Translation

Allah is the One Who knows the unknown (ghayb) and that which is witnessed. Allah is exalted above what the idolaters attribute.

Tafsir

Allah is the Knower of the unseen. Unseen means that Allah knows what people do not know and what is unknown to people and about which they have no knowledge. Because the knowledge of what Allah has created and how He has created it is with Allah. In this respect He knows the unseen. Allah knows what people will do when they hide their secret affairs from the people in their consultations with each other.

Allah also knows the shahadah. The shahadah here is the where and when of all the deeds done publicly and visibly. Whatever actions are performed in the universe, Allah is also aware of them. Allah also knows what people will do in the future. There is nothing hidden or concealed for Allah that He is unaware of. Allah is the One who knows the condition of all His creatures and watches over them.

What is said in the video

We have come to Surah Al-Mu'minun, verse 92. Allah is the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed. He is far exalted and free above what the polytheists associate with Him, it says. The polytheists. Why did He bring us into the world? To make ourselves witnesses over ourselves, that's why. Well, He knew it back there, didn't He? What more need is there? He knows it there. What need is there?

Had you not been going to say the following, We would have finished your affair. Not say what? "Had You sent us to a hidden world, had You sent us scholars, books, prophets, we would not have fallen short in worshipping You" — had you not said that, He says, We would not have sent you here. Because there, at the call "Alastu bi Rabbikum", they denied Allah Almighty, and because Allah Almighty is free of deficient attributes, He created these worlds. Come on now, show what you've got. Now He has sent us to a world where His Essence is not seen. Pay attention. He encompasses all eyes. He grasps them. As for us, even if we encompass, we cannot grasp.

We see, but we cannot grasp. Now there are many meanings here. We won't go into that. That's not our lesson. Allah Almighty is very beautiful and free above what the polytheists associate with Him. Why? Because He has neither offspring nor child, nor family. That is, a wife. Besides, idol-worshipping people make the idols of their own imagination. They worship them. They serve what they made with their own hands. Whereas our Lord created us and serves us. There's a big difference between the two. Me taking with my hand what my Lord created, making it a lord of my imagination and bringing it food, sacrificing animals to it is one thing, serving it is another, giving it from what I made is another, my Lord feeding me and giving me drink, serving me, is another.

A good life, good health, it says. All the time, the world, He has placed at our command. Is there a verse? Yes. We made you caliphs on earth, it says. Caliph. What is a caliph? One who looks after things in someone's place. In whose place? The title that Allah Almighty, the absolute Owner of the universe, gave us in return for creating the world, the rank: caliph of the world. He has put it all at our command. He created it and put it at our command. And we, to His creations, with our own hands, making imagined (?) — out of their denial, to satisfy their carnal feelings, they take Allah's creations as idols and worship those idols, and serve them.

Well, can you call these people intelligent? Now a verse of Allah Almighty (?). One Muslim is worth three disbelievers, it says. (?). First, knowing the truth. First. Second, being bound by what is right. Third, being bound by knowledge on this path. Righteousness, knowledge and knowing the truth.

With these three qualities he is superior to the disbeliever. Today all the knowledge in the world is more or less an expansion of the knowledge that Muslims discovered.

Within a very short time we will prove to you that the minds of Muslims are far superior to those of non-Muslims, we will prove it.

Our government has been leading us for 14 years, hasn't it? 14 years. Before that, the people we had raised, (?) our scholars with denial, they wore them down and made them emigrate abroad.

Other states snatched them up and had them work for themselves. In this way they tried to advance both in medicine and in technology.

They took the successful children from the schools.

By showing us admiration for Europe, they made the children long for those places. Now think: this summit of civilization, reached only in 100 years, this nation that reached it only in this way, for a hundred years — but for fourteen years this state has cut the time by which it had fallen fifty, sixty years behind down to a few years. With what? By taking care of our own children. By taking care of our own scholars. To a few years — we are aiming for 2023. How long is left until 2023? 6–7 years. From being 50–60 years behind, we caught up with civilization. Today we have caught up with some of the world's most advanced technology, as second in the world.

In lasers.

The missile — the fuel of the long-range missile, banned from sale. We found it. All this in a very short time. (?) within a few years, with giant steps, maybe we will surpass them too. Sensing this, non-Muslim Europe is rising up, the world is rising up. They are trying to corner Turkey. But this is Allah — Allah will help this state, for the sake of the martyrs. He brought a man to lead us, a real man. He brought a leader. A leader.

He brought a leader who bows only before the truth and who never submits to injustice against people. And within a short time Turkey became not the old Turkey but a new Turkey. Yes. The traitors among us, with their bombs, their planes, their tanks — although they fought, they melted before our people's faith-filled chests. In this, Turkey showed the world what democracy is, they showed very well with what faith the Turkish nation stood up against what. The world, unable to bear this, is trying to put Turkey in a vise.

Let them keep trying. As Tayyip said, one day those people will strike them. Because we are finishing off those rags.

When they are finished, those they harbor within will strike them.

Right now, to bring Turkey to its knees, they have given them many privileges. Now they won't be able to get rid of those privileges. That's why they will strike themselves.

No power can stand against the truth. Yes. We continue our lesson.

Âlimü'l-gaybi ve'ş-şehâdeti fe teâlâ ammâ yüşrikûn. Allah is the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed. He is far removed above what the polytheists associate with Him, very exalted and far removed, it says. Allah Almighty is the Knower of the unseen. The unseen means what people do not know and what is unknown to people, about which they have no knowledge, that is, the unseen about the future, of which they have no information at all. For example, I cannot know what will happen one second from now. But if you say to me, "One second later — you already spoke; by the time it came out, a second had passed, you know" — yes, but I could not know what would happen within that second.

I knew it after it happened; I'm speaking. So this: within our destinies, the keys of the unseen are in Allah's hand. Only our Lord knows. Because He has programmed the worlds. These worlds will run according to that program. Because the knowledge of what Allah created and on what basis He created things is with Allah. In this respect He knows the unseen. Allah also knows the secret deeds people will do with one another in their consultations, and what those who hide them from people will do.

Allah also knows the witnessed. The witnessed here is where and when all deeds done openly and outwardly will be done. Whatever act is carried out in the universe, Allah is aware of it too. Allah also knows what people will do in the future. For Allah there is nothing hidden, concealed or open of which He is unaware. Allah knows the state of all His creatures and sees and watches over them.

In one sense of the witnessed, He knows who is Muslim and who is non-Muslim. Look as Muslim as you like. Allah knows that you are a hypocrite. look as Islamic as you like, sir, He knows you are a non-Muslim; I may look as much a disbeliever as I like, but He also knows that I am a Muslim; that is, (?) I am compelled to conform to them, among them, he says; there are Muslims who cannot reveal themselves and who look like them, he says, among the rabbis and the priests, he says. Yes, that is why it says He also knows the witnessed.
