Translation

Now? (Did you believe now, no you are a denier)? You rebelled before and were one of the mischievous ones.

Tafsir

Allah did not accept the repentance of Pharaoh who was about to drown. Because he had previously proclaimed his godhood and realized that by living in that state, he was about to drown and die, so his repentance is self-deception.

No one can deceive Allah or play tricks on Him. For He is the One who has programmed all these worlds, who gives people their desires and wishes as their destiny, who knows what people will do, and who holds the worlds under His sovereignty. In this respect, Pharaoh's saying that he believed in the same god that the Israelites believed in was only a way for him to get out of there for the moment and be saved. Such is the end of the oppressors.

What is said in the video

Surah Yunus, verse 91: 'Now do you believe? You are one of the deniers,' Allah Almighty says, according to the pledge he gave. 'Whereas you rebelled before and were one of the corrupters,' He says. Of the corrupters; you rebelled before as well. Allah Almighty did not accept the repentance of this Pharaoh who was about to drown. Because earlier he declared his divinity, and living in that state, when about to drown, his repenting because he realized he would die is deceiving themselves. Of Allah no one, no one can deceive Allah, or play games with Him and trick Him. Because He who (?) all these worlds, who gives people their desires and wishes as fate, who knows what people will do, who holds the worlds under His rule, is Allah.

In this respect, Pharaoh saying 'I believe in the God the Children of Israel believe in' was in fact so that, at that moment, he could escape from there and reach salvation. This is how the end of the oppressor turns out.
