Translation

In that case, you certainly would have been made to taste the calamities of life and death with increased magnitudes. And you would not have been able to find a helper against Us.

Tafsir

In this verse, Allah (swt) gives good news to the believers, those who obey Allah and His Messenger, that their death will be easy by giving them a taste of peace while they live the life of this world. Those who are otherwise are also threatened. That is to say, if a person is with Allah, if he puts his trust in Allah, the owner of the universe, even if he is in hardship in this world, he will accept what comes from Allah, because Allah will not put a burden on people that they cannot bear.

Because such people are pleased with Allah, they continue their lives with a peaceful heart, not caring about the hardships that Allah gives them. As Allah (swt) makes the lives of such people easy, He will also welcome them in the Hereafter with a smiling face and give them their full rewards and recompense.

Those who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter, or who, while living the life of this world, incline more to Allah's creatures than to Allah, will suffer both heart unrest in this world and torment and torment in the Hereafter, deprived of Allah's mercy and without any helpers or intercessors.

Allah (swt) also mentions in this verse, as He has mentioned in many of His verses, that those who compromise Allah (swt) are inclined to the world. He also emphasizes that those who deny Allah and the Hereafter will be alone. Yes, everything exists with Allah. It comes to life with Him. No human being who is with Allah can intercede for a person on whom Allah has removed His mercy. With this verse, Allah declares to people that He is the absolute power of the universe and that no human being will intercede for those who are in eternal hell for Allah, even if they are loved ones, because they love Allah (swt) so much, and that these people will be alone in the Hereafter.

Allah will grant intercession to His beloved ones for the sake of His beloved ones. Allah's guardians will intercede for people from seven to seventy people. Despite this, Allah (swt) says that these people will not intercede for the people whom Allah has condemned to eternal hell, and Allah (swt) says that people should not rely on people, but only on Allah (swt).

What is said in the video

Verse 75. In that case you would surely have been made to taste the hardships of life and of death many times over. Then you would not have found for yourself any helper against Us. Yes. Of course, when a person moves away from Allah, when he plunges into the world, when the nafs and Satan do not leave him in peace, what will a person do? He will start amassing without regard to halal or haram, and in that state he will want to reach the worlds he dreams of. As long as he cannot reach them, distress will overwhelm him. As he violates the rights of this one and that one, he will earn being shunned by them.

And the hardships will of course multiply. Such is the state of people who turn their backs on Allah and the Prophet.

What is it? In the verse Allah Almighty says: in that case you would surely have been made to taste the hardships of life and of death many times over. Then you would not have found for yourself any helper against Us. Why would you not have found one? The reason? Because in the hereafter, at the Great Tribunal, according to the verse saying that on that day judgment belongs to Allah alone; since on that day judgment belongs to Allah alone and He has no consort or partner, Eleysallâhu bi ahkemi'l-hâkimîn, since, as the Judge, the Judge of judges, He has neither a partner nor a supporter nor anyone interfering with Him, since judgment is His alone, on that day everyone will be left alone with what they did.

So that no one is wronged on that day, Allah Almighty will settle everyone's account according to the (?) they have made. The obedient to Paradise, the wretched to Hell. Yes. In this verse, to those who are content, who obey Allah and His Messenger, while they live the worldly life, Allah Almighty lets them taste peace and gives them the good news that their death will be easy. And those outside this are threatened as well. That is, if a person is with Allah, if he puts his trust in Allah, the Owner of the universe, then even if this person meets hardship, many hardships, in worldly life, since Allah does not load onto people a burden they cannot bear, he is content with what comes from Allah. Why? This is a test for me.

Don't people say that? They do. There are also (?). They say this is a test. They are patient. What fine people they are. But there are others too. What kind of fate is this, is this my destiny, he says. That is, he says, can this life be endured? He rebels. Tomorrow these words of ours, exactly as now they record this talk of ours on video, wherever in the world you make it speak, it will always say the same. Allah Almighty too, by freezing these images we project, tomorrow on the Day of Judgment, just like that film clip we put on video, in the hereafter will bring what we said before us. Then a person will have no way to escape.

Look, He will say, I gave so-and-so such a hardship. He was patient in this hardship. And to you, He says, (?). And you rebelled. Now would I treat you the same as him? He says. Yes. And Allah is the Judge of judges. Surely He will settle everyone's account and give everyone the punishment or reward they deserve. Because such people are content with Allah, without minding the hardships Allah gives them, they go on living with a peaceful heart. Just as Allah Almighty has such people's souls taken easily, in the hereafter He will also personally welcome them with a smiling face, and their rewards and wages will be given to them in full.

And He will also give many times more.

And about the souls of (?), what does He say? The angels on duty, angels, He says, when they take his soul, striking his face, his eyes, his back again and again, He says, take his soul. Yes.

