But how will their situation be when the day comes about which there is no doubt, and everyone is paid what they have earned without any injustice?

Tafsir

On the Day of Judgment, which is sure to come, when people are gathered for that day in the Court of Judgment, they will be shown what they have done, without any injustice whatsoever, i.e. when the actions they have taken with their willpower, which they have earned, are presented to them in full and complete. Those who exchange the Verses of Allah for money in the worldly realm. Those who deny the Verses of Allah and say that fire will not touch us for more than a few numbered days. And those who do not bow down to Allah out of pride and arrogance, and try to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, what will become of them when their deeds are brought before them in full and they realize that they will be called to account for what they did in this world?

What will become of them when they realize that there is no salvation, that there is no way to return to this world, that they have no helper or intercessor to save them, that they will be all alone there, and that they will be subjected to severe torment?

When a human being is in the disguise of a body in the world, if a thorn is pricked in one part of his skin, he writhes in pain and wants to get rid of the pain by removing the splinter from his skin as soon as possible. Today, there are such people in hospitals, on their sick beds, writhing in pain. When they sleep, they cannot sleep because of the pain. Have you ever thought about those whose agony increases even more because they cannot sleep, those who desire death and want to get rid of the pain through death? When death comes to you in the world, you can get rid of this pain with death in the worldly world. What are you going to do with a pain that you cannot get rid of in the hereafter, which is immortal?

Here again Allah is addressing the people: O people! Use your minds before the Day of Judgment comes, and before you enter the evil place of return, the place of severe punishment, and in many verses Allah says: "Do you not use your minds" (do you not use your minds) (do you not contemplate)? So, before that day comes, let us use our wisdom and bow down before the greatness and power of Allah and worship Him, so that we may receive Allah's mercy.

What is said in the video

Surah Al-i Imran, verse 25. The verse: But they, but when We gather them for a day whose coming is not doubted, and, without anyone being wronged, everyone is paid in full what they have earned, how will they fare? What does it say? Let us read it once more. But when We gather them for a day whose coming is not doubted. Which day? The Hour will (?). These worlds will become kun fayakun. And Allah Almighty will call out to the universe. Who? The owner of these worlds. Who was the owner of these worlds? It was I, He will say. Then He will create these worlds again. And on that day whose coming is not doubted, on the Day of Judgment, the Great Court will be set up. According to the verse in which He says, every soul shall taste death and your return is to Me, everyone there, with no one being wronged, (?).

As the reward of what each one's two hands have earned, Allah Almighty will give them the full recompense for what they earned. Then, how will the people who speak like this, who say, no punishment will touch me except on numbered days, fare there, how will they be? So, had this been My word, you (?). Although I warned you in the world that these were your fabrications and misled you in your religion, although I sent you the master of the two worlds, the Prophet Muhammad, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him),

as a mercy, although I sent the Holy Quran before you as light and proof, although I showed you that the path you were following was deficient and wrong, in return for your still stubbornly turning your back on Me, and turning your back on Me in pride and arrogance, today your place, He says, is eternal Hell. Here you go, He says, this is how you will fare.

Woe to that state. May Allah protect us from that state.

So, on that day whose coming is not doubted, the Great Court in the hereafter, on that day, according to the verse, what everyone earned is the reward of their own two hands, Allah Almighty, alaysallahu bi-ahkami'l hakimin, as the Judge of judges, without favouring anyone, since all creatures are His creation, there, without anyone being wronged, our Lord will give them, or rather people, the full recompense of what they earned. You were an unbeliever. You gambled. Your punishment is, let us say, ten kuruş. You were a Muslim and you gambled, but He will not say your punishment is one kuruş. That is ten kuruş too.

What is it? Everyone will be given in full. Everyone will find the recompense of what they did. Yes.

Those superstitions, those who make changes in religion, those who say, the punishment of Hell, no punishment will touch us except on numbered days, those who on that day go before Allah Almighty outside the religion of Islam, without faith, those, when they see the punishment there, when they realize that they (?) then, He says, their eyes turn sky-blue, they throw themselves face down on the ground.

And We, He says, have them seized by their forelocks by those in charge, and have them thrown in through a narrow gate of Hell.

Now what comes to my mind here?

When we say there is no Sirat bridge in the religion of Islam, between that and someone stubbornly still saying, doesn't being thrown in through a narrow gate of Hell show that the Sirat bridge exists, there is a difference as big as mountains. What was the one? While crossing the Sirat bridge he fell into the (?) of Hell before coming to the reckoning, before his account was settled. And what is the other? After his account is settled, from that bridge of Hell, that is, the Sirat bridge, without falling down – and there is no such thing anyway. I mean, the court (?), he gives his account before Allah Almighty, and then he is thrown into Hell. Now, in the face of so many verses, does He ever say, you fell into the pit of Hell, look, you suffered, because you (?), and now you have come before Me anyway, We had you brought before Us – does He say that?

