Translation

We said to you (in the Torah), “Do not spill the blood of one another, do not drive each other away from your homelands.” For that, you are witnesses of what is said in the past.

Tafsir

Do not shed each other's blood with the Book and the commandments that I have sent to you. You do not listen to my commands, even though I told you not to drive each other out of their homes.

It is recorded in history that in the time of the Holy Prophet, the tribes of Beni Qurayza and Beni Qaynuqa were enemies, but the tribe of Beni Qaynuqa was friendly with the Arab tribe of Aws and the tribe of Beni Qurayza was friendly with the Arab tribes of Beni Nadira and Hazraj. There was enmity between the tribes of Aws and Hazraj before Islam. In this respect, the Jews were enemies of the Jews on the other side, and they used to fight with them from time to time.

In this case, according to the verse, "Do not kill, which Allah has forbidden, and do not expel one another from their homes", they did not listen to this command of Allah. They practiced the verse that suited them and turned away from the verse that did not suit them. Allah (swt) means these events when He says, "You are witnesses to what I say because you have experienced these events in the past".

We have said that two of the ten commandments that are a continuation of the eighty-third verse are in this verse.

9- Expelling a person from his homeland unjustly.

10- Not killing a soul unjustly.

What is said in the video

Verse 84, here too there are mistakes, in 84 too; let's correct that as well and then move on. The aim is that we also learn the verses. Yes, verse 84.

What does it say here? That you would not shed one another's blood, that you would not drive one another out of your homes, We took a pledge from you, it says. They had given their word to them too, like this. What did I say earlier? These are wrong. Words are very important. 'We took a pledge.' For example, Ahmet says to me: yes, I gave my word. Who? (?). To me. And I instill those characters in him. But while instilling those characters, I instill them outside the deeds he will do. Who is blamed? I am blamed. Me. So He cannot say 'We took a pledge'. This verse has been interpreted wrongly. He did not take a pledge.

He did not take a pledge. What did He do? 'We had told you this', it says. 'We had told you this.' What did Allah Almighty say? The verse comes anyway. 'Do not shed one another's blood, do not drive one another out of their homes', We had said in the Torah. Then it falls into another mistake. What does it say? It falls into another mistake. 'Seeing everything, you finally accepted these', it says. Whereas in the verse it says: for this, you too are witnesses to what I said in the past. Not 'seeing'. Whom did you see? What did you see that you did this? Did you see Allah, that you witnessed this?

What does it say? For this, you too are witnesses to what I said in the past. Who? The Torahs in their homes are witnesses anyway.

They are also witnesses through the words that came down from their ancestors. In the Quran too it is a witness. Through verses. You too are witnesses, it says. One must open one's eyes to the verses. In this case we corrected 270-some verses. We also produced the translation, we will produce it, God willing. We will also produce the translation. Now let's bring out the luminous light of the dark paths. After that we will produce the translation.

Well, if Allah grants it, after me, for the religion of Islam we will leave a work that will serve it well, God willing. Yes.

With the book and commands I sent you, with commands: do not shed one another's blood. Although We said: do not drive one another out of their homes, you do not listen to His commands. Among these, the strong crushes you, takes him captive, takes the money of the one he captured too, and still uses him as a slave. Such a cruel nation. History (?) that, in the time of the Prophet, the Banu Qurayza tribe and the Banu Qaynuqa tribes had become enemies of each other. Of these, the Banu Qaynuqa tribe with the Aws tribe of the Arabs, and the Banu Qurayza tribe with the Banu Nadir and Khazraj tribes of the Arabs, were friends. Between the Aws and Khazraj tribes there was enmity before Islam.

Therefore the Jews too had become enemies of the Jews on the other side, and from time to time they kept waging war. So in this situation, according to the verse 'do not take a life Allah has made sacred and do not drive one another out of their homes', they did not listen to this command of Allah; they applied the verse that suited them, and turned away from the verse that did not suit them. Allah Almighty, by saying 'since you lived through these events in the past, to what I said you too are witnesses', refers to these events.

Terrible.

Yes.

Two of the 10 commandments, the continuation of verse 83, are in this verse, we said. Driving someone out of his homeland unjustly, not killing a soul unjustly.
