And Allah clearly explains verses to you. Allah is Aleem (All-knowing) and Hakeem (All-Wise).

Tafsir

Allah (swt) explains His Verses to us in this way so that we can understand them better. He awakens people by giving examples in a way that every person can understand.

Allah is the One who knows the inside of things very well. He is the One who, when He made a covenant with mankind at Kalu Bela, wrote every human desire and will as a destiny for Himself. Therefore, Allah is the One who knows the unseen and the future and what people or His creatures will do. In this respect, he knows the truth of the matter very well.

Allah is the Ruler. For there is no other God but Allah so that He can judge between His creatures according to His laws. Therefore, since this universe, the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, belongs to Allah, and there is no other God but Him, then Allah, the absolute power and sovereign in His property, is the sovereign in His judgment. He will call His creatures to account on the Day of Reckoning as the Judge of Judges. He will judge between them and give His verdict. And there is no one who can change the judgment of Allah.

Allah has wisdom. Allah knows what He does and why He does it. Allah knows the unseen and in this unseen, what is seen as evil to people is good and what is seen as good is evil. People cannot understand this. He informs people as much as He reveals and makes them intuit.

What is said in the video

Surah An-Nur, verse 18: And Allah explains the verses to you. Why does He explain them? Because we are people who are in need of learning.

And one (?) says it like this: a person who runs every matter by his own mind is like legless people who have fitted artificial leg after artificial leg. He tries to change today a thing he did yesterday, he says. Allah Almighty, however, has made His laws known to us in a well-rooted way we will not be ashamed of, befitting the dignity, honour and self-respect of man. Man has been created honoured above the worlds. The reason is that our Lord gave man from His part, I mean, a part of His whole; that is, He gave a part of His spirit. He certainly wants those of His spirit to be well-mannered, self-respecting, dignified, and to act on earth in a way that befits the glory of Allah Almighty.

And man — He has made man the vicegerent of the earth. So of those who deny Allah He says anyway: they are like the four- legged creatures roaming the earth. Because He brought them to earth — by His verse saying His mercy is for everyone in the universe, in the hereafter only for the believer — they there — when Allah Almighty there cuts off His mercy from them, they will remain there helpless and alone. That is, neither will Allah Almighty show them mercy, nor will people who have (?) the love of Allah and attained the station of intercession stand up for them. They will remain in the world of the hereafter as eternal people of hell. Yes.

And Allah explains the verses to you. Why does He explain them? So that we find the right path. That we obey the One who created us. That we are not ungrateful for what He gives but thankful — for this Allah Almighty explains His verses to us clearly. Allah knows very well the inner side of things. Of course, of His creatures, He knows what every single living being that will come until the Day of Judgment will do. He is the Owner of judgment and wisdom. What is judgment? We have judgment too, but Allah's judgment — the judgment here has programmed the universe, and the judgment within that program is Allah's.

No one can step outside it. So when He says He is the Owner of wisdom: in the event you see as bad there is good, and in many events you see as good there is mercy too. We cannot know this. Allah knows it. That is His wisdom. We cannot know why He did it. We only know as much as He has made known. Yes. Thus, so that we can better understand His verses, Allah Almighty explains His verses to us in this way. He awakens people by giving examples in a way every person will understand. In one verse Allah Almighty says: We never give up giving an example with a mosquito and what is bigger, that is, giving a comparison.

What does He mean by this? With a mosquito and what is bigger. Here — to the most ignorant person, to the most ignorant person and to the most learned person whose mind works, from giving comparisons we never give up, He says. Because Allah Almighty sends His verses in a way everyone will understand. Allah is the One who knows the inner side of things very well. Because when people made the covenant at Kalu Bela, He is the One who wrote down the aim of each person's desire and wish as destiny for him. In this respect, the unseen and the future, what people or His creatures will do — Allah is the One who knows it. So He knows the inner side of things very well.

Yes.

Allah Almighty is the Owner of judgment, because there is no other god besides Allah, so that that god too would judge among his creatures according to his own laws. This is not possible. So, since this universe, the heavens and the earth and what is between the two belong to Allah, besides whom there is no other god — that is, there is no other god besides Allah — Allah, who has absolute power and rule in His dominion, is the Owner of judgment in His judgment. He will call His creatures to account in that respect, as the Judge of judges. Deciding between them, He will give His judgment. And any created being or anyone at all who could change the judgment Allah gives — there is none.

Allah is the Owner of wisdom. Allah knows what He does and why. Allah knows the unseen, and within this unseen, what seems evil to people is good, and what seems good is evil. People cannot understand this. As much as He makes known and lets them sense, He makes known to people. Yes.