Everyone will sprout from the ground like grass, and they will be gathered at the Great Court. Everyone's account will be given, in full – where is the Sirat bridge here? Yes, I too knew it that way, I do not deny it. We were children, we knew it that way, we grew up that way. But with the knowledge of our Lord we came to believe that there is no such thing. And to those who say it is Islamic creed in religion, we say, may Allah have mercy on them. May He have mercy on them so that they see that truth. Look what it says even here. But for a day whose coming is not doubted for them. Who are these?

Why, the non-Muslims. Those who are subjected to the punishment of Hell. Those who defy Allah. Those who say, we are His close ones. Those who say, no punishment will touch us for more than (?) days. If anyone falls, these fall. These fall into the (?) of Hell. Look, what does it say now? For a day not doubted, We gather – look, He gathers. Where? At the Great Court, and without wronging anyone, without anyone being wronged. Well? If before this gathering they had somehow fallen from the pit of Hell to that (?) gate, would they not have been wronged? I am telling you now. We have minds.

Before the account is settled, how could this man be wronged? His account will be settled. How clear it is in the verse. But when We gather them for a day whose coming is not doubted, and without anyone being wronged, everyone is paid in full what they earned, how will they fare, it says. Where is the Sirat bridge here? And so many verses.

Go to your scholar, go to your saint, let him tell you about the Sirat bridge. He will say it exists. Hodja, everyone knows it that way. When you say, so are you the clever one in this, when you say, is your word the right one – by Allah and by Allah, even if the whole world were on one side and I on the other, I would never compromise on this. This is the Holy Quran. I would never compromise on this. If there is a single verse in it for me about the Sirat bridge saying that before coming before Allah Almighty he will suffer punishment, then I will stop talking.

If there is. Yes. That is why I always say: Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Fa in tawallaw fa qul hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa hu, alayhi tawakkaltu wa huwa rabbu'l-arshi'l-azim. What does this mean? Even if everyone, it says, turns their back on you, even if no one comes to you, say: Allah, the owner of the heavens and the earth and of the great Throne, is enough for me. This is my lesson too. My lesson, my lesson. Allah is enough for me. I do this as a lesson morning and evening.

And a time comes when a person realizes he has been ruled by this.

That is why we always say, we will remove the superstitions from religion, God willing.

What have we written in the translation? On the Day of Judgment whose coming is not doubted, at the place of gathering, at the Great Court, when people are gathered for that day, without being wronged in any way – that is, when the deeds people earned and carried out with their partial will come before them complete and in full, what they did will be shown to them. Whatever each one did.

Those who in the world changed Allah's verses for money, those who said, the fire will not touch us for more than a few numbered days, those who denied Allah's verses, those who out of arrogance and pride could not submit to Allah, those who thought they could put out Allah's light with their mouths – these people, you see, when their deeds come before them in full, and when they realize they will be called to account for what they did in the world, how will they fare. Yes.

When they realize that there is no more salvation, that returning to the world again is not possible,

that they have neither a helper nor an intercessor to save them, that they are left all alone there, and that they will be subjected to severe punishment, I wonder, how will they fare?

In the world he relied on his father. He relied on his uncle. On his uncle, his aunts, his relatives, the influence of his kin, he relied on his money, he relied on his children or his land. But all of them were Allah's creatures, all of them died, all of them went separately before the Lord to give account. All those you relied on vanished and were gone. What is left? What is left are your good deeds and sins from the acts you committed.

In this situation, the only one to be trusted, the one, to be relied on, there is no one other than Allah.

In the world and in the hereafter. What do our forefathers say? Don't trust a man, he dies. Don't lean on a tree, it falls, they say. So base your deeds on Allah, trust in Allah. What does Allah Almighty say? Hasbunallahu wa ni'ma'l-wakil, ni'ma'l-mawla wa ni'ma'n-nasir. He is such a fine (?) and such a fine support, it says. So tomorrow, on the Day of Judgment, when you are left with no one, at a time when you have no intercessor, when our Lord's mercy is lifted from you and no one will help you, at such a time, how will you fare?

When a person is in the world, in bodily form in the world, if a thorn pricks somewhere in his skin, writhing in pain, he wants to pull that splinter out of his skin as soon as possible and be rid of the pain. Is that so? Of course. Today there are people who, in hospitals, in sickbeds, writhe in pain. When sleep comes, they cannot sleep because of the pain they suffer.

Those whose suffering grows even more because they cannot sleep. Have you ever thought of those who long for death and want to escape the pain through death?

Let me be saved by death, I said. And this is still worldly torment. In the world, when death comes to you, in this world you are saved from these pains through death. What will you do in the hereafter, where there is no death? There is no more death there. How will you escape from this? It is not possible.

Here again Allah, (?) to people: O people! Before that day which admits no doubt arrives, before you enter that place, which is such an evil place of return and whose punishment is severe, use your minds.

In many verses Allah Almighty says: Do you not use your minds, do you not reflect? So, before that day arrives, let us use our minds and bow before Allah's oneness, His majesty and His power, and not fall short in worshipping Him, so that we attain Allah's mercy. Yes.
