There is no one, not bound by Allah’s will (No soul can change their fate without Allah’s permission, by the covenant they made with Allah, in the address of Alastu-bi-Rabbiqum). Whoever does not use their reason (mind), is a filthy (blasphemer)!
Tafsir
No one will believe without Allah's permission. As we have explained in the above verse, when people make a covenant with Allah (in Kalubala) and their own desires and wishes are given to them as their destiny, then they come to the realm of property and live in accordance with their desires and wishes.
It is only when Allah programs the wills of those who obey Him to be characters that are obedient to Him, then a person becomes a believer in the truth. Apart from that, no one can become a believer spontaneously without being programmed by Allah.
In this case, if Allah (swt) were to change people's destiny, He would have used His will on people when He took away their will, which would have been contrary to the purpose of His creation. What has happened has happened, what has been written has been written, the program has been programmed, everything has been put into effect, and what happens next is up to the behavior of people. Despite the fact that Allah (swt) has so clearly and explicitly declared His existence by proving His Essence with all kinds of sciences and events, by bringing all kinds of similitudes and examples, those who do not use their minds, those who deny their Lord, have made Allah (swt) program them in the direction of their own desires and have made themselves disbelievers and impure.
What is said in the video
Surah Yunus, its hundredth verse is said to be wrongly explained; let us see how. First let us read the wrong one and see what it is. Surah Yunus,
Yes.
We moved on to a star surah.
I'm writing in the thing, you know.
I'm writing the tafsir, you know, the tafsir. I mix up one from here and one from there. One is ahead, one is behind. Sometimes I mix up which one is where. Surah Yunus, we have come to the hundredth verse.
I'm reading you the wrong one. It says: no one believes without Allah's permission.
If this person had even a little knowledge, knowledge would not put it this way.
No one would believe without Allah's permission. Then verse 172 of Surah Al-A'raf would be done away with. That leads to denial. It leads to denial. Allah gave people partial will. He made a covenant with them one by one. Here it says: without Allah Almighty's permission. No one would believe. Does not believe. Well then? If no one believes without Allah's permission, is Allah the enemy of the others, that He did not make them believe?
Allah discriminating among His servants — is that not injustice? (?) Are you ascribing that to Allah Almighty as an attribute?
Are you doing away with the address Elestü bi Rabbiküm?
If I am wrong, then you set me right. If this is right, then you come to the right path.
'Those who do not use their reason' — it stands here — makes them deniers. Look, now it changes here. Those who do not use their reason. Well, did you make him use reason now? Did you give him the ability? Did you give him that partial will and make them use their reason? Now doesn't the religion you are talking about refute you? With what knowledge are you writing this? What does it say? No one believes without Allah's permission. Then where is my partial will?
Look at the correct one. There is no nafs that is not bound to Allah's permission. Nafs. In the address Elestü bi Rabbiküm, the nafs that made a covenant with Allah Almighty, unless Allah permits, cannot change its destiny. Cannot change its destiny. That is what it means. There is no nafs that is not bound to Allah's permission. That is, with that partial will it is not possible for that person to change his own will. This is in Allah's hand. That is: if We do not will, you cannot will. Here it (?) that noble verse.
I read it once more. There is no nafs that is not bound to Allah's permission. That is, every nafs that made a covenant with Allah Almighty, unless Allah permits, cannot change its destiny. Those who do not use their reason are filthy, deniers. Yes.