To those outside this, that is, those who do not believe in Allah and the hereafter or who, while living the worldly life, incline more to Allah's creatures than to Allah, there is both a restlessness of heart in this world and, as their souls leave, a hard departure and torment, and in the hereafter (?); what does Allah Almighty say about them? There they are alone. Why are they alone? My mercy has surpassed My wrath. Allah Almighty gives His mercy to everyone in this world, and in the hereafter only to the believer, He says; for the people from whom He has cut off His mercy, even the prophets who have reached the station of intercession will not intercede. So there they are alone and without anyone, yes.

Deprived of Allah's mercy, without any helpers or intercessors, they are subjected to punishment; this is carried out.

Moreover, as Allah Almighty mentions in many of His verses, in this verse too He mentions that those who compromise on Allah incline toward the world. That is, they incline to the world (?). He also stresses that those who deny Allah and the hereafter will be left alone.

Everything, the whole universe subsists through Allah. Through Him life is found. For a person from whom Allah has lifted His mercy, no person who is with Allah will intercede. Why not? What does Abraham (peace be upon him) say? For his father: for you from Allah, well, I will pray to Allah for you, he says. And when Allah Almighty told Abraham (peace be upon him): O Abraham, he is, well, one of the polytheists, he became repentant. He had said so only because of the promise he had made to him, He says. That is, he had said so because of the promise he made to his father. As for Noah, for his son: a prophet's son would not depart as an unbeliever. When he said, my Allah, is this one now an unbeliever? He says: he was not of your loins.

When certain things come to his mind: it is not as you think. Those who follow you are of your loins; (?) are not of your loins, He says. In that case, those people who are with Allah Almighty, people who long for Allah, will surely in the hereafter attain Paradise as people of faith. And they will attain Allah's mercy. Those who on earth turned their backs on Allah, turned their backs on the Messenger, did not judge by the Quran's verses, or else people who rebelled against Allah: will they in the hereafter be held equal with the people of faith? In that case Allah Almighty will cut off His mercy from them, and they will be the permanent residents of an eternal life in Hell.

Now if we think about it this way: Allah Almighty, the Owner of this whole universe, who creates from nothing, has placed in the world substances that meet all of people's needs. He has placed all provisions too. Whatever provision there is in the air, the sea and on land, He has set before people. And He has made people the vicegerents of the earth. Asking nothing of us, without saying work and give me some too, He sets every kind of blessing before man. Man eats and drinks of it, and gives thanks too. If he does not say Allah even once, does not thank Allah, tomorrow, on the Day of Judgment, how will he appear before Allah?

So Allah Almighty will (?) His mercy to such a person too, and they will be the permanent residents of an eternal life in Hell.

With this verse Allah tells people that He is the absolute Owner in the universe, and that, even if they are people's loved ones, since they love Allah Almighty so much, regarding their loved ones who are destined for eternal Hell, no person will intercede for Allah's sake, and that these people will be alone in the hereafter; so He declares. Let's say my father loved me very much. I am a rebel. I (?) Allah, Allah forbid. There is no fault in a comparison. Let's say my father is a saint or a prophet. Like Noah's son, you know. If Allah has lifted His mercy from me, not a single hair of his will stir so that he says, this is my son too, let me speak to Allah and have Him forgive him.

I have the station of intercession anyway: he will not say that. Rather, (?). Yes.

That no one will intercede and that these people will be alone in the hereafter, so He declares. For the sake of His loved ones, Allah will give His loved ones the right of intercession. Allah's saintly servants will intercede for people, from 7 up to 70 people. Who are they? These people went to the hereafter as Muslims, with faith, but their sins are a little more than their good deeds. There will be his mother, his father, his maternal uncle, a friend he loves, his paternal uncle, someone of his kin in the order. And to these He says: go on, take your loved ones from here, He says. It is both mercy to those who were to enter Hell and good news to His loved one.

What good news is this? In the verse He says: neither a stain nor grief touches their faces. What does this mean? Neither a stain nor grief touches their faces. That is, man is not free from error; even a saint, even a friend of Allah, may in this world have some shortcomings. So in the hereafter, when that person says to Allah Almighty, this saintly servant of Yours insulted me like this, that becomes a stain. The man is truly in the right. Then He says: tell me, what do you want from Me regarding him? And then Allah (?). And then he (?). If only he had insulted me a bit more. A bit more, well, (?); if only I had attained Allah's mercy, he says.

As for grief: his mother and father, passed into the hereafter, are going to Hell. Of course he grieves. The parents went as Muslims, but they are being punished. Or a maternal uncle, a paternal uncle, a spouse, a friend, whoever. To lift that grief from him, Allah Almighty says: go on, take them from here. Take as many as you want. He will give the right to intercede for seven up to seventy people. And these will intercede for people. Yes.

For the sake of His loved ones, Allah will give His loved ones the right of intercession. Allah's saintly servants will intercede for people, from seven up to 70 people. Even so, for the people Allah has made eternal dwellers of Hell, these people too will not intercede for Allah's sake; making this known, Allah Almighty commands that people, not trusting in people, trust in Allah alone and (?).
