Tafsir
Hadrat Maryam said to Allah (my Lord, how can I have a child without a man's hand touching me)? Hadrat Maryam knows very well that Allah is able to create whatever He wills. However, because we are human beings, we cannot stop ourselves from asking questions in order that our hearts may be satisfied, due to the state of confusion and receiving answers. In this regard, he asks Allah (swt): How can I have a child without human hands touching me? Allah (swt) said to Maryam: O Maryam! When Allah wills something, He is able to create it. We only say, "Be" to that which we will and it becomes.
We have explained Allah's will in the previous Verses, and each time the Verse (ol) is mentioned, these Verses will be explained to you according to the situation. In our short explanations here, we have said that Allah says 'be', but it does not happen with sounds and letters. Allah (swt) creates everything with knowledge and this creation takes place over a period of time.
Here, too, for Jesus, Allah did not create Jesus immediately when He said, "Be". Jesus did not come into being with a human body immediately. He was placed in his mother's womb and created as a fetus, and it took a period of time for that fetus to turn into a human skeleton and to be born and grow up after being in the womb for a certain period of time, such as nine months and ten days. So when Allah says something is, He creates it.
Allah (swt), who has programmed the universe with a schedule of when and where each prophet will start his mission and to whom he will address, has arranged everything in its place and according to the times. It is not difficult for Allah to create everything when its time comes, to take care of it, to provide its sustenance, and to sustain it within a certain lifespan.
What is said in the video
Mary said: My Lord, when no man's hand has touched me, how can I have a child? Allah said: It is so. Yes, Allah Almighty's word is always the same. If He says something, He says 'it is so' — that is, He means: I will do it. It is so. Allah creates what He wills; when He decrees a matter, He only says to it 'Be', and it is. Now, here the meaning of 'be' is very nicely clear.
The meaning of 'be' is clear. What do they say? If Allah says 'be', it is. When Allah says 'be', it is not sounds and letters. But when He says 'be', it is His will; He creates. Now here Allah willed it, He said 'be'. Look what it says: He only says 'be', and it is. Yes. What did He do? 'You will create without a father', He said. So 'be' — that is, His will. It is — this is Allah's will. So it did not come about by sound and letter; Allah, with knowledge, for Mary created an embryo in the womb. He gave the spirit to that embryo, gave it to that embryo. In time the embryo matured and the birth took place in time. So this — look, it corresponded to a span of time. Had He wished, would it not have happened at once?
It would have, but Allah Almighty ties everything to causes. Causes: cause, cause, cause. That is why everything subsists with time. Within time everything comes about. When you say it subsists with time, don't misunderstand. Time is not its creator. Within time everything matures. It is Allah who created time too. Time and the worlds subsist through Allah. Yes.
Mary said to Allah Almighty: My Lord, with no man's hand having touched me, how can I have a child? Mary knows very well that Allah, what He wills, what He intends, is able to create. For she was raised by Divine Lordship. But because we are human, out of astonishment and the state of getting an answer, so that the human heart may be at rest, one cannot keep oneself from asking questions. Zechariah says the same, you know: the angels, while he is at prayer, give him glad tidings that you will have a son, his name is John, and he says: My God, give me an answer. That is, so that (?). Your answer — though you are (?) sound — is your not being able to speak for three days, He says.
You will not be able to speak for three days. Yes. We all know that our Lord does what He knows, but as human beings we get an answer. We want what secures the answer's soundness. Therefore she says to Allah Almighty: with no human hand having touched me, how can I have a child? Allah Almighty to Mary: O Mary, when Allah wills something, He is able to create it. We only say 'be' to what We will. Look: We say 'be' to what We will, and it is — so we hear. Allah's will. That is, We say 'be' to what We will. Our will. It will come to be. We explained that will of Allah Almighty in earlier verses too.
Each time ten verses passed, we told you that depending on the case it will be opened up in this verse. Here too, in the explanations we gave briefly: they say Allah says 'be'. It does not happen by sound and letter. Allah Almighty creates everything with knowledge, and this creation takes a span of time. So we said. Yes.
Here too, for Jesus, Allah Almighty, with 'We say be, and it is', did not create Jesus (peace be upon him) by saying it. That is, by saying 'be' and it happening, He did not create Jesus.
If you pay attention, Jesus did not instantly come into being with a human body. It is his being placed in the mother's womb, being created as an embryo, and over a span of time that embryo turning into a human skeleton, and after staying in the womb for a certain period like 9 months and 10 days, being born and growing up — being subjected to such processes. So when Allah says 'be' to something, He creates it in this way.
Which prophet will begin his duty when and where, whom he will address — Allah Almighty, who programmed the universe according to a program, every thing He has set in its place and arranged according to the times. What did we say (?): these worlds were created according to a program. No one has the power to break this program or step outside it. When the time for everything comes, to create it, to watch over them, to secure their provision, to create them within a set lifespan, (?) — for Allah it is not hard. Yes.
