Al-Mu'minun 93: Say; “Oh my Dear Lord! If you are going to show me what You promise to them.

Translation

Say; “Oh my Dear Lord! If you are going to show me what You promise to them.

Tafsir

Allah (swt) has sent the verse about the Prophet (s.a.w.), "He does not speak in vain". He is also alive according to the verse (I have made you alive). Accordingly, for the sake of the Prophet (PBUH), Allah (swt) removed the mass destruction that He gave to the former tribes. Instead, He gives them a few calamities a year. In this respect, since the prayer of the Prophet (PBUH) will be acceptable in the sight of Allah, Allah (swt) said to His Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), "O Lord! If you will show me the promise that was given to them, then I will be able to fulfill it.

We have come to Surah Al-Mu'minun, verse 93. Say: My Lord, if You will show me what they are promised,

if You will show me what is promised to the non-Muslims, what does it say? Allah Almighty, concerning the Prophet (peace be upon him), sent the verse "He does not speak idly". Also, according to the verse (?), he is (?). Accordingly, for the sake of the Prophet (peace be upon him), Allah Almighty lifted the mass destructions He gave to former peoples. Instead, He gives them a few calamities a year. In this respect, since the prayer of the Prophet (peace be upon him) will be accepted by Allah, Allah Almighty, to the Beloved of the Almighty, Muhammad (peace be upon him): Say: My Lord, if You will show me what they are promised, my Lord, do not place me among the wrongdoing people, it says.

Do not place me among that wrongdoing people. Pay attention: when Allah Almighty is going to destroy a people, from that people the prophets and the Muslims who follow the prophet — all of whom are on the religion of Islam — He removes away from the land of destruction. Just as, when He destroyed the people of Lot, He saved Lot and his family, apart from his wife, from those left behind, as He saved Salih (peace be upon him), as He saved Noah (peace be upon him), as He saved Abraham (peace be upon him). Yes, these — Allah Almighty, in a calamity He will send within that land, those who say "Allah" — He takes them out of that land.
