Ask, “Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and who is the Lord of the mighty Throne?”
Tafsir
As the second proof, Allah (swt) shows the universe He created. That He has created the universe in seven layers and surrounded it with the Throne and all the creatures remain within the Throne, and that He is permanent in time and space, and that this whole universe is Allah's, who is the absolute power and there is no other God but Him, in order to prove to the people that Allah is the Almighty, that no creature can be capable of this, by informing the people of the mighty and powerful works He has created, Allah, with His greatness and power, addressing the minds of the people, addressing Habib-i Kibriya, Hatemen Nebi, the Prophet (s. a.w.) to our Prophet (s. a.w.), asking these people: "Ask these people who is the Lord of the seven layers of heavens and who is the Lord of the mighty Throne?(a.v.) addressed our Lord, ask these people, who is the Lord of the seven layers of heavens and the Lord of the mighty Throne?

Here again Allah Almighty asks yet another question. Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, the Lord of the mighty Throne? He asks.

That He created the universe in seven layers and surrounded them with the Throne, so that all created things remain within the Throne and subsist with time and space, all this universe, in order to prove to people that it belongs to Allah, who is absolute power and besides whom there is no other god, Allah Almighty, making known to people the mighty and powerful works He created, which no created being could ever be capable of, Allah Almighty, with His might and power, addressing people's minds, (?) Muhammad (peace be upon him), to our master, addressing him: ask these people then, who is the Lord of the seven heavens, the Lord of the mighty Throne?
