An-Nur 33: And those who cannot marry shall guard their chastity until Allah will make them wealthy by Allah’s blessings. And if you see goodness in the ones beneath your hand (slaves and jariyah) who seek a writing (to earn their freedom), issue them their writing. Give to them from the possessions that Allah gave to you. Do not drive your jariyah to adultery who want to guard their chastity so that you can gain the temporary benefits of the worldly life. Whoever drives them to hardship should know that after being driven to hardship (upon them), Allah is Ghafoor (Most Forgiving) and Raheem (the One who very generously accepts repentance).

Tafsir
Those who are unable to marry, or who are destitute or poor, let them guard their chastity until Allah makes them able to marry out of His grace. They should not approach fornication. One day when the Prophet (PBUH) was giving a sermon to his companions about lust, he ordered married people to go to their homes when they felt lust. One of the Companions stood up and said, "O Rasulallah! I sacrifice my life for your way. What should the single people do in this situation? The Prophet (s.a.w.) said that they should fast.
Those who do not have the means to marry should preserve their chastity until Allah (swt) makes them wealthy out of His grace. Islam says that adultery is a great sin in the sight of Allah. This is because adultery leads to moral degradation. It causes the spread of diseases and illnesses. It destroys decency and manners. It destroys the bonds of love and respect between people. It causes family breakdown. It leads to poverty. It leads people to restlessness and narrowness of heart. In order to protect people from these situations, Allah does not allow people to approach fornication, but He gives people life. He prevents weakness of faith. He enables them to worship and worship Allah (swt). But whoever disobeys the commands of Allah, they too will incur the wrath of Allah.
Allah (swt) says: "Those of those who are under your hands (slaves and concubines) who wish to do Muqataba, if you see good in them, then do Muqataba. Muqataba is a contract between a slave and his master. If the slave wants his freedom or the master wants to give the slave his freedom, they make a contract between them. If the slave has the money ready, he pays the money and gets his freedom. If he does not have the money ready, his master will give him a period of time in which he will pay the money and get his freedom. This is called mukataba. The slave must be of sound mind, capable of earning his own livelihood in the outside world, capable of supporting himself and not harassing or harming people.
Allah (swt) is abolishing the era of slavery with the values He has given to human beings, by making them return the money to the master who had acquired the slaves in the age of ignorance in return for a price given to the slaves, and by not usurping the right of the master who had acquired the slaves.
Marry those of these slaves and concubines who wish to marry while preserving their chastity. Do not encourage slaves and concubines who want to remain chaste by being deceived by the temporary benefits of worldly wealth to prostitute themselves. Give to them of what Allah has given you. For wealth and property belong to Allah. Whoever Allah has given wealth, he is being tested. If you sacrifice what Allah has given you in the way of Allah, you will be giving Allah's property to Allah and you will be buying Paradise in return. If your slaves and concubines, those who are in your possession, want to remain chaste, then marry them immediately. If you do not marry them and encourage them to prostitution. Allah is gracious and merciful. Allah is very merciful and gracious to them for the sins they have committed under compulsion.
To give an example of such people: A concubine or a slave wants to marry someone, but her master does not want to marry her. This concubine or slave is determined to take each other. But there is an obstacle in the way because of her master's obstacles. These concubines or slaves love each other very much. If these people who are going to marry, when the obstacles are removed and they marry, and they repent for the sins they committed before they got married, or if they seek refuge in Allah and ask forgiveness for the sins they committed because of the relationship they had with the person they could not marry because of the obstacles, they will find Allah very forgiving towards them.
In another case, if people force their slaves or concubines to commit fornication in order to make money and gain worldly wealth from them, this is a grave sin. If the concubines and slaves seek refuge with Allah from the sins they have committed because of their coercion and helplessness, under fear and pressure, they too will attain the attribute of Allah's forgiveness. Allah's attribute of Gaffar is His forgiveness. The attribute of Settar is the covering of sins.
When Allah covers people's sins with His attribute of Settar, if people expose their sins in time, Allah does not love such servants. Therefore, those who are forced into prostitution and seek refuge in Allah from the sins they have committed will find that they are above Allah's forgiveness. Those who want to force people who will remain chaste into prostitution are committing a great sin in the sight of Allah. If such people do not repent, they will incur the wrath of Allah.
What is said in the video
Surah An-Nur, verse 33. Those who do not find the means to marry, until Allah makes them wealthy by His grace, let them guard their chastity.
