Translation

“Oh my people! “I am not asking you for any possessions in return for proclaiming the orders of Allah. My reward is only up to Allah. I am not going to expel those who believe because they will return to their Lord. But I see you as a group that acts ignorantly.”

Tafsir

The prominent people of Hadrat Noah 'alaihis-salâm''s people, i.e. those who had wealth and possessions, who thought themselves wise and great with their wealth and possessions, in arrogance and pride, said to Hadrat Noah 'alaihis-salâm', "The people around you are all poor and wretched people. We will not listen to you unless you take them away from you. Allah (swt) informs us of the response of Hazrat Noah (peace be upon him) to them in this Ayat-i Kerime.

Noah addressed his people: He said, 'O my people, I do not ask you for anything in return for informing you of Allah's command, I do not ask you for anything for my own benefit, I expect my reward from Allah and my reward belongs only to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.

I will not cast out those who believe. For they will meet their Lord. This verse is very meaningful and thought-provoking. It means that whoever believes in Allah, His messenger and the Hereafter, Allah is with him and those people are with Allah. And whoever does not believe in Allah, in the Hereafter and in His Messenger whom Allah has sent, those people are far from Allah, and Allah is far from them.

The Prophet says that those who believe in Allah will have Allah's mercy and will be with Allah in the Hereafter, while those who disbelieve in Allah, the Hereafter and His Prophet will have neither friends nor helpers in the Hereafter, for they will not have Allah's mercy in the Hereafter. He says that those who are deprived of Allah's mercy will not receive Allah's mercy, but will face Allah's wrath.

(But I see you as a people who behave ignorantly), that all these beings are Allah's and that one day you will be held accountable for the beings in your hands, and that your arrogance and pride, your ignorant behavior, your ignorant behavior and your arrogance and pride have made you forget Allah, by owning Allah's creatures in the world, by thinking that they are your own, by loving Allah's creatures with a love greater than Allah's love, you have strayed away from the truth.

What is said in the video

can ask me again. We return to our lesson.

O my people! In return for conveying Allah's commands I ask no wealth of you. My reward belongs only to Allah. I am not going to drive away those who believe. For they will meet their Lord. But I see you as a people acting ignorantly, he says. Yes.

If you look here, if this red mark goes away, it means the broadcast has ended. Because it freezes here. It may get stuck here. I keep looking over there now and then anyway. The broadcast is continuing. May Allah be pleased with you, Hodja, he says. He understood. Did you understand? The leaders of Noah's (peace be upon him) people, that is, those with wealth and property, those with wealth and property; when you say leaders, (?) Those with wealth and property, who, with the goods in their hands and their riches, think themselves clever and great, in arrogance and pride say to Noah (peace be upon him): the people around you are all poor and helpless people.

Unless you send them away from you, we will not listen to you, they say.

The answer Noah (peace be upon him) gave them, Allah Almighty to us in this verse

Allah Almighty makes known to us in this verse, we say. There is a dropped word here. We corrected them. In the book it is written like this. Unless you send them away from you, we will not listen to you, they said. The answer Noah (peace be upon him) gave them, Allah Almighty makes known to us in this verse. You are right. We read it incompletely. It correctly makes it known. That is, they will meet Allah tomorrow. I am not going to drive them away from me, he says. It makes known, that is, it makes known to us the answer Noah gave them. Noah, addressing his people: O my people, in return for conveying Allah's command to you I am not demanding any wealth from you.

None of the prophets ever, from anyone, for the duty he performed, asked for a fee at all. As far as we know of their names, Jesus; the last to come, the Prophet (peace be upon him), was an orphan.

From no one, in any way, did he demand any wealth. before prophethood came, first, before prophethood came, first, because he was a trustworthy person, Khadija (?) said Khadija al-Kubra senses that the Prophet (peace be upon him) would be a trustworthy and very great person.

Because she is very rich she wants to take him into her caravan.

She sends word.

He has no shoes to go with the caravan.

He wants to work as a porter in the market, earn money and buy shoes for his feet. When they see he is late for Khadija al-Kubra's camel loads, they look for him.

They send word to Abu Talib. Abu Talib searches too and finds him in the market. What are you doing here, he says. I have no shoes on my feet. I'll earn money here and buy shoes, he says.

Even those in such a situation, from anyone did not demand a fee in return for Allah's word. Yes.

People who will make our Lord's word heard by people fear material things, they truly fear. Is he perhaps (?) us for something material? They hold back, I mean they truly hold back. Is he after something material, does he expect something from us, they say, I mean, about this. That's why they fear. I have suffered much harm from this. Back then, seven hundred billion I handed over to the children. So that they wouldn't say the hodja pockets the money. These are witnesses, they know.

In between it flew away; I took my jacket and left. The reason: so they wouldn't say the hodja makes them work and pockets it, they pocketed it. Yes.

That is why no prophet makes any demand of people for anything.

To Noah (peace be upon him), Noah addressing his people: O my people, in return for conveying Allah's command to you I am not demanding any wealth from you. Demanding wealth. Nor am I asking anything from you for my own benefit. My reward is from Allah, and I expect my reward from Allah. And my reward belongs only to Allah, Lord of the worlds, they said. If Allah gave a person a duty, pay attention, look here, if Allah gave a person a duty, his livelihood, his desires and wishes too, all of them are met by Allah.

I am the example of it.

I am the example of it. I have no money, no cash, but it gets gathered, done; whatever I desire happens. Whatever I want, my Lord gives.

