Those who obey Allah and Allah’s Messenger, then have respect towards Allah and abstain from disobeying Allah, they are the ones who reach salvation.
Tafsir
Whoever enters the religion of Islam, believes in Allah and His Prophet and the Holy Qur'an sent by Him, has faith and obeys, listens to Allah's commands and follows them, respects Allah (swt) and shuns Allah (swt). And he who knows Allah as the Creator and submits to Allah, the Owner, and he who fears the Day of Reckoning and beware of Allah, then Allah will make them happy.
On the Day of Judgment, on the Day of Reckoning, they will see that Allah's promise is true because they have fulfilled Allah's commands, and Allah will place them in the Gardens and they will be happy in the land of eternal bliss.
What is said in the video
Surah An-Nur, verse 52, we have come to it; our daughter is saying it from there too: 52, verse, she says. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Ve men yutı'illâhe ve rasûlehû ve yahşallâhe ve yettakhi fe ülâike hümü 'l-fâizûn. Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger; whoever, that is, not necessarily a Muslim,
if someone from the disbelievers too becomes Muslim and obeys Allah and His Messenger. What does it mean? Whoever? So to whom did the Quran come? Some hodjas say it came to the Muslims. So one really is imagining things. The Quran came to the worlds. So in this case, whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger. That is, he says eşhedü en lâ ilâhe illallah ve eşhedü enne Muhammeden abdühû ve rasûlüh. He reveres Allah. So what does revering Allah mean? That there is no god but Allah. His Being, and that He is the Creator of the worlds, that apart from Him one can take refuge in no god, and since there is no god, He is the giver of sustenance to the whole universe.
In this case, submitting with his whole being to our exalted Lord, the person who glorifies Him, wishes to glorify Him, reveres Allah and is wary of Him and fears Him, that is, I, our Lord, who is my owner, who created me, the owner of the worlds, if you step outside the command He sent us, what happens? I get a beating. Allah Almighty does not appear before you and slap you. What does He do? He leaves you (?) to many afflictions. Both in this world and in the Hereafter. That is what he fears. If he truly guards himself, these are the ones who attain happiness, it says. How beautiful. Now, we are human.
Allah Almighty created humans fallible. If you had not committed errors, We would destroy you and create servants who commit errors, He says. Here, in the time of ignorance, a person gets into many sins.
He also ends up opposing Allah's commands, even unwillingly. He also consumes interest. Doesn't he? He does. He also gambles, he also drinks. But in the verse Allah Almighty: you give up interest, if you return their property.
If you escape the time of ignorance and turn to your Lord. That is: O my Lord, I lived through a time of ignorance. Despite knowing You, I committed many sins. Other than You there is no one who forgives people or us. And other than You we have no door to go to. With firm resolve I have repented of doing these ever again. Forgive me; when he says that, there is no sin that will not be forgiven. Accordingly, the Prophet says in his hadith: even if your sins had reached the clouds in the sky, when you repent and seek forgiveness, that is, when you repent and seek forgiveness with a (?) heart, those sins of yours Allah Almighty changes into good deeds, he says.
How beautiful. Because we have no owner other than Him. Whom shall I go to? Think about it like this. Our child made a mistake.
He did some wrong things. You get angry, don't you? They did what you told them not to. But he came and bowed his head. Father, I did such and such, but I did it without knowing. I did it in great ignorance. Forgive me; if he says that, won't you hug him to your chest? Well done, my son. Don't do it like this again. Look, you've seen that those ways are bad, you say, don't you? How beautiful. For Allah Almighty sent to the earth one percent of His mercy. Ninety-nine percent He reserved for Himself. On the Day of Resurrection I will judge My servants with that ninety-nine percent of My mercy, He says.
Yes.
Let's read the verse once more. Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger, reveres Allah and guards against Him, these are the ones who attain happiness, it says. How beautiful. Look, we come, we perform our five daily prayers. We begin to earn money lawfully. Lawfully. We never look at the forbidden. We give thanks for the blessings Allah has given. For whoever gives thanks for the blessing Allah has given, Allah does not take it from him until he gives it up. And in the verse: whoever gives thanks, We increase his wealth, it says. His wealth. We increase the wealth of the one who gives thanks. Just look at people.
