Undoubtedly, for believers of Allah and the Hereafter, amongst the Jews, Christians, and Sabii, who commit salih deeds, there are rewards on the side of their Lord. There is no fear for them, and they will not be saddened.
Tafsir
Allah (swt) sends books and prophets to the people of every age in a way that they can understand. He sends rulings, books and prophets to the people of the time who can realize the existence of Allah (swt) and fulfill His Shari'ah. He also uses the verse for those who believe, "Verily, those who believe" to declare that Allah's Word is true. In other words, He is saying that My promise is true and no one can be as faithful to their promise as we are faithful to our promise. Whoever follows the Prophets, the Book, the Laws, the Shari'ah, which He sent before, and they fear their Lord, and abstain from evil deeds, and do righteous deeds, they shall have their reward with their Lord. There is no fear for them. On the Day of Judgment they will be welcomed with smiling faces. They will be saved from the punishment of that dreadful day by the care and favor shown to them, and by fulfilling their Lord's laws while they were in this world. They will realize that the promise of their Lord is true and they will cease to fear. Therefore Allah says: "There is no fear for them". On the Day of Reckoning, people will give their account with the justice of Allah (swt). All those who love Allah and act in His way will be welcomed separately and placed in their places. Such people who are friends of Allah will also be given the position of intercession. Such people will intercede for their relatives who are Muslims and deserving of punishment in the sight of Allah. They will not rejoice and grieve that they will be pardoned from their punishments.
What is said in the video
We have come to verse 62 of Surah Al-Baqarah. To verse 62 — Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 62. Indeed, those who believe, that is, from among the Jews, the Christians and the Sabians, who believe in Allah and the Last Day and do righteous deeds — with their Lord they have their reward. There is no fear for them. Nor will they grieve.
So, in the universe, whatever you may be, whether an idolater or a Magian, whatever you may be, before you die, before the soul reaches the throat, while the door of repentance is open, everyone's repentance Allah Almighty accepts.
Allah Almighty waits with His attribute of patience. He also knows what will happen. Yes.
Allah Almighty, to the people of every age, sent books and prophets in a way they would understand. For those people who, perceiving Allah Almighty's existence and carrying out His sharia, believe in the rulings, the books, the prophets and have faith, (He uses) the verse 'Indeed, those who believe', that is: My promise is true. As faithful as We are to Our promise, no one can be faithful. So whoever follows the prophets I have sent, the books, My rulings, that is, My sharia, and if they fear their Lord, refrain from evil and do righteous deeds, they have their reward with their Lord, He says. With their Lord.
Allah Almighty sent to every age, in a way the people of each age would understand, prophets and books. And those who carry out Allah's sharia, who do righteous deeds attain Allah Almighty's mercy. This mercy here, we will tell about a little further below. When righteous people rise to a certain level, there is no fear for them, nor will they grieve. We will explain this verse to you. What does it say? Allah's — they have their reward with their Lord.
There is no fear for them, nor will they grieve. On that day of reckoning, by Allah Almighty's justice — we continue it from here. There is no fear for them either. On the Day of Gathering, when they are welcomed with smiling faces, through the care and kindness shown them, they realize that by carrying out their Lord's sharia rulings while in the world they were saved from that day of terror. He understands that his Lord's promise is true, and he is freed of that fear. That is why Allah Almighty says: there is no fear for them either. Let us explain it in more detail. When people sprout from the ground like grass, that is, on that Day of Gathering, when Allah Almighty again resurrects our bodies and matches them with our souls, couples them, when they go into our Lord's presence, in that Supreme Court, when they go into our Lord's presence, since these people's light shines before them and on their right, Allah Almighty will receive them warmly.
He will receive them with smiling faces. And before our Lord's compassionate treatment they will be freed of all fears.
Think of it like this: for some matter, you are going somewhere.
The place you are going to is expecting you. They also know what you came for.
That boss, that employer, that person already greets you at the door and says, come in, come in. Sit inside. What do you do? You begin to feel affection and warmth toward him. Surely, you say, he knows what I am going to do. He will give me what I want, you say. Or else that person receives you harshly, well, with a sour face like this. What do you do? This time you are afraid. Will I be deprived of my wishes and desires, you wonder. So too Allah Almighty: those with the light shining on their right and before them, those righteous ones, those saints, His saints — Allah Almighty, in the realm of the Hereafter, will Himself receive them.
Himself. And their accounts will be settled first, so that they do not suffer too much. And when they are sent ahead to Paradise by those in charge, the keepers in Paradise, the keeper, the noble angels will say: peace be upon you. Here you are safe and sound. Yes. Everyone will show them reverence and respect.
That is where the 'no fear' comes from. Now, what does the verse say? Nor will they grieve, it says. What does this mean? This, the word 'they will not grieve', this word of Allah Almighty, is because He grants that person the right of intercession. He will grant the right of intercession. For seven up to seventy people, He will grant the right of intercession. What does it say? In Surah Ad-Duha: My Lord will give you and you will be pleased, it says. Pleased. In this case, I have saved my own skin. Fine. The fear is lifted from me. But then I see that my father is going to Hell. Or my mother is in torment.
Well, the sins are many. It is seen there. What do I do? I grieve. I grieve. So Allah Almighty, so as not to grieve that person, to him, to those persons, by granting the right of intercession, takes them out of there. So there is no grief in him either. He rejoices. This time he goes with that joy.
What is this? Do you know what this means, gentlemen? Ladies. Hardly any Muslim will be entering Paradise either. Because if a saint comes from every family, every lineage, and they intercede for seven up to seventy people, then think of the Muslim who says Allah, with the faith in his heart, going there. That Muslim. But if you go in heedlessness, if you go as a denier, if you turn your back on so many blessings and go without recognizing your Lord as Lord, then they have there neither an intercessor nor anyone, it says. Look how beautifully it says it. Neither an intercessor.
So we will have intercessors. First of all the Prophet (peace be upon him). Then the saints among our relatives. Yes. But never rely on them. Don't rely on them. Because if a person could rely on another person, if he could, as I said earlier, Noah's son would have relied on Noah and saved his skin.
I have such a saintly father, such a saintly grandfather, in my (?) there are such saints — if I say that and let myself go, if they could help him, Noah would have helped Noah's son.
Yes. Listen well.
So be wise.
Allah Almighty sends books and prophets in a way the people of every age would understand, we said. We read this part. Since on that day of reckoning they will give their accounts by Allah Almighty's justice, this our (?) — these being given priority, saying let us finish their affairs or let us show this one a little more care than he deserves, being kept from acts that would (?) the other, break his heart, all who love Allah and walk on His path will each be hosted separately and settled into their places, we said. Here we have addressed the general public with outward words. The general public.
Yes, indeed, if this were written — we said if we tried to explain it, the writing would never end. A lifetime would not be enough. We wrote. As long as we live, we will explain. But ten years, but fifteen years. We haven't calculated, but it will probably take about fifteen years. Well. God willing, if we live, we will tell you.