Everyone knows this too, sees it.

I didn't have five cents; I bought my wife an apartment.

There is a little money; I made her a (?) that today two hundred, two hundred fifty thousand lira couldn't cover, for her. Where does it come from, how does it happen? It happens, I mean He gives. Allah gives. He wills it, He gives. He creates it like this. It belongs to the power of creation. My wife's mind stands still, my mind stands still too. It happened; my wife's mind stands still too. How did this happen, she says. It happens. This is Allah. He has desires and wishes; Allah meets his livelihood for him. Our whole intention is to serve Allah, to carry out the duty He gave as it rightly deserves.

As I said just now, there was a great load on my shoulders. There was a great load on my back. Praise be to Allah, I set it down. But the duty is not over. Onward. Continue the duty.

I am not going to drive away from me those who will believe, he says. Yes.

For they will meet their Lord. This verse is very meaningful and thought-provoking. The meaning here: whoever believes in Allah, in Allah's (?) and the hereafter, Allah is with him, and those people too are with Allah. And whoever does not believe in Allah, the hereafter, the prophet Allah sent, these people, since they are far from Allah, Allah too is far from them. This is how it is outwardly in the first sense. In the world of the hereafter too, Allah will cut off His mercy from them. For the people from whom He has cut off His mercy, those to whom Allah gave the station of intercession, and the prophets, will never intercede for them.

Yes.

Upon these two groups' passing to the hereafter, that those who believe in Allah will attain Allah's mercy and be with Allah, we already say here. And whoever denies Allah, Allah's hereafter and Allah's prophet, these since in the world of the hereafter they cannot attain Allah's mercy, there they will have neither a friend nor a helper. They are there without anyone, and alone, it says. In the verse. That those deprived of Allah's mercy cannot attain Allah's mercy, but will meet only Allah's attribute of wrath, He decrees. Yes. But I see you as a people acting ignorantly, he says. In the face of so much truth.

And although we went to explain to them a knowledge they did not know, their making themselves talk like a wound-up record, without even giving the guest who came before them a chance to speak, this knowledge, the knowledge, or without thinking what kind of person this is, talking to themselves, and turning their back on Allah's verse coming from the root, its spirit; because in Arabic the word comes like this, continuing to attribute qualities to Allah. Yes. And then, of the verse we cited, in the footnote this is so; if you say the footnote, he says, it would be most welcome, blessed man; your footnote, what of the verse, in the verse attributing qualities, in the footnote; come here, then tell me the footnote, he says; look, like that; then this comes to my mind: to mislead the Islamic world deliberately distorting the verses, especially focusing on three traits, that's how they do it anyway; once they removed the covenant, everything they tie to this world, they prove Allah is unaware of the future, you know, with things like "it is hoped that".

Of the three traits, one is removing the covenant. The second, after this, leaving Allah unaware of the future. The third, removing partial will and playing with it as they like. Because the covenant (?) was removed. The root was removed. Then, being unaware of souls, patching them onto cats, dogs, some things. this man knows nothing of souls either, he says. According to the coming of souls, to some beings, sir, they have been attributed, he says. To some beings. Just look at you. Yes. How else can I warn you? How else can I tell you the truth in the light of verses? How else, showing you these verses, that apart from Allah's Self the soul is nothing apart from Allah's Self, that its part is in man, that He held him as addressee of His Self, that He created man as the noblest of creatures, created him honored above the worlds, that in no other being is His soul, and that all beings exist for the sake of the Messenger of Allah, how else shall we prove it?

Yes. How shall we prove it? And with what knowledge do you attribute the soul to others, and "this man attributes the soul only to Allah", and expose your ignorance too. Expose your lack of knowledge too. Expose that you don't understand the verses too. Then also (?). Then lead people into error too.

Yes. (?). Under the title of Islam, I will bring a case against them. On the Day of Judgment I will bring a case. Because they are under the title of Islam. If they were disbelievers, they would be eternally destined for Hell anyway.

But my cases: even without my conveying it to them, Allah will make it known to them anyway. According to the verse (?) "I call no one to account", come here, He will say. Did you hear? He will not be able to say I didn't hear. There are documents. Look, they are recording me here.

Is Allah Almighty not able to freeze the images we project? Today, when a jet (?) goes to an altitude of 40,000-50,000 feet, the exhaust coming out behind it freezes instantly in the cold air. You see how it went. It leaves a trace behind. Well, if these images of mine, this image I projected, in a camera is imprinted on paper, to freeze this and show it to us on the Day of Judgment, is Allah Almighty not able? Allah is the possessor of knowledge. No one, with no escape and no making amends, Allah's, as Allah's attribute, no one will be able to say "if only it had been this way"; tomorrow at (?) what you earned, every bit of it, and the recompense of your (?), according to the verse, one will give account of it there.

Yes.

But I see you as a people acting ignorantly, he says. His saying this: that all these beings are Allah's, and that one day you will be called to account for these possessions in your hands too; that Allah's creations you own and think are yours, and with a love greater than for Allah you nurture love for Allah's creations; in your ignorant behaviour, removed from the truths, your arrogance and pride made you forget Allah, he said. For these, too, the claim to position and rank has given them such arrogance and pride that they don't give up attributing qualities to Allah. Saying Arabic grammar is like this, thinking himself learned through that Arabic, he goes on attributing qualities to Allah.

Yes.
