Tafsir
Hadrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' addressed Pharaoh: O Pharaoh! You know that there is an Allah, and these miracles are the powers and signs shown by Allah through superhuman events so that you and the people may come to faith. He is the Owner of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them. O Pharaoh! He said, "Since you, despite knowing that all these miracles are true, do not give up your stubbornness and arrogance and continue in your deviation, I see your destruction and ruin.
If Allah sends a Prophet to a people, and that people denies their Prophet, or expels him from the land unjustly, or kills him, then that people has prepared its own destruction. Allah's public prosecution will catch them. This is the law of Allah. In this respect, since Pharaoh also proclaimed himself to be a god, Moses, sensing that Pharaoh would incur the wrath of Allah, said to Pharaoh, "I indeed think that you will perish.
What is said in the video
Yes, we had come to verse 102 of Surah Al-Isra. What does Moses say to Pharaoh? You know very well, he said, that as lessons, none but the Lord of the heavens and the earth has sent these down. O Pharaoh! And I truly think that you are doomed, he says. What a fine answer Moses gives Pharaoh there. Because can one who is with Allah be defeated? Because can anyone overpower Allah and His Messenger in this situation? Moses (peace be upon him), addressing Pharaoh: O Pharaoh, you too know that there is one Allah, and these miracles, superhuman events from that Allah, so that you and the people come to faith, are powers and lessons shown by Allah.
That Allah who is the Owner of the heavens and the earth and what is between them. O Pharaoh, since you, despite knowing that so many miracles are true, do not give up your stubbornness and arrogance, and in error, continue in your error, I too truly see your destruction and that you are doomed, he said. Because when Allah sends a prophet to a people and that people denies their prophet and unjustly drives him out of that land or kills him, then that people has prepared its own destruction. Allah's public prosecution catches up with them. This is Allah's law. In this respect, since Pharaoh also declared himself a god, Moses, who spoke of Pharaoh falling under Allah's wrath, to Pharaoh: I too truly think that you will be destroyed, he says.
