him, ask of Him. Worship Him. When praying, pray for Allah alone, fearing no one. And do not worship to please anyone. When you worship in your houses, since no one sees you, by no one will they be disturbed: this is the good news of Allah Almighty to this believing community. Prepare places of prayer in your houses, prepare a corner of them, when He said that, since they are in closed places in their houses, no one will recognise them, and so they will not suffer persecution either.

Moreover, that Allah Almighty, about this people who believe in Allah, by revelation to Moses, sends a verse about the believers indicates that from the hands of the disbelieving community this people will be saved. That is, saying 'give glad tidings to the believers' is a sign that from the hands of this people and of this Pharaoh this people will be saved. Saying 'give glad tidings to the believers' declares both that in this world they will attain Allah's mercy, and that in the hereafter they will be among those who attain salvation.
