Translation

Allah has sent down the Qur’an with truth to you as a confirmation of the Books that came before it. Allah also sent down the Torah and the Bible.

Tafsir

Allah (swt) has set the Qur'an before you as a confirmation of the Furqan, the Torah and the Injeel, and has gathered them in the Qur'an, declaring that they are the truth, that they were sent by Allah, that there is no God but Allah, and that the whole book was sent by Allah.

Allah (swt) is addressing mankind; He is informing the people of ancient times, the people of our time and those who will come after us that there is no other God but Allah (swt), that He is eternal with His Essence and that all souls will taste death, and that all people will be gathered before Him again after their death and the end of the world.

(He sent it down to you with the truth) means the Prophet (pbuh) (vema erselnake illa rahmatan lil alemin). Although He sent the other books to the tribes, He has gathered the Qur'an, the whole book, in the Qur'an and sent it down to the Prophet (s.a.w.) as a guidance, a mercy, a guide and a light for the worlds. And it has been sent to mankind with the truth, complete and complete, from your Lord, besides whom there is no other God but Allah.

What is said in the video

Allah Almighty has sent down to you the Quran with the truth, confirming the books before it, it says.

For the Torah, the Psalms and the Gospel that Allah Almighty sent, He calls those who follow them People of the Book, ehl-i kitap. The meaning of ehl-i kitap, the meaning of ehl-i kitap: people write books too, but the most competent at it is Allah Almighty. Because Allah Almighty writes without flaw, and people write with flaws; for this reason it says: written by the competent one. That is, a book that lights the way for people: ehl-i kitap. So in the Holy Quran too, confirming the books before it, that is, that the Torah, the Psalms and the Gospel were sent by Allah Himself, and they too, those verses - Allah Almighty, by mentioning in the Quran the verses in the Gospel, the Torah and the Psalms, the Torah, Psalms and Gospel being in the Quran, the four books as the Quran descending to all the worlds, and since until the Day of Judgement Allah Almighty will send no more books and will send no more prophets: Today I have perfected your religion for you.

That is, We completed it. With what? In accordance with the development of minds.

Whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, let him seek a god other than Allah, it says. For whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, that religion will never benefit him, it says. How beautifully it says it. That religion will never benefit him. Allah Almighty, confirming the Furqan, the Torah and the Gospel before the Holy Quran, and gathering these books in the Quran, makes known that they are true, that they were sent by Allah, and beside that, that for people there is no god but Allah and that all the books were sent by Allah.

Allah Almighty, addressing people - those who lived in the ancient age, those living in our time, and those who come after us too - that there is no other god besides Allah, that He endures by His essence, and according to the verse every soul shall taste death, that all people, after their death and after the Hour comes, will be gathered again in His presence, He makes known. To all people. What does it say? O people! You and this universe were created by one god, by one Lord. That Lord is the One besides whom there is no god, subsisting by His essence: there is no god but Allah, it says. So to this realm of dominion, to a guest-house, I sent you, so that in an unseen world you prove what kind of person you are, and when you return to the hereafter, with what you did in this mortal world, you either earn reward, earn Paradise, or else Hell, which gives punishment, you choose with your own hands, it says.

Why did He do so? As I said just now: in the unseen world, I saw You; had You sent me to the unseen world, I would have recognised You there, I would have known You - so that you would not say that.

So if there is no god but Allah, enduring by His essence, according to the verse every soul shall taste death, that all people, after their death and after the Hour comes, will be gathered again in His presence, He makes known. What does it say in this case? O people! You are in a guest-house in an unseen world. Never forget this. Why? Because here you are not everlasting, it says. Can you show me a single living thing? A living thing.

That has lived thousands of years and is still alive. There is neither a plant nor a human. So if with Allah Almighty's word all the verses confirm one another, do not contradict, if it says every soul shall taste death, use your reason. And in this guest-house see yourself as a traveller. A traveller. Behave well on your journey, so that where you are going you are received with pleasure. If during this journey they told us: O travellers, inside this ship do not commit unpleasant incidents. Wherever you go, even in the most hidden places, even if you hide there, there are cameras. They see you, they watch you.

Behave accordingly - if they said that, and inside that ship we did not obey this law, where we are going wouldn't the one watching us on that camera collar us? Come here, let me see. I took you on a journey, but I told you that during that journey you would behave like this and like this. What did you do? You stepped outside it. Now this is your punishment, he says. But if you carry out the commands of the one who watches the one watching on that camera, the one who watches you, well done to you. Come here, let me see. Your place is here, he says. Wouldn't he say this to you? He would say it, that is.

