Translation

Verily, regarding those who will not believe (with their own desires), your Lord’s word (judgment) has come true.

Tafsir

Allah's word has been fulfilled about those about whom Allah's word has been established, that is, those for whom the desires and wishes of those who disbelieve in Allah (in Qalubala) have been given to them as destiny, that no matter how much you tell them the truth and show them miracles, they will not be able to believe even if they see the torment of Hell in the Hereafter. Since Allah (swt) knows the destiny of people, Allah (swt), Who is free from any imperfect attributes, informs us of their situation. Emphasizing that there is no deficiency in the Word of Allah (swt), with many miracles, Allah (swt) informs people with His Verses that His Word is true. (Who is as faithful to His word as Allah is to His word), He constantly proves that His word is true. In this case, he is inviting people to the truth and salvation.

What is said in the video

In verse 96 of Surah Yunus — we said it's a wrongly interpreted verse; let's see where it was interpreted wrongly. Surah Yunus, verse 96. What does it say? Truly, those against whom your Lord's word has been fulfilled will not believe, it says. Truly, those against whom your Lord's word has been fulfilled will not believe. That is: Allah Almighty created them that way, and since they did not believe, Allah Almighty's word was thus fulfilled. Whereas truly, concerning those who by their own wishes and desires will not believe — how beautiful — truly, it says, concerning those who, by their own wishes and desires, will not believe, your Lord's word, His judgment, has been fulfilled. Yes.

When He made a covenant with everyone by their own free will, Allah Almighty gave them their wishes and desires as their aim, as their destiny; because He gave them their aims as destiny, and because our Lord knows this, concerning those who will not believe, your Lord's word, His judgment, has been fulfilled.

(?) and those about whom Allah's word is fixed, that is, (?) those who deny Allah, those whose wishes and desires were given to them as destiny — to them, however much you tell them the truth, even if they see miracles, even if you show them, even if they see that punishment of Hell in the hereafter, it is impossible for them to believe. His word has come true. It is impossible for them to believe. His word comes true. Because according to their wishes and desires Allah Almighty has placed characters in them. And those characters — once more (?), according to Allah Almighty's verse 'unless We will, you cannot say', since over no one partial free will, (?), he himself is not going to use his partial free will, so even in Hell these are not going to believe in Allah Almighty.

Because if they had believed, they would not say to that Malik: 'O Malik, tell your Lord to lighten the punishment on us a little.' As they see the punishment of Hell, their hatred toward Allah Almighty will increase, and they will wait for the Lord of their imagination, the one they expected in the world, the one they fancied; and that they expect such a Lord, in the verse, this verse supports: the verse 'They will not see their Lord.' This supports tawhid. It emphasizes that they imagine it this way. In that case, they, as they see the punishment in Hell, their hatred toward Allah Almighty will increase, and in that hatred they will wait for the Lord they imagine.

Once that Lord comes, He will save them from there. They will take revenge on Allah, who torments them. This is what they think. Yes. Even if they see this punishment of Hell in the hereafter, it is impossible for them to believe. His word has come true. Since Allah Almighty knows people's destinies, Allah, who is free from deficient attributes, informs us of their condition. Emphasizing that there is no deficiency in His word, Allah Almighty with many miracles makes known to people that His word is true through His verses. With the verse 'Who is truer to his word than Allah?', He constantly proves that His word is true.

In this way He invites people to the truth and to salvation. Yes.
