The fire will burn their faces. They are the ones whose lips will open and their teeth grin.
Tafsir
On the Day of Resurrection, when Allah (swt), without being unjust to any soul, takes people to account for what they have earned, He will make those who pass on to the Hereafter with an empty burden of sin, disbelieving in Allah, to be thrown into Hell for eternity. These people will burn in a circle of fire with eternal torment. Allah (swt) says in another Ayat (verse) that as their fire decreases, it will be fueled.
When people laugh, their teeth will be exposed, and people who are burning in the circle of hellfire, like these people whom we understand to be laughing, their skin and faces will be scorched, and their lips will be opened because of this fire, and they will be grinning and ridiculous.
O man! The life of this world is a temporary guesthouse. It is a lodging place for a little while. Is it befitting a wise person to turn to the world with the whim of the ego and to miss the Hereafter? Since Allah cannot be harmed by pride, arrogance, self-will and hatred in the hearts, can Allah be challenged and denied knowingly? Can one turn his back on Allah, even though he knows that there is a Lord who created him, whom every mind recognizes? Can one endure the torment of the Hereafter, the fire, the torment, the torment, the eternal and infinite pain, when one cannot endure a little trouble and suffering in this world? Does one expose his soul to eternal torment by running after the momentary pleasure and lust of the transient world? Since nothing can be taken away from the world, is it possible to oppress Allah's creatures by violating the rights and laws of people in order to take the world created by Allah? For the sake of your own self-interest, do you turn away from Allah's justice, do you associate partners with Allah, do you despise people, do you despise Allah's creatures by discriminating between people in pride and selfishness?
While no human being can harm any human being with these traits, you cannot save yourself from eternal hell by harming your ego, just as sharp vinegar harms the pot. So use your mind and turn to your Lord so that you may find salvation.
What is said in the video
(?) keeps exploding for millions of years, and by itself still keeps its mass constant. If that mass had decreased, the earth would be covered in ice. And if it were more, the earth would become uninhabitable. Everything would burn. And the human body, when cut, repairs itself. It is not in your hands. It has received the command. That is its duty. So when its fire decreases, it too will replenish itself again. The same fire will continue.
Just as when people laugh their teeth show and we understand they are laughing, like these people, the skin and faces of people burning within the ring of hellfire will also be scorched. Their lips will open (?) from this fire. They will come to a grinning, ridiculous state. O man! The life of this world is a temporary guesthouse. A place to stay on for a short time. To turn toward the world with the whims of the nafs and kick away the hereafter — does that befit a sensible person? Does a person who uses his mind get carried away by worldly gain and kick away his hereafter? Does a person betray his homeland?
For a few pennies, does he hand it over to non-Muslims and betray his homeland? Does he? Does he betray his homeland, his own nation?
May Allah reform them.
With pride, arrogance, the whims of the nafs and the hatred in hearts, though no harm can be done to Allah, is Allah defied? Is Allah knowingly denied? Though he knows that there is a Lord who created him, which every mind accepts, despite this, does one turn one's back on Allah? While one cannot bear a little hardship and torment in this world, the punishment of the hereafter, that fire, that torment and suffering, eternal and endless pains — can one bear them? Running after a momentary pleasure and lust of the passing world, does a person leave his soul exposed to an eternal punishment? Since he cannot take anything from this world, in order to take the world Allah created, trampling on people's rights, does one wrong Allah's creatures?
For his own self-interest, does one stray from Allah's justice, associate partners with Allah, look down on people, and in pride and egotism, drawing a (?) distinction among people, are Allah's creatures looked down upon? While with these traits no person can harm any other person, just as sharp vinegar harms its own jar, you too harm your own soul and cannot save yourself from eternal hell. So use your mind, turn to your Lord, that you may find salvation.
Yes.
