Translation

This is the Book in which there is no doubt. It is a guidance for the muttaqi (those who abstain from disobeying Allah).

Tafsir

The Holy Qur'an, as a heavenly book, was revealed by our Lord. (There is no doubt) that it has been revealed by Him. He says that there is no deficiency in the verses of the Holy Qur'an, and in another verse He says, "If this were the word of a human being, it would contain many words that do not agree with each other". In this respect, he emphasizes that since the Holy Qur'an is a perfect book, none of the creatures can speak in return for one of its verses. In this case, He has used the word (beyond any doubt). At the same time, He has proved His Essence.

Allah (swt) revealed the Holy Qur'an as a mercy to the worlds. The desires and wishes of the human being, which we call the will, have been given into his own hands. Mankind has been left free to recognize or not recognize Allah (swt), the Creator. (More in-depth explanations of such verses will be provided in due course).

Such a Book and such a Creator is a guiding proof for the owners of piety who have a sound mind and know the existence of our Lord with certainty.

What is said in the video

The second verse of Surah Al-Baqarah. This is such a Book that, beyond any doubt that it was sent down by Allah, it is evidence for the God-fearing. Yes, Surah Al-Baqarah: Alif, Lam, Mim. Zâlike'l-kitâbu lâ raybe fîh, hüden li'l-müttekîn. Yes.

The second verse is like this. Let it stay here. This too will be needed.

This is such a Book that, beyond any doubt that it was sent down by Allah, it is evidence for the God-fearing. Why is it not evidence for the others? Why is it evidence for the God-fearing? Why is it said "sent down by Allah, beyond any doubt"? Briefly, perhaps here too we (?), you know: had this been the word of a human, you would have found in it many words that contradict one another, He says. So this is a Book from Allah beyond any doubt. The Quran was sent down by our Lord as a heavenly Book. Yes, beyond any doubt that it was sent down by Him, that in the verses of the Quran there is no deficiency at all,

that had it been human word there would be many contradicting words in it, and that therefore the Quran is a perfect Book, stressing that none of the created beings could speak a counterpart to even one of its verses, He used the word "beyond any doubt".

What do we say here? Let us pay attention.

That none of the created beings could speak a counterpart to even one of its verses, stressing.

For example, you say: Allah Almighty says "O you who believe"; I too say "O you who believe", you too say it, but when you say "O you who believe", in those I-M letters, letters, you are saying it using Allah's word. If you speak using any word other than Allah's word, to say something as its counterpart, if you say something, if you say a word as its counterpart, the sequence of letters you used is of no use at all. It has no meaning, only the meaning of the one direction you said has meaning. That is, you say it in one direction. But every letter Allah Almighty says has another meaning. Each letter has a separate secret.

Although we know that those letters combine to point to a verse, that in every verse the letters within it are each a word in separate meanings, if these are gathered and show us a path in one verse, the deeper it goes, its second meaning, third meaning, fifth meaning, fifteenth meaning, fiftieth meaning, seventieth meaning go on. With what? With Allah Almighty bringing forth that verse through His sequence of letters. And man's goes with his random words. For example, let's say two hydrogens and one oxygen form water.

It is impossible for you to find these two hydrogens and one oxygen and form this water. This is impossible.

In your speech, even if various sequences, elements come together, no particular substance comes into being. Because speech has no force. You only express your intent with a certain word. Your intent. Yes. So when He says "beyond any doubt", it indicates that no one can say a word as a counterpart to a verse.

At the same time it outwardly proves His Essence, we said, with this verse. That is, in the other: beyond any doubt that it was sent down by Allah, it is evidence for the God- fearing. At the same time it has outwardly proven His Essence. What does it say? O people! Look, this is such a Book; use your reason. Take a look. Look, is there a word that contradicts another? Or else this is only, only and only superhuman. And it means a Book sent down by a power and force that created these worlds. And that is only Allah. Yes.

He sent down the Quran as a mercy to the worlds; desires and wishes, which we call partial will, have been given into man's own hands;

he has been left free to know or not know Allah Almighty, the Creator.

Yes. What is this? The second verse: the Quran was sent down as a mercy to the worlds; desires and wishes, which we call partial will, have been given into man's own hands; he has been left free to know or not know Allah Almighty, the Creator.

(?) when their turn comes, such verses will be opened to you more deeply and presented. If we touch on it lightly here too, Allah Almighty said: this is a remembrance. We will remember continually. All the verses will remember one another. Because this is a remembrance. And as we remember and remember, all the verses remembering one another, for example, we will mention this verse in many verses too. We will mention the verse I explained with many verses too. In this case, all supporting one another, we will prove that Allah Almighty is free from deficient attributes and that in the Quran there is no human (?).

For according to the meanings people have opened up, many commentaries that (?) one another have been written. Many meanings have been given according to minds. God willing, here we will both clear away falsehoods and learn the verses well. What we call partial will: as we explained before, a little earlier, Allah Almighty created people, well, in the world of spirits, even created our spirits, gave a part of His Essence, and with that part He gave of His Essence, well, man knowing his Lord by his own will. Yes. Desires and wishes, which we call partial will, have been given into man's own hands.

In this case man has had himself programmed; he has been left free to know or not know Allah Almighty, the Creator.

Before such a Book and such a Creator, for the God-fearing, who are perfect in reason and know our Lord's existence with certainty, it is guiding evidence for them. Why? What do we say about the God-fearing? Before such a Book and such a Creator, the person knew his Lord by his reason. Well, perfect in reason, that is, having reached a certain level, the God-fearing one who sees certain realms of meaning by way of kashf, and those God-fearing ones, the believers; guiding evidence for the believers. That evidence and guide also guides the others. If these verses guide them, they guide the others too.

These are the believers. These have become acquainted with the manifestations. Perfect in reason and knowing our Lord's existence with certainty, that is, acquainted with the manifestations, for the God-fearing, for those adorned with piety, guiding evidence for them. Guiding. Here we can also put this verse here. The scholars and the angels bear witness to the existence of Allah, He says. Pay close attention. What does He say? The scholars and the angels bear witness to the existence of Allah. He does not say those who believe bear witness.

Those who believe He makes bear witness in the unseen, with the word of testimony. Because He sent them to the unseen. Here scholars and angels are mentioned. They bear witness to the existence of Allah. Testimony is the testimony of the one who sees. The one who sees. What does it say? Eşhedü en lâ ilâhe illallah: I bear witness that there is no god but Allah. Eşhedü enne Muhammeden Resulullah: Muhammad is His servant and Messenger. Yes. He makes them bear witness to Him with this faith in the unseen. But when He says the angels and scholars bear witness to the existence of Allah, they are the devotion to their Lord of people acquainted with the manifestations, their rising in piety, in rank; and in the address Elestü bi- Rabbiküm, when Allah Almighty said "I am your Lord", the Messenger of Allah saying "yes, this is our Lord", saying "this is", that is those scholars bearing witness both to the existence of Allah and that the Messenger is the prophet of Allah.

The verses will always support one another, gentlemen.