With those under your hands, of male and female slaves, who wish to make a mukataba, if you see in them some good, ability and trustworthiness, make the mukataba at once. And give them from the wealth that Allah has given you. To gain the fleeting benefits of worldly life, your slave girls who want to stay chaste, do not force them into prostitution. Whoever puts them under compulsion, let it be known that after their being forced, Allah is most forgiving and merciful toward them. That is, if you force a woman into prostitution and she, without consenting, did it under pressure, under coercion, know that Allah is forgiving toward them. But for the one who forced her, His punishment is severe.
Yes. Those who cannot find the means to marry, those who are alone or poor, until Allah, by His grace, brings them to a state where they can marry, let them guard their chastity. Let them not come near fornication. One day the Prophet (peace be upon him), while preaching to his companions about lust, said that when lust comes upon a person, married people should go to their homes. Meanwhile one of the companions stands up. O Messenger of Allah! May my life be sacrificed for you. In that case, what should the unmarried do, he says. And the Prophet (peace be upon him) gives them this answer. Let them fast, he says.
Fasting breaks lust. So those who cannot find the means to marry, until Allah Almighty makes them wealthy by His grace, must guard their chastity. In Islam, He declares that fornication, in the sight of Allah, leads to great sins. Because fornication brings about moral collapse. It causes ailments and diseases to spread. It destroys decency and manners. It removes the bonds of love and respect between people. It brings about the breakdown of families. It leads to poverty. It drives people to unrest and distress of heart. So, to protect people from these situations, Allah, while keeping people away from fornication, also grants people life.
It prevents weakness of faith. It ensures their obedience and worship to Allah Himself. But whoever does not listen to Allah's commands, they too will incur Allah's wrath.
Allah Almighty says: with those under your hands, of male slaves, male slaves and slave girls, who wish to make a mukataba, if you see some good in them, with ability and trustworthiness, make the mukataba at once. Mukataba is a written contract made between slaves and their master. If the slave wants his freedom, or if his master wants to give the slave his freedom, they make a contract between them. If the slave has the money ready, he pays it and gets his freedom. If he does not have the money ready, his master gives him time, and within that time the slave pays his money and so obtains his freedom.
This is called mukataba. When making this mukataba, the slave must be of sound mind and of age, able on his own to earn his living outside, must have the ability to support himself, and must be in a state where he will not harass people or harm them; this is required. With the values He has given people, Allah Almighty, regarding the slaves acquired in the era of ignorance, without letting the right of the master who acquired the slave for a price paid be usurped, by having his money returned to him, brings the era of slavery to an end.
Those of these slaves and slave girls who wish to marry, guarding their honor, marry them off at once. Deceived by the fleeting benefits of worldly wealth, slaves and slave girls who want to stay chaste, do not push them into prostitution. Give them from the wealth Allah has given you. Because wealth and property belong to Allah. Whomever Allah has given wealth is being tested. If you give the wealth Allah has given you as charity in the way of Allah, then by giving Allah's wealth to Allah you buy Paradise in return. So Allah Almighty says: your male slaves and slave girls, the people under your hands, if they want to stay chaste, marry them off at once; if you push these people's marrying (?) into prostitution, Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful.
For the sins they committed under compulsion, Allah toward them is very merciful, Most Forgiving, Most Merciful, He says.
Yes. For such people, to give an example: a slave girl or a slave wants to marry someone. And the master does not want to marry them off. This slave girl and slave are determined to take each other. But because of the master's obstructions there is an obstacle. These people, slave girl and slave, also love each other very much. Just as their master shares in the sins they committed because they could not marry and were forced, so too, if for these people who are to marry the obstacle is removed and by marrying they repent of the sins committed before marriage, or, for the relations they had with the person they could not marry because of the obstacles, and the sins they committed, take refuge in Allah and ask for pardon and forgiveness, you will find Allah very forgiving toward these people.
In another case, if people, for the purpose of earning money, forcibly push their slaves or slave girls into fornication and want to gain worldly profit from them, these are among the great sins. So if the slave girls and slaves, because of being forced and being helpless, for the sins they committed under fear and pressure, take refuge in Allah, they too attain Allah's attribute Al-Ghaffar. Allah's attribute Al-Ghaffar is His being forgiving. The attribute As-Sattar is His covering of sins. Today there are sellers of women, pimps. Well, may Allah reform them, and they are in great sin.
Since Allah, with His attribute As-Sattar, covers people's sins, if people, when the time comes, disclose their sin, Allah does not love such servants. Therefore, those who were pushed into prostitution under compulsion and, for the sins they committed, take refuge in Allah will see that they are under Allah's pardon. Those who want to push people who would stay chaste into prostitution and (?), in the sight of Allah have committed a great sin. If such people do not repent, they will incur Allah's wrath. Yes.
