(This is also) the law, regarding the Prophets that We have sent before you. You cannot find a conflict in Our laws.
Tafsir
Allah punished those who expelled the Prophets whom He had sent before the Prophet (s.a.w.) from their homelands, and after their Prophets, they themselves were either destroyed or invaded by other nations and became their captives. This is the unchanging law of Allah. They will not find any change in His law. Because Allah is complete and perfect. All creatures other than Allah are incomplete. In this respect, incomplete human beings improve with each passing time. When the laws of their previous lives are no longer able to govern them, they have to make new laws. For example, the lives and life levels of the people of ancient times are not the same as the lives of the people of our time. The people of this time have advanced in technology and science and are in a position to make the world serve them. Those who come after us will be even more advanced than us, and their lives and inventions in science and technology will surpass our own. In this case, the laws by which we are governed now will perhaps become incapable of governing people living in a more advanced age in the future. This time these people will also have to make their own laws. In fact, even in the world, the laws of those who make laws by making judgments with their own minds are incomplete and many laws are erroneous.
When the people who govern a town or tribe change and another person comes to the head of the town or tribe, those people make laws that are right according to their own minds. However, the laws that seem right to them are incomplete and erroneous to people who have evolved further.
Since human beings are in a constant state of evolution, the laws they make are incomplete and faulty. But since Allah is complete and perfect, there is no change in His laws. If Allah (swt) had changed His laws, He would have been in a state of evolution like us. Whatever Allah (swt) has said and sent before, His Verses will remain valid until the Day of Judgment. No creature can find any deficiency in His Verses. Because Allah is the Creator, the One who knows what His creatures need, and the One who judges and decrees accordingly. If people deviate from these laws, disasters and troubles will befall them. If people try to find shortcomings in Allah's laws, they are surely trying to prove the shortcomings of their own intellect.
What is said in the video
Surah Al-Isra, verse 77: we have come to this verse. Meanwhile, if you have any questions, we will answer them. This is also the law concerning the prophets We sent before you. And just as we explained the translation of the verse above, Allah Almighty says this in the verse below too. What does He say? If they had driven you out of there, We too would have destroyed them. For example, when they did not believe Salih, when they slaughtered the camel, the miracle, Allah's camel, even though a yellow camel came out of a rock, well, when they killed the camel, they were granted 200 days, and in the end Salih, one night, is taken away from there, that is, he leaves from among them.
The people are destroyed. Lot's people likewise. Noah's people likewise. Moses's departure from Pharaoh, the same. So the punishment in this world for those who drive their prophets out of those lands is to be destroyed, even in disgrace.
Indeed, in the verse, the law concerning the prophets We sent before you is this. You will find no change in Our law, says Allah Almighty. Why will you find no change in the law? Because Allah Almighty is complete and perfect. Complete and perfect. So in His law, change you will not find. You will find no deficiency in it either; that is why. Before the Prophet (peace be upon him) too, Allah Almighty punished those who drove out of their lands the prophets He had sent. After their prophets, they themselves were either destroyed or, through the invasion of other nations, came under their captivity.
This is Allah's unchanging law. They cannot find any change in His law. Because Allah is complete and perfect. All created beings other than Allah are deficient. For this reason deficient human beings develop with each passing age. When the laws of their previous way of life can no longer govern them, they are forced to make new and newer laws. For example, the lives and living standards of people in ancient times and the lives of the people of our time are not the same. People of this age have advanced in technology and science and have reached the point of making the world serve them. Those after us will go even further than us, and in their lives, their lives, their inventions in science and technology will surpass our time.
In that case the laws by which we are now governed may in the future, for people living in a more developed age, become unable to govern them. Then these people too will be forced to make laws suited to themselves. Indeed, even on earth, the laws of those who pass judgments with their own minds and make laws are deficient, and many laws are erroneous. So, since Allah Almighty is complete and perfect, in whatever age people live, be it the primitive age or the very last age at the final moment of the Day of Judgment, whatever it is, His religious ruling is complete and perfect according to people's nature.
His religious ruling, His law. The moment one steps outside those laws and people make laws according to their own minds, in every law they make, deficiencies will appear, and with these deficiencies they will (?). When the people governing a town change and other persons come to head the town or the people, those persons too make laws that are right according to their own minds. Yet the laws that seem right to them are, for people who develop further later on, deficient and wrong. So since people are constantly developing, the laws they make are deficient and wrong. But since Allah is complete and perfect, in His laws change is not found. If Allah Almighty had made changes in His laws, He too would have been in a state of development like us.
God forbid! Whatever Allah said and whatever verse He sent in the past, His verses keep their validity until the Day of Judgment. No created being (?) any deficiency in His verses. Because Allah is the Creator, who knows what His creatures need and accordingly lays down His laws and gives His ruling. If people go outside these rulings, disasters and hardships are upon these people. If people set out to find deficiency in Allah's laws, they surely expose the deficiency of their own minds; they are pitiful people trying to prove that.
