And do not be among those who deny Allah’s verses. Otherwise, you will join the ruined ones.
Tafsir
And do not be among those who deny the Verses of Allah. For Allah is the Creator out of nothing. He is exempt from imperfect attributes. Allah is the Wise. He knows very well what He does and why He does it. According to the human mind, what appears to be evil is good. What appears to be good is evil. We cannot understand this by realizing it. Because Allah knows the unseen. We will know whether these wisdoms are good or bad after the events, if Allah gives us a wakefulness.
So don't disagree about the Verses of Allah according to our minds, as if you know more about Allah than Allah, by making light of Allah's Verses and saying that it would have been better if He had said this or that instead. Or don't say that this is outdated, this is for ancient times, or this verse has been changed by this verse and this verse has been abrogated. Allah is not like human beings, who improve themselves and as they see that they are lacking, they abrogate a Verse and replace it with a new one. People do not understand Allah's Verses, they do not comprehend their meanings, so they interpret Allah's Verses with the interpretations of their own minds and say that this Verse has been abrogated by this Verse. Allah (swt) says that there is a Book in Our sight, which is preserved in the Holy Book, and no addition or omission is made to it. So why would he keep the verse he changed there?
O man! Think well, do not go down the path of denial by denying the Verses of Allah and falling into suspicions and doubts. According to the Verse (every soul will taste death), one day when you leave the world and pass on to the Hereafter, you will be among the losers.
What is said in the video
...lives. Surah Yunus, verse 95: And do not be among those who deny Allah's verses. Again, through the Prophet. Never be among those who deny Allah's verses. Would He say that to the Prophet? (?) Because He reveals. He reveals. He reveals to the heart. In one verse He even says: when We reveal Our verse to Our messenger, to Our prophet, Satan, He says, will surely try to cast an insinuation into him. But Allah, He says, firmly places the verse in that heart; Satan's insinuation crashes into it, fades and goes away. They have interpreted this verse wrongly too: Allah supposedly (?) Satan's insinuation and placed His own verse. Yes.
In that case, don't these verses contradict each other? These are words said in a figurative sense. There are those who (?) these to the Prophet. They interpret it that way. Because that's how they understand it. That's how they understand it, that's how they interpret it. In that case it even goes as far as (?). Yes. And do not be among those who deny Allah's verses. Then you will be among the losers.
Do not be among those who deny Allah's verses. Because Allah creates from nothing. Here we say (?). He is free from deficient attributes. Allah is the Owner of wisdom. He knows very well why He does what He does. What seems evil to the human mind is good. And what seems good is evil. We cannot grasp this by comprehension. Because Allah knows the unseen; whether these wisdoms are good or evil we understand after the events, if Allah grants an awakening. So, taking Allah's verses lightly according to our own minds, saying: had He said this like this instead, it would have been better, saying so — let's put our finger here, let's stop here.
Some, although there is the headscarf, say that in the verse that headscarf was relative to the old times. Back then there was no manicure and such, so it said: cover your heads. This verse is according to that time. There are those who say this. Yes. The verses' validity until the Day of Judgment is (?). Yes.
So, taking Allah's verses lightly according to our minds, saying had He said this like this instead it would have been better, as if you knew more about Allah than Allah Himself, do not fall into dispute about the verses. Or: its time has passed, this addresses ancient ages. Or: this verse was changed by such-and-such verse. Do not say it was abrogated either. Because there is no abrogation. But people who don't know themselves still claim: this verse was abrogated by that verse.
In fact it was not abrogated. For example: you, with disbelievers, with idolaters, cannot marry, He says. And in another verse, the People of the Book you can marry, He says. Ah, they say. Look, this was abrogated by that. This verse was abrogated, changed by that verse.
Whoever says it like that shows that he knows nothing of the verses, that he is in ignorance, that out of a passion to be a leader, with a label given to him, with this passion to be a leader, he is talking. An idolater is one thing, the People of the Book another. The idolater is a pagan. The People of the Book are bound by Allah's book but are disbelievers who have not come to the religion of Islam. Disbeliever. The disbeliever is one thing, the idolater another. In that case, if people unaware of these get up and say it was abrogated, then it's as if Allah Almighty changes Himself, as if according to people's lives He saw His own deficiency and (?).
Yes.
Never pay attention to the words of those who, in such utter ignorance, consider themselves scholars and speak. We speak in the light of the verses. Yes.
Let's read this paragraph again. So, taking Allah's verses lightly according to our minds, saying had He said this like this instead it would have been better, as if you knew more about Allah than Allah Himself, do not fall into dispute about the verses. Or: its time has passed. This addresses ancient ages. Or: this verse was changed in such-and-such verse, it was abrogated — do not say that either. Allah is not like people, who improve themselves and, as they see a deficiency, repeal that verse and bring a new one in its place. He says: there is a book with Us, preserved in the Preserved Tablet.
According to the verse that says nothing is added to it or taken from it afterwards, He abrogated the verse. Why would Allah Almighty keep it there?
Why would He keep the verse He changed in the original book in the Preserved Tablet? Does our mind accept this? Does our logic accept this? Yes.
Because people do not understand Allah's verses and cannot grasp the meanings in them, they judge Allah's verses with their own minds' interpretations and, with decisions of their own, say: this verse was abrogated in such-and-such verse. Allah Almighty: there is a book with Us, preserved in the Preserved Tablet. Nothing is added to it or taken from it afterwards, He declares. So why would He keep the verse He changed there? O mankind! Think well. Do not, by denying Allah's verses, falling into suppositions and doubts, get stuck on the path of denial. (?) According to the verse, one day when you leave the world and pass to the hereafter, you will be among the losers.
