Translation

Allah has created every living being from water. Some of them crawl on their bellies, some of them walk on their two feet and some walk on four feet. Allah created whatever Allah desires. Verily, Allah is The Almighty.

Tafsir

With this verse, Allah emphasizes Allah's omnipotence by showing people that He is the Creator, that He created out of nothing, that He knows all kinds of creation very well, that He created His creatures with two legs or four legs or as many legs as He willed, that He created each of them in the most beautiful form for their duties, that He created seventeen or eighteen thousand worlds with these beings He created, and that they complement each other like the cogs of a clock.

(Allah creates whatever He wills). Because Allah is exempt from imperfect attributes. He creates beings that complement each other in order for the wheel of the universe to turn and for His creatures to survive. With these beings, He provides for the sustenance of His creatures in the universe and ensures the continuation of their generations. With this, the balance of the universe is restored.

What is said in the video

Surah An-Nur, verse 45: Allah created every living being from water. Of them, some crawl on their bellies, some walk on two legs, some walk on four legs. Allah creates what He wills. Look now, this is what Allah wills. Okay? Here we do not say He creates the one who wills in this way. Here too it is what our Lord wills. Yes. Now one needs to understand this willing very well. If we also carry the willing here over to "the one who wills", like every "men yeşâ" word, it doesn't work. What does it say here? Look.

Men yemşî alâ ricleyn ve minhüm men yemşî alâ erba'. Yes.

Yahlukullâhu mâ yeşâ'. He creates. The creature, the creature He creates, the creature He wills, Allah creates. And then there is the willing of people. Now if you confuse this "mâ yeşâ" willing with people's willing, you turn it into a one-winged bird. You say, come on, fly. It doesn't fly. Yes, you show it to people as a bird. Those who see it say, yes, this is a bird. But they cannot know the longing in it. That is how they have turned the Quran too into a one-winged bird that is meant to fly. They have turned its translation that way. And they have not shown people this truth of it. And when we try to show the truth, all hell breaks loose.

What does it say? Yahlukullâhu mâ yeşâ', innallâhe alâ külli şey'in kadîr. Well, Allah creates what He wills; surely Allah has power over everything, it says. Well, of course He has power. Allah Almighty. With this verse Allah Almighty also, that His Being is the Creator — Allah, who brings into being from nothing and knows every kind of creating very well, of His creations two-legged or four-legged.

With this verse Allah Almighty also, that His Being is the Creator — Allah, who brings into being from nothing and knows every kind of creating very well, giving His creations two legs or four legs or as many legs as He intends — there are forty-legged ones too. Yes. that He created each one in the most beautiful form according to the tasks it will perform — this statement, pay attention to it.

I will open this part up a little for you. That He created each one in the most beautiful form for the tasks it will perform, that with these beings He created He created 17 or 18 thousand worlds, that through them they complete each other like the gears of a clock — showing people this, He emphasizes that Allah has power over everything.

Now what I said here — about these beings He created, that in the most beautiful form He created them — pay attention to that. To His creatures. From the highest down to the crab — it goes sideways like this. That crab's task — in a finer way than it, any being that would fulfill that task does not exist.

That task it performs — someone able to do it better than it, and to take charge of it and say, "it would be better if this crab did it this way rather than that" — no created being can say this.

I am a witness, and therefore to this matter, the created beings, the beings they were created as, for the work they were created for, perfectly created, that created creature will in no way be able to say to Allah Almighty: You, for this task I am to perform, drove me into hardship in this task.

It will not be able to say that. And this part enters the secret of secrets.

When We created these worlds, We did not take the accursed one and his companions as witnesses for Ourselves, it says. So there is one He did take as a witness. By Allah, that is me too. I am a witness. No being, none of these created beings, will be able, to Allah Almighty, to complain about the task it is to perform. Yes.

Allah creates what He wills. Because Allah is free from (?) attributes. For the wheel of the universe to turn and for the creatures He created to find life, He creates beings that complement one another. With these beings He created, He secures the sustenance of His creations in the universe and ensures the continuation of their lineage. And with this the balance of the universe is also ensured.
