Those whose scales (good deeds) weigh lighter, are the ones who drove themselves to a loss (and pity). Since they will be in hell eternally.
Tafsir
Whoever has disbelieved in Allah and the Hereafter, their good deeds in this world have been in vain. They will go to the Hereafter empty-handed and alone. Allah says, "We will not weigh them. Because they associate partners with Allah, and they eat and drink of the sustenance that Allah has provided, and they do not give thanks to Allah. When the Verses of Allah were recited to them, they turned away arrogantly. They mocked the Prophets of Allah. These people pity their own souls when they passed on to the Hereafter. Allah does not wrong any soul. Only people wrong their own souls. Allah will judge between people in the Hereafter as the Judge of Judges.
Those who disbelieve in Allah and say that there is no resurrection after death will go to the Hereafter empty-handed and burdened with sins, and they will be in Hell forever.
What is said in the video
Whoever has denied Allah and the hereafter, the good things they did in the world have also gone to waste. Like what? A person who denies Allah — even if not this world's fill but another world's fill of income he had — income — and this income were turned a hundredfold into reward, next to denying Allah it is all empty. All empty. Why empty? Because it is Allah who created the worlds from nothing. You — what Allah created — even if the universe were yours, it is Allah's creation, it is not yours. Because Allah Almighty says in the verse: Or do you own even a speck of a seed? How beautifully He says it.
If you owned that speck, you would not need Me; you would create your wishes yourselves, He says. Since we have no power to create, all this — whatever is in these created worlds, all of it is Allah's creation, and since we are in need of what Allah created — not this world, but even if you were owner of the universe, if they gave it to you in this life and even registered the title to you, just as they register the title of your house in this world. Not any other kind of title.
In the end, with death, to the Owner of all this existence you will hand over these things and go. So next to denying Allah, even if the universe were yours, it is empty. Yes.
Because these associated partners with Allah. They ate and drank with relish from the provisions Allah gave and did not thank Allah. When Allah's verses were recited to them, they turned their backs in arrogance and left. They mocked Allah's prophets. When these people pass to the hereafter, they have wronged their own selves. Allah Almighty wrongs no soul. Rather, people wrong their own selves. Allah, as the Judge of judges, will pass His judgment among people in the hereafter. So those who deny Allah, who say there is no resurrection after death, when they go to the hereafter empty-handed, with a load of sin, will be forever in hell. Forever.
There is no salvation for them either.
