Say; “Everyone commits deeds according to their character and beliefs. In this case, your Lord knows the best who is upon the right path.”
Tafsir
Allah created our souls in the realm of Lahut. He made a covenant with each soul (kalu bela) separately. Each human being's covenant with Allah (swt), i.e. his/her own will, has been written down as destiny.
In this respect, since Allah has given the will to human beings, He has made them program themselves with their own will. He made them write these desires and wishes as their destiny. In this respect, Allah (swt) says in this verse that everyone will work according to his own temperament and nature, that is, according to how he has programmed his will and desire.
(Surely Allah is the One Who created all the worlds and programmed them with a certain program. He created this universe out of nothing. Since Allah is the best knower of His creatures, He is the one who knows their states best by programming them individually.
Allah is the One who, when people are in the spirit world, writes the wills of our spirits as destiny for them according to their desires and wishes, and He is the One Who knows very well which people are on the right path and which are on the wrong path.

Verse 84 of Surah Al-Isra: Say: everyone acts according to his own temperament and disposition. How beautiful. Now, like before, did Allah Almighty create people in a (?) way — that is, when He gives a blessing? Now how beautifully it says: say, everyone acts according to his own temperament and disposition. That is, he goes about his work as a result of the covenant he gave Allah Almighty, and everyone, in this world, proves what kind of person he is, and every soul will taste death. According to His verse that says your return is to Me, when people complete their journey in the hereafter, when on that (?) the Supreme Court is set up, of Allah Almighty, who is Eleysallahu bi ahkemi'l- hâkimîn, at the (?) they will be called to account.
There, no one will be able to question Allah Almighty anymore. Because for all the wickedness he did, with his good and bad deeds, in the presence of Allah Almighty he will be called to account with no place to escape.
Allah Almighty, Allah Almighty created our (?). He made a covenant with each soul separately at Kalu Bela. Every person — the covenant every person gave Allah Almighty, that is, man's own wish, was written for man as destiny. For this reason, since Allah gave man partial will, man, by his own will, had himself programmed. They had these desires and wishes written for themselves as destiny. Can you grasp the verses now? That is, the verses always confirm one another. They never contradict or belie one another. Yes. Grasp these subtleties well. If you grasp these well, you will understand the truth better, live Islam better, and in greater peace, in a festive atmosphere, you will spend your life. In this case, who has taken a right path, your Lord knows best. Surely Allah, creating all the worlds, with a certain program programs them.
He is the One who brought this universe into being from nothing. Since Allah knows best what He created, programming His creatures separately He is the One who knows their states best. Allah, who, while people were in the world of souls, wrote according to their desires and wishes our souls' wishes for them as destiny, surely knows very well which of the people is on the right path and which on the crooked path.
