Tafsir
The hearts of those who deny Allah and the Hereafter are in ignorance. They have minds that do not want to think about the truth, they have ears that do not want to hear the truth, and in this state they do not turn to the truth. In pride and arrogance, they accuse Allah.
Since Allah (swt) has left people free in His will, He will hold them accountable for what they have done. But people who rebel and disbelieve in Allah blame their evil deeds on Allah. They say that if Allah had not willed it, I would not have done these evils. Saying, "He created me like this and I do these things," is blaming Allah and increasing one's own disbelief. Allah has shown every human being the truth and sent Prophets and Books to show them the good and bad paths, but if man makes friends with his enemies, his ego and Satan, and does what they say, and turns his back on Allah, and does not follow what Allah says, is Allah to blame? He will be held accountable for what he earned with his own two hands.
People with such ideas and thoughts compete in evil. These people, who are far from glory and honor, who their own minds show them as good, but who are actually captives of the ego and Satan, go beyond denying Allah, they do not hesitate to sleep with their daughters and fathers, and their fathers with their daughters, for the sake of their children and well-being. They also have contact with their fellow human beings, which Allah forbids and does not want to see in human beings, which is why He destroyed the people of Lot. Such people, by practicing homosexuality, are practicing these evil traits that Allah forbids.
Allah (swt) says in one of His Verses, "Man is a man by his actions, and in some of his actions he is even lower than an animal. And in another verse (they are more deviant than animals in their ways). Even animals have a sense of family. In contrast to the animal that is jealous of its female, the human being, who is created equal to a fellow creature, not only denies Allah, but also commits these evil deeds by having contact with their fellow human beings. In this respect, all diseases and illnesses spread from them on earth. By their behavior and filth, by spreading these ills to people, they are oppressing the human world. In this respect, the injustice of a person who denies Allah is only to his own soul. But the cruelty of these people is both to themselves and to humanity.

Verse 63 of Surah Al-Mu'min. Allah Almighty — see what He says about non-Muslims: No! Their hearts, those deniers' hearts, are in ignorance in this matter.
Now, here, this very word, what does it say? No, their hearts, those deniers' hearts, are in ignorance in this matter. In which matter? In knowing Allah. In recognizing Allah. They are in ignorance. Why? They themselves were created from nothing; their existence came about all of a sudden. Every person, everyone with reason, realizes that by a Lord, that is, by a Creator, he was created — everyone realizes it. Allah Almighty gave them this reason. The reason called "akl-ı maad". In this case this person, facing our Lord —
that He created them — is striving not to think of it. Why? Because his Lord, whom he sees in human form — out of the pride and arrogance in him, out of the grandeur of his nafs — as the Lord of his own imagination he awaits: He would appear to him in that grandeur. And he would prostrate to Him. He does not know that Allah Almighty, toward the human being to whom He gave what exists in His Self, compassionate and merciful, without any pressure or, well, coercion, wanted a person to know his Lord by his own will. Without grasping this, he, in fear of one who will press on him with grandeur, sets out to look for a creator who presses on him.
No, none appears. Still there is hope. Hoping that such a one exists, he denies the one who created him. If this isn't ignorance, what is? See what Allah Almighty says. Their hearts, those deniers' hearts, are in ignorance in this matter. Moreover, beyond this — beyond their shirk and denial — they have certain evil deeds, which they keep doing. Beyond this shirk, beyond associating partners with Allah, they have worse deeds, He says. They keep doing those deeds. Of course, if a person who has no fear of his Lord falls into Satan's net, his trap, Satan will of course make him one who rebels against Allah and whom Allah will in no way forgive — that is, leaving Allah and following Satan, for the evils you commit in that state he will in no way be pardoned. When is he pardoned?
When he regrets it and turns back. If he knows his Lord, he is forgiven. But as long as he follows Satan, for the evils he commits he will never be pardoned; if he is pardoned, he becomes a Muslim anyway. He goes to Paradise. So, because of the filth they committed of their own free will, their eternal abode is Hell. Their eternal bed, their resting place, their shelter is Hell. Moreover, among themselves they live as homosexuals. Even animals, some of them with one mate until death, live with one mate, yet some of these people — we hear — their wives go to holiday homes as tourists, they go to other countries.
They are asked: if your wife sleeps with another man there, how would you take it here? It's her right too, she has needs too, he says. She can, he says. Now, a person with this kind of thinking and mentality — doesn't he become baser than an animal that spends its life with one mate? Although Allah Almighty created man as the noblest of creatures, in His verse indeed: man is human through the deeds he does. Through some deeds he is even baser than an animal, He says. Yes. So these people, besides associating partners with Allah, also, by being after evil deeds, drown the earth in filth. All the germs spread around from them too.
They wrong both their own selves and the world of mankind. Yes, the hearts of those who deny Allah and the hereafter are in ignorance. They have minds, but they do not want to think about the truth. Allah has shown every person the truth; to show the good and the bad paths He sent prophets and books; if man insists on befriending his nafs and Satan, which are his enemies, does what they say and turns his back on Allah, does not keep what Allah says, is this Allah's fault? Yes. As the return for what his own two hands earned, he will be called to account. Does our Lord not say: Ve men ya'mel miskâle zerratin hayran yerah — an atom's weight of his good I will write down. Ve men ya'mel miskâle zerratin şerran yerah — and an atom's weight of his evil I will also write down, He says.

People with such ideas and thinking practically compete in evil. These, far from glory and honour, to whom their own minds make things seem good, who are in fact captives of the nafs and Satan, going even beyond denying Allah, for the continuation of offspring and family, the daughter with her father, the father with his daughter — they never shrink from sleeping together. Yes.
There are children of ours who have witnessed this.
It reaches my ears. One of them says: a Jewish woman came. The woman was having her car repaired. To continue my line I would never shrink from sleeping with my father, she says. Yes. Moreover, what Allah forbade and does not want to see from people, for which He destroyed the people of Lot: they have contact with their own sex. Such people, practising homosexuality, with this evil that Allah forbade, (?), keep doing these deeds.
In a verse Allah Almighty says: man is human through the deeds he does. Indeed, through some deeds he is even baser than an animal. In another verse: they are (?) more astray than animals. Look, even animals have a notion of family. Compared to the animal that is jealous over (?) its female, man, created as the noblest of creatures, going beyond denying Allah, having contact with their own sex, do these evil deeds. For this reason all diseases and ailments on earth are spreading from them. With this behaviour and filth they spread these ailments of theirs to people, wronging the world of mankind.
Therefore a person who denies Allah — that person's wrong is only against his own self. But the wrong of these people is against both themselves and the world of mankind. Yes.