Is there gratitude in anyone?
I couldn't buy a car, he says. Well, I couldn't buy a house, he says. I can't support my children, he says. He says. For example, with this much salary. Why? Because your eye is on what is above, that's why.
In this case he does not say, alhamdulillah, thanks be to my Lord, for the blessings He gave. Even for a dry morsel. Why for a dry morsel? Well, if we think about it like this today. Look, the other day in the Red Sea, as migrants were crossing over, they strafed the thing with a helicopter, strafed the boat. 38 people lost their lives. How well we live in our homeland. We live on a bed of roses. That one, to save his life, to support his children, has emigrated from his country and is going away. to feed himself; we have a house, a home, we have everything. Even those who don't, no one is out on the street.
If he gave thanks for the money he gets, even if it is just a dry piece of bread, would Allah leave him in that state?
People need to take an example from these. An example.
Whoever enters the religion of Islam, in Allah and the Prophet, in the Quran He sent, believes, has faith and obeys, listens to Allah's commands and judges by them, reveres Allah Almighty and guards against Allah, knows Allah as the Creator and bows to Allah, his owner, and on that Day of Reckoning fears and guards against Allah, these Allah brings to happiness. And only the people in such a state are these, the believing people.
That is, to what has the nafs al-mutmainna risen? O soul at peace, your Lord pleased with you and you pleased with your Lord, enter among My servants, enter My Paradise; the people of whom He says this do these things. The others do it once and then don't. They get a reward, then a sin. Going on like this. Can't it be? It can. What is it like? A bucket with a hole in the bottom. Go fill it at the fountain. On the way it drains out the bottom. My water ran out. Go fill it at the fountain again. Again the bucket with a hole, the water runs out. On one side you earn sins. On the other side you earn rewards.
You make them equal. Yet if in this world the world is the likeness and shadow of the Hereafter, why do we earn money here? To buy a house. Right? To buy a car. To live well. To go and travel wherever we want. Right? So in this case we save money. Well, what will our capital be in the Hereafter? Well, it will be rewards. Why should we zero this out with sins? This place of mine is a transient world. We are not a guesthouse. We are travelers, we are passing on. Since childhood we have come and reached the step of 80. Well, in this case. That is, the road goes on and on. What have I done for the Hereafter? That is my true homeland.
Even if here there were not a world full but a thousand worlds full of gold and jewels, I will leave it and go.
The heavens and the earth. The inheritance of what is between these two belongs to Allah, it says. Every soul shall taste death. The inheritance of the heavens and the earth and what is between them will remain to Allah, it says. Why should my inheritance remain to Allah? Well, isn't this property mine? This property is not mine. This property is a trust given to me by my Lord. Well, how is it a trust? Or do you own a single atom of your world? If you owned that atom, it says, nothing of your world would be given to you. You would meet your own needs yourselves, it says. Its meaning is this. Are you able to create a single atom of your world?
If you were able to create an atom, that is, if you had created something from nothing, I would give you nothing of your world, it says. You would meet your own need yourself. So the earths and the sky, the earth and the heavens, what is between these two, from the atom to the globe, whatever there is, all is our Lord's creation. Well, these beings He created will of course belong to Him. Why did we come to the world? We came to prove what kind of person we are. We are travelers; as travelers we are journeying. On that journey we prove what kind of person we are. When our time is up, the command of the Truth will come to pass.
and on our passing to the Hereafter, on the Day of Resurrection, Allah Almighty will say: you too, please come. He will send us to the places we deserve. Yes. On the Day of Resurrection, that Day of Reckoning, because these carried out Allah's commands, they will see that Allah's promise is true, and Allah Almighty, by settling them in the gardens of Paradise, will bring them to happiness in the abode of eternal bliss.
