An-Nur 22: The gracious ones among you should not take an oath that they will not give (from their possessions) to the kin, to the poor and to the ones who migrate for the sake of Allah. They shall forgive (their actions) and overlook them. Don’t you desire Allah to forgive you? Allah is Ghafoor (Most Forgiving) and Raheem (the One Who very generously accepts repentance).

Tafsir
One of those who slandered Hadrat 'A'isha was a man named Mustah, whom Hadrat Abu Bakr Siddiq had taken into his care and protection. Because of Mustah's slander against Hadrat 'A'isha, Abu Bakr Siddiq swore that he would never give financial help to this man again. The mention of the righteous people in this verse, referring to Abu Bakr and righteous people like Abu Bakr, means that people should help the needy and poor Muslims and should not swear so that this help will not be withheld.
The righteous among mankind are those who are wealthy and pious and who give out of their wealth in the way of Allah. Such wealthy people should not swear to people that they will not give from their wealth. People are servants of Allah. This wealth is temporary. Property and wealth belongs to Allah. Could not the blessings of this property given to us be given to those in need? Allah tests us with each other. If he is poor today, tomorrow he or his children will be drowning in wealth and booty. Or those who are wealthy today, either themselves or their children, become poor.
So Allah (swt) wants us to benefit from the blessings we have. This is your opportunity, today is your day, if you have the means to help people with the blessings you have, go ahead. Help the servants of Allah so that you can transfer your wealth to the Hereafter, according to the verse, "Those who buy Paradise with their wealth and their lives".
Whoever forgives people, forgives their mistakes, guides them, commands them to do good, prevents them from doing evil, and gives charity to those in need, as servants of Allah (swt), will be forgiven by Allah (swt). Especially if the person who is helped has done evil to the person who helped him, and the person who helped him does not care that the person has done evil to him, but forgives him for this misdemeanor and does not deprive him of the help he is going to give him, Allah (swt) forgives such people. For there is none who forgives and forgives like Allah.

Surah An-Nur, verse 22: Those among you who possess virtue and wealth — to relatives, the poor, those who emigrated in the way of Allah — let them not swear they will not give of their wealth, it says.
Let them forgive and show forbearance. Do you not wish that Allah forgive you? Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. Abu Bakr as-Siddiq had (?) his own slave, Abu Bakr as-Siddiq. But about our mother Aisha he gossiped, so: I will no longer give him his provision, that is, his food, he says. His food.
Because he does not deserve it, he says. Abu Bakr as-Siddiq. And this verse comes down about that. (?) After that he starts giving again. He is in need, after all. (?)
Yes. One of those who slandered our mother Aisha was also someone whom Abu Bakr as-Siddiq had taken under his protection and care, a man named Mistah. Because Mistah slandered our mother Aisha, Abu Bakr as-Siddiq swore that he would never again give this man material help. In this verse, virtuous people are mentioned; Abu Bakr and, like Abu Bakr, virtuous people are meant, and to the needy and poor Muslims among people they should give help and not swear oaths that would cut off this help — this is what it makes known.
Among people, the virtuous people are those, of the wealthy or the God-fearing, who in Allah's way give charity from their wealth. So such wealthy people — that they will not give people of their wealth, let them not swear. People are Allah's servants; this wealth is temporary with people; property and possessions are Allah's. The blessings of this property given to us — to those in need, should they not be given? Allah Almighty tests us with one another; today the poor one, tomorrow he or his children are drowning in wealth and spoils. Or those who are wealthy today, either they themselves or their children, become poor.
So Allah Almighty wants to let us benefit from the blessings in our hands. Now is the chance. Today is the day; if you have the means to help people with the blessings in your hand, don't hold back. Help Allah's servants so that your wealth to the world of the hereafter you may transfer. According to the verse about those who buy Paradise with their wealth and their lives — those who buy Paradise with your wealth. Yes.
Whoever forgives people the mistakes they made, by guiding people, by amr bil-ma'ruf, that is, commanding them the good, holds people back from evil, and, as servants of Allah Almighty, to those among people in need gives charity — the pardon and forgiveness of Allah Almighty they attain. Especially if the person being helped has done evil to the person helping, and this helper, without regard to the person's doing evil to him, sees him as a being Allah Almighty created, and this fault of the created one toward himself he forgives, and does not deprive him of the help he would give, then Allah Almighty forgives such people too.
Because there is none who pardons and forgives like Allah.
