Whose scales (good deeds) weigh heavier, are the ones who reach salvation.
Tafsir
On the Day of Reckoning, in the Court of Judgment, in the presence of Allah as the Reckoner, whose rewards outweigh their sins, these are the people who will be saved. These are the real survivors.
In the worldly realm, a human being may be subjected to oppression or captivity. Then their liberation from this bondage or oppression is not liberation. It is to live a little more prosperously in the face of temporary worldly blessings. Finally, at the end of his life, the blessings are taken away from him and left to his heirs. According to the verse (The inheritance of the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah), they left their worldly possessions in the world and passed on to the Hereafter. Finally, the blessings in their hands are gone and the pleasure of the world has come to an end. This person has passed on to the Hereafter with the good deeds he has done in the world. However, since the Hereafter is eternal and permanent, if his good deeds outweigh his bad deeds, he is saved. He has attained the bliss of an eternal and everlasting life.
What is said in the video
In Surah Al-Mu'minun, verse 102 is where we have come. These are from Surah Al-Mu'minun.
Now, it says, those whose scales of good deeds weigh heavy, it is they who attain salvation. The scale of good deeds — how will it weigh heavy? It is not like here: a kilo of cheese, and two kilos (?). The worship we perform, in the presence of Allah Almighty, according to the verse "deeds depend on intentions", Allah Almighty will rank according to our intentions. Against that ranking He will also rank the sins we commit. Like what? Since this world is the likeness and shadow of the hereafter, here, if your earnings are 500 lira and your sins 100 lira, you are 400 lira in profit. If your earnings are 1500 lira and your sins 100 lira, you are 1400 lira in profit.
Your earnings 2500 lira, your sins 2000 lira — your gain is 500 lira. Yes, you worshipped a lot, but if the worship you have done does not keep you from evil, it became (?) a burden. A person will put the acts of worship to work in his own self, will abide by Allah's commands, will heed what is halal and haram. In that case a person will increase his reward and raise his rank in the hereafter. And as long as he avoids sins, he will have earned reward. Yes. And those whose scales are light, they have wronged themselves. Because they are in hell forever. For example, don't the people of hell give aid?
They do. To their churches, to this place and that. They give trillions in aid. They spend quadrillions to make people Christian.
But everything they spend becomes a burden of sin on their necks. And because they are enemies of Allah, they increase their unbelief. In that case, because their good deeds are few and their sins many, they become people of hell. Now, not everyone whose sins are many is in hell forever. People who passed on to the hereafter with the light of faith but with many sins will enter hell. What is hell? A place of punishment, like the prisons in this world; there they will serve their punishment, and in the end faith will reach perfection, and with that light of faith, faith having reached perfection, they will come out of there.
but when they pass to the hereafter as non-Muslims, as I just explained, their hatred toward Allah Almighty will (?); because they do not wait for the Lord who would save them, for that reason they will not obey Allah, and by waiting for the day they will take revenge on Allah, that pain they will (?). What's that? They will take revenge on Allah. Yes. So here we divide those who enter hell into two groups. Entering with faith, entering without faith. Those who enter with faith have entered hell because their sins are many. They will serve their punishment and come out after their faith reaches perfection.
But those without faith are the people of hell forever. That is, with Allah, the religion is Islam. If people seek a religion for themselves other than the religion of Islam, let them seek, other than Allah, another god, He says. Allah Almighty.
That is, He says these are bound for hell forever.