There is no fault in a comparison. Allah Almighty too, on the earth. Whatever shelter you enter, even if you go to the remotest corner of the universe and hide, We will find you there - His saying this, and that the witness over ourselves is from ourselves, wherever you hide. The body is your witness. On the Day of Resurrection, in the hereafter, you, with a driver, it says, when you come into My presence, the body will bear witness against the spirit. When the spirit says to the body: why are you bearing witness against me, the body will say: the one who makes me speak is Allah; He makes me speak.

Well, in this case, wherever you go, you are beside the witness.

So what was that address? O people, on this ship never step outside the rulings We have told you. If you step outside, then tomorrow when you come into My presence, I will close your account, He says.

Now, does a person with reason try to step outside this ruling? There are those who try, and there are those who step outside. There are also those who push His rule, His limits. And on those who push them, Allah Almighty brings down the slap. Hodja, we don't see it - where is the slap? How do you not see it? Each year We give them two or three calamities, it says. Look at the slap. Each year We give them two or three calamities, it says.

In the past, when a disease came, we used to hear from abroad: so-and-so died of this. It will come to us too, it will come to us too, they would say. That disease. We did not have that disease, we Turkish Muslims.

Now I say: those calamities will come to us too, they will come to us too. Why do they come? Because we resemble them, that is why. Just as we resemble them and catch those diseases, if we act like them, outdoing them in what they do, those calamities will come to us too. Don't they come? Floods happen, who knows what happens. It happens, that is. It happens. Yes. That is why people need to be wise. What does Allah Almighty say: that He endures by His essence, and according to the verse every soul shall taste death, all people, after their death and after the Hour comes, will be gathered again in His presence, He makes known. With the truth He sent down to you - what is meant by it: the Book, the Prophet (peace be upon him); though the other books He sent to peoples, by gathering the Quran, that is, all the books, in the Quran, and sending the Quran down to the Prophet (peace be upon him), I sent it to the worlds as a guidance, a mercy, a guide and a light, He declares.

Moreover, this was by your Lord, besides whom there is no other god, without flaw - this is the truth, this is where the real meaning is. The root of the meaning is here. Moreover, this was sent to people by your Lord, besides whom there is no other god, without flaw and completely, with the truth. With the truth. There is a verse that confirms this verse; what does it say? The Quran is pure revelation, it says, pure revelation. Now let us open this part up a little. They pin revelation on Gabriel the Trustworthy, revelation. Gabriel the Trustworthy cannot reveal. If it is pure revelation, then Gabriel the Trustworthy has resolved the Prophet's (?) and reveals to him, which means.

Gabriel the Trustworthy, together with Allah, speaking to the Prophet it would also mean; and that contradicts pure revelation. You know how it says: at that moment, that which covered was covering the Sidra, poor people, they pin it on Gabriel. He said: Allah revealed to His servant what He revealed - and they pin it on Gabriel; pure revelation means: the frequencies of all these beings He created are all programmed to our Lord. We said that any stirring, any desire, any wish anywhere in the universe appears in Allah Almighty. And our Lord rules over those beings. Within His rule, you see; He did not create any of them outside His rule.

In this way, with knowledge, He has all these worlds, down to their atoms, to His essence programmed. This is within Allah's universal intellect, part of His attribute of being God, a matter which human reason cannot contain. Nor can it encompass it. In this case, saying pure revelation means the Quran, by Allah alone, to the heart of the Prophet being revealed. It is that simple. No one can pin this on Gabriel the Trustworthy. Gabriel only brings revelation. The Holy Quran is a revelation. From the Preserved Tablet it descends at the Sidrat al-Muntaha, to a place called Qadr. That is why they speak of the Night of Qadr.

From there, as far as our Lord permits, surah by surah, he takes the Holy Quran to the Prophet, brings it, recites it. He has him confirm what is in his heart. That is Gabriel's duty. So: He sent it down with the truth - the essential point is here: He sent it down with the truth - no frequency, no being disturbing that revelation coming to the Prophet's heart with a second revelation, that is, a second communication; the Quran being given purely, directly by His essence, to the Prophet - with the truth. Straight and true.

Yes, I suppose it has been understood. God willing. We say: listen. Listen, truly. This knowledge is not a knowledge people know. I did not learn this knowledge from Ahmet or Mehmet. This is knowledge given by my Lord Himself. Whoever proves the opposite of this to me, I will go and kiss his hand and become his student. But they are in need of this knowledge. They are in need of this knowledge. Because it is from the essence and source of the real meaning, not from the source of Ahmet or Mehmet. Presenting the wrong ideas of Ahmet or Mehmet as the source and talking about me as so-and-so who goes against the creed of Islam shows how deep in ignorance they are. Yes, they will learn, God willing.
