Translation

The angels said; “Exalted are You from all imperfections. We do not possess any knowledge except for what You have taught us. You are Aleem (All-Knowing) and Hakeem (All-Wise).

Tafsir

The angels call out to Allah (swt) in this way because they are in a difficult situation and they fear their Lord. What are the angels saying; O Lord, O my Allah! You are the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted. There is wisdom in all Your works. We know nothing but what You have taught us. Surely You alone are the All-Knowing and the Judge. They said, 'You do not do anything incomplete, You do not create anything absurd.

What is said in the video

The angels: O Lord, we declare You free of deficient attributes. That's what it says here. We declare You free of deficient attributes. We have no knowledge except what You taught us. Indeed, You alone are the All-Knowing, the All-Wise, they said. Look. So, Murad, my child, how did the angel know? How nicely he says it. There is life, and it is programmed; does it know that the one before it is its Lord? It knows He is its Lord. Well, there is life, you see; within that program too, Allah's being free of deficient attributes, His greatness and majesty — since they know these, that He creates them as a part of His Self and that they will fall upon each other, it knows here.

There need not necessarily be reason. But this too points somewhat to reason. This is its knowledge within the duty it will do within that program. Knowledge. Even if not in reason, it is knowledge. Of course. Knowledge. It's all in the archives.

The angels' making (?) to Allah Almighty in this way is because they found themselves in a difficult position and feared their Lord, we say. What does it say? The angels: O Lord! We declare You free of deficient attributes. We have no knowledge except what You taught us. Indeed, You alone are the All-Knowing, the All-Wise, they said. Why? They were afraid. Why? They were in a difficult position. Because their saying to Allah Almighty "will You create a being that will cause corruption on earth?" was a situation as if they had opposed Allah Almighty, because of our Lord's creative power and might, and before His majesty, because of their (?), with their own deficiencies they returned to Allah Almighty.

What did they say? We declare You free of deficient attributes. We know nothing except what You taught us, they said. Yes.

What do the angels say? O Lord, O my Allah, You are free of deficient attribute. There is wisdom in everything You do. We know nothing except what You taught. Indeed, You alone are the All-Knowing, the All-Wise. You do not engage in any deficient work. You create nothing in vain, they said. Yes, in this way, knowing their helplessness, asking Allah Almighty for pardon and forgiveness, in the angels' case. Since they, within their own programs, cannot commit errors and then ask Allah Almighty for pardon and forgiveness, they speak within their own helplessness. But this is — compared with our creation with capability — their asking Allah Almighty for pardon and forgiveness in their own language.

In their own language. Yes.
