Translation

The blasphemers have said to their Prophets; “We will surely drive you away from our nation or you will surely convert to our religion.” And their Lord revealed to them (the Prophets); “We will surely destroy the oppressors!”

Tafsir

Those who disbelieve, those who do not recognize Allah and the Prophet, those who made their covenants in the past as rebels against Allah, those who were destined to be rebels against Allah, will surely experience the same events in the life of this world and will not recognize Allah and the Messenger.

These idolaters and disbelievers said to the Prophets and the people who believed in them, 'Either you will convert to our religion or we will expel you from our land. Then Allah revealed to His Prophets that We will surely punish the wrongdoers and destroy them. Thereupon these people, who were cruel and tyrannical towards their own souls, began to transgress. They increase their disbelief by persecuting people who believe in Allah. They mock Allah and say, "Your Allah has abandoned you. If there was an Allah as you say, He would protect you. They made themselves witnesses to their own souls and to those around them that they disbelieved in Allah.

What is said in the video

Those who were kafir said to their prophets: we will surely drive you out of our land, or you will certainly return to our religion. And their Lord, to them, that is, to the prophets: We will surely destroy the wrongdoers, He revealed. Yes. These are the people who incur both the worldly and the otherworldly eternal punishment, the people He calls like four-legged animals roaming the earth. The people of whom He even says: in their course they are even more astray.

Those who are kafir — these people who recognize neither Allah nor prophet. Here we say "those who are kafir". In one place we also say kafirs and idolaters. We say kafirs and idolaters.

A kafir is distinct. An idolater is distinct too. People who confuse idolater and kafir with each other have brought about naskh (abrogation) in the Quran. There is no naskh in the Quran. If Allah Almighty does not make the Beloved of the Almighty, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), speak in vain, He Himself never speaks in vain. Then where did naskh come from? Who invented naskh? Those who couldn't grasp it, who were unaware of the Quran's verses, invented naskh. The professors at Al-Azhar University laugh when naskh is mentioned. There was no naskh in the Quran. If one takes the kafir as an idolater, the idolater as a kafir, of course he'll get naskh out of the Quran.

Look what it says now — how does naskh come about?

Do not marry idolaters. Because they, He says, call you to the fire. Allah, He says, calls you to guidance. In another verse He says you may marry kafirs. This verse was abrogated by that, they say. Now, kafir, idolater — I mean, kafir is people of the Quran, I mean, people of the Book. The kafir is people of the Book. The idolater: those who worship idols. They don't believe in a Book or anything, in Allah. They associate partners with Allah. Well, the kafir associates partners with Allah too, but the kafir still knows one Allah. Along with that, he calls Jesus, Ezra, the son of Allah. He calls Mary His wife, but he believes in his book.

He believes in His book too. Now this one is kafir. The other is an idolater. Now about the idolater He says: do not marry them. When it comes to the kafir, He permits them. You may marry from the kafirs, He says. In this case (?), he says. This verse was abrogated by that, he says. And we laugh at them. The man exposes his ignorance. He doesn't understand the Quran, he doesn't understand the verse. And people know it this way. That was abrogated by that. And since they've nicely seen these from one another, since they don't oppose one another, since they adopt one another's ideas, since superstitions get along very well with superstitions, they raise people too in superstition.

And we stand up against them. When we explain the verses — the kafir, the idolater, the Magian, Satan, the fire-worshipper, um — when we explain them, (?) falls on them. We're finished, they say. What shall we do? They talk like that, you know. We're finished. What shall we do? they say. Is there anything you can do? Wherever you turn back from a loss, it's a gain. Learn. Learn. Yes.

Those who are kafir, these people who recognize neither Allah nor prophet, who in the beginning gave their covenant as rebels against Allah, who had their destinies written in this direction as rebellious to Allah, will of course go through the same events in worldly life, and Allah and the Messenger they will not recognize. That is, kafir, but he won't believe in the Quran. And he will deny the Prophet (peace be upon him) too. These are kafirs. They believe in their own prophets. They believe their own fabricated, hand-written books were sent by Allah. These are kafirs. So these are the idolaters and those who are kafir.

Look, here I'm covering them separately. So these idolaters and kafirs, to the prophets and to the people who believed in the prophets, said: either you return to our religion, or from our land we will expel you. Thereupon Allah informed His prophets by revelation: We will surely punish the wrongdoers and destroy them. Thereupon these people, unjust and tyrannical toward their own selves, begin to transgress. By tormenting people who believe in Allah, they increase their disbelief. Mocking Allah: your Allah has abandoned you; if the Allah you speak of existed, He would protect you — they began to say.

Yes. They made their own selves and those around them witnesses that they denied Allah.
