Translation

(Oh My Messenger!) Say; “If you know, (then say) to whom this world and the things in it belong.”

Tafsir

Since Allah (swt) has created every mind as a knower of His Essence, all this creation, the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, has known the remembrance of its Lord, and since He has created the mind He has given to man as a knower of His Essence, all created beings cannot deny that they have been created by Allah (swt). It is this intellect that Allah has given to human beings that He makes them appeal to and informs the Prophet (PBUH) in the following verse (Say, "My Messenger! To whom does this world and all that is in it belong, if you know?

What is said in the video

We have come to verse 84 of Surah Al-Mu'minun.

My Messenger, say: if you know, tell us then, to whom do this world and those in it belong?

In some verses they also say: to Allah.

Now we are reading the verse. So since Allah Almighty created every mind, every mind, as knowing His essence; now when I say here that He created it as knowing His essence, let it not be misunderstood, as if it knows the Creator, it knows the Creator and still denies Him knowingly; because it does not use its mind, it waits for the Lord of its own imagination; that is, when we say knowing His essence here, it knows that there is a being that created it. That is the meaning. It knows that there is a God, a Lord who created it. But our Lord who created it, standing before it, manifested in human form; because of that, it cannot recognise Him.

That is, it does not believe that He created it. Why does it not believe? Out of pride and arrogance. Out of the ego and grandeur in itself.

It does not look at Him as the Creator. Look at the non-Muslims today, in arrogance and pride. On their necks, it says, there are (?). They cannot bow their necks to the ground. Yes.

All this existence, the heavens and the earth and what is between the two, have known the remembrance of their Lord, alongside this verse. Since He created the mind He gave man as knowing His essence, in this respect that they were created by one Allah, all created beings can never deny. Yes. Whoever denies, let them deny, even those who deny, although out of their hatred they know they have a creator, out of their hatred set out to prove that Allah does not exist. Like whom? Like Darwin.

Like Doctor Darwin.

So Allah, addressing this mind He gave to people, makes it known to the Prophet (peace be upon him) with His verse like this: My Messenger, say: if you know, tell us then, to whom do this world and those in it belong? Yes.
