Allah gives you advice so that you shall never return to this, if you are among the believers (mu’min).
Tafsir
Allah (swt) says to the believers after introducing His Verses to mankind by creating events, Allah (swt) warns and forbids you from repeating such behavior if you are believers.
Believers are people who obey Allah and have a certain status in the sight of Allah. Allah (swt) says about the believers in His Verse: "O satisfied soul, enter Paradise among My servants with your Lord pleased with you and you pleased with your Lord".
In order to ensure that believers, and especially people, do not fall into such mistakes, Allah (swt) has sent His verses in a very clear and clear way, in a capacity that every human being can understand, and He informs people to live humanely on earth, not to shed blood, to live in respect and love towards each other, to respect the rights and laws of others, to respect each other's rights and laws, to protect their modesty and chastity, to recognize Allah (swt), and that every soul will be held accountable for what it does.
What is said in the video
Surah An-Nur, verse 17. If you are people who believe, Allah cautions you against ever again repeating such conduct and warns you, it says. Those just starting on the verse may perhaps not know what, regarding the earlier verses, Allah Almighty means by this. Let's give a little reminder. A verse is revealed about those who slandered our mother Aisha. Why did you slander, it says. Well, you should have said such a thing cannot be, it says. So to such people Allah Almighty says, if you are people who believe, not to them. To them, this is the story of 'I'm telling you, my daughter; you understand it, my daughter-in-law.' Well, Allah cautions you against ever again repeating such conduct and warns you.
Who is He saying it to? He is saying it to us. That we not slander such decent people, Allah Almighty to us: any event we have not seen with our own eyes, being deceived by people's accounts, spreading it from tongue to tongue just as if we too had seen it, we must not. Otherwise we fall into sin. Yes, so after Allah Almighty makes His verses known to people by creating events for them, addressing the believers: if you are people who believe, Allah cautions you against ever again repeating such conduct and warns you, He declares. Surely the verses of Allah Almighty are valid until the Day of Judgment.
In that case, as I just said, with words we have not seen but heard from Tom, Dick and Harry, from here and there, smearing people, staining them, slandering them and spreading such utterly baseless things brings sin upon us. Indeed, believers are people who obey Allah and who hold a certain rank in Allah's sight as people. Allah Almighty declares in His verse about the believers: O soul at peace, with your Lord pleased with you and you pleased with your Lord, enter among My servants, enter My Paradise: they are the people to whom He says this. So, especially to ensure that believers and people do not fall into such errors, Allah Almighty has sent His verses openly and clearly, in a very plain way, at a level every person can understand.
That people live humanely on earth, not shed blood, live with respect and love toward one another, be respectful of people's rights and protect their chastity with humility toward one another, know the Being of Allah, and that every soul will be called to account for what it did: this He makes known. Yes.
