Yunus 88: Moses said, “Oh our Dear Lord! You indeed have given to Pharaoh and his people ornaments and many possessions in the worldly life. Oh, our Lord! (With those provisions) they are leading people away from Your path. Even if they were to see the pitiful punishment, (except for those who would find the Truth) they will not believe. Oh, our Dear Lord! Destroy their possessions and give discomfort to their hearts.”

Tafsir
Hadrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' prayed to Allah (swt) and said, "You have given wealth and property to Pharaoh and his people, and You have showered them with the blessings of the world, and they have become a people who have become spoiled with their wealth and have used it for evil rather than for good. Until the day of torment, that is, after people die and are resurrected in the Hereafter and are interrogated and questioned, those who are dragged to the torment of Hell, even if they see this torment, will not believe in Allah and the Hereafter, and will use their wealth in the way of disbelief.
Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' made this supplication to Allah (swt) because he could not tolerate the oppression of the people by Pharaoh and his people, and in response to Allah (swt)'s verse, "You spread justice in the earth," he cursed Allah (swt) by saying, "Take away the property of the disbelievers, for the Prophets do not tolerate injustice and oppression, and are very soft-hearted and merciful to those who are oppressed and wronged.
However, Allah is the Owner of Wisdom. In one of His verses, He says: "We bring those wrongdoers to the highest position in their places so that they may increase their disbelief." Allah is the Owner of Wisdom and knows very well what He does and why He does it. Perhaps if Pharaoh and his people had not persecuted Moses and the believers, perhaps this tribe of Israel would not have believed in Allah and the Hereafter and would have become like Pharaoh and his people, and they too would have suffered torment in the Hereafter.
Since Allah (swt) is the Wise, when the time comes for everything, Allah (swt) creates events for those things to happen, and people fulfill their inherent destiny in the face of these events and receive rewards and sins.
Thereupon he prayed to Allah, saying, "O our Lord, destroy their wealth and put distress in their hearts. Can a Prophet pray and that prayer not be accepted? Anyway, Prophets pray in this way as a result of Allah's programming of the worlds, within Allah's program, hoping for Allah's mercy. Since their prayers are part of their destiny, Allah (swt), who has already programmed the worlds, knows the prayers of the prophets, and the people who will be the recipients of these prayers will be the recipients of these prayers, Allah (swt) accepts the prayers of His prophets.
What is said in the video
Now we are reading the verse that is wrongly (?), listen. Moses said: Our Lord, You have indeed given Pharaoh and his people adornment and much wealth in the life of this world.
Our Lord, did You give them these blessings so that they lead people astray from Your path and do not believe until they see the painful punishment? it says. (?) Would any prophet ask like this? I am telling you. Could a prophet have such a word against Allah? Now let everyone put themselves in the place of Moses. Personally, I would be ashamed to ask Allah such a question. I would be ashamed to say such a thing. Surely you too would be ashamed to say this to Allah. Would a prophet say this, then? Would a prophet say it? Its correct form: Moses said: O our Lord! You have indeed given Pharaoh and his people adornment and much wealth in the life of this world.
Our Lord! With these blessings they lead people astray from Your path. Even if they see the painful punishment, except those among them who will find the truth, they will not believe. Our Lord! Destroy their wealth, give distress to their hearts, it says. There. This is a curse. A curse. What does it say? Our Lord, You have indeed given Pharaoh and his people adornment and much wealth in the life of this world, we say. Right. He is telling the truth. Our Lord, with these blessings they lead people astray from Your path. Is it that? With these blessings, that is, because those people, of their own will, deny You, they lead people astray from Your path.
Even if they see the painful punishment, until, that is, among them, except those who will turn back, none but those who will find the truth will believe. For he also knows of the covenant in (?). Our Lord, destroy their wealth, give distress to their hearts. This, then, is a curse.
Only Muhammad (peace be upon him), who came as a mercy to the worlds, never made a curse. Whoever attributes a curse to the Prophet in his hadith, in his hadith, that hadith is not a hadith. Know this well.
You know, they say things like: may Allah destroy their hearths, may Allah make fire fall on (?), they attribute such hadiths to the Prophet, don't they. These are wretched people. There is no such thing as knowledge in them. They have no knowledge of the Quran either. These are people who, by slandering the Prophet with what he did not say, fatten, fatten up their nafs. Yes.
Moses (peace be upon him), praying to Allah Almighty: You gave Pharaoh and his people wealth and property. You drowned them in worldly blessings. This people, spoilt by the wealth in their hands, using these blessings not for good but for evil, became a people who use them for evil. Until the day it will see punishment, that is, after people die and are raised in the hereafter, after the questioning and examination, those dragged to the punishment of hell, this punishment (?), in Allah and the hereafter these people will not believe; since they will use their wealth in the way of disbelief, take their wealth from their hands, he said.
Take it from their houses. That is, to the people among them (?). O Allah, those among them who will be saved, you know, that is, who would turn to faith but out of fear of Pharaoh do not believe, it is out of pity for them that he speaks this way. Take it from their houses. Yes. Since these people who will not believe in Allah and the hereafter would use their wealth in the way of disbelief, He had their wealth taken from their houses. Moses (peace be upon him) entreating Allah Almighty in this way, because he could not bear the oppression Pharaoh and his people did to people, and as a response to Allah Almighty's verse: spread justice on the earth, because the prophets cannot bear injustice and oppression, and toward those who suffer oppression and injustice are very soft-hearted and merciful, saying: take the wealth of those who commit disbelief from their hands, (?).
Yes.
Yes.
Yet Allah is All-Wise. In one of His verses: We bring those criminals, where they are, to high rank so that they (?). So because Allah is All-Wise, what He should do and why is known very well. Perhaps, had Pharaoh and his people, to Moses and the believers, not done oppression, perhaps this people of Israel too, not believing in Allah and the hereafter, taking on the state of Pharaoh and his people, would also have ended up subject to punishment in the hereafter. So, creating believers and unbelievers through causes, Allah Almighty, making them witnesses against one another and at the same time witnesses against themselves, separates them very well among them.
And has them distinguish it themselves. So because Allah Almighty is All-Wise, when the time for everything comes, Allah, for those generations to come, creates events, and people, their destinies in their (?), in the face of these events, with actual deeds, pour into actual deeds, and reward and sin they earn. Thereupon, entreating Allah Almighty: Our Lord, destroy their wealth, give distress to their hearts, he said. (?) a prophet prays and that prayer is not accepted. In any case the prophets, too, within Allah Almighty's programming of the worlds, within Allah's program, pray in that way, hoping for Allah's mercy.
Since the prayers they will make are also within their destiny, Allah Almighty, who beforehand the worlds programmed, knows the prayers the prophets will make, and since the state of the people addressed by these prayers will be the answer to these prayers, the prayers of His prophets are accepted.
