They associated partners with Allah to lead people astray from Allah’s path. Say; “live and entertain (as you wish)! But, your return is to the fire!”

Tafsir

Out of their hatred and arrogance against Allah, they not only led themselves to destruction, but also led people astray from the path of Allah and made them associate partners with Allah. They introduced their idols as gods to people, saying these are our gods. Of course, those who followed these taguts were of the same mindset as those who wanted them to worship idols, so these people continued to associate partners with Allah and followed their callers.

Allah (swt), through His Prophet, addressed these people with the Verses He sent through revelation and said to them: Live as you wish. The meaning of this verse is that Allah, who made a covenant with human beings (kalu bela) and put their will in their hands, sends all human beings to the realm of property when the time comes, and they play the script of their destiny dictated to them by the covenant they made with their own will. This realm of property is a temporary realm. Everyone comes to be a witness for himself. In the end, our return is to Allah. In this case, Allah does not interfere in what people do.

So live as you like, because your return is to the Fire. Allah (swt) has sent people to a realm in which His Essence is invisible and veiled. People looked for the Allah of their imagination in idols. They denied Allah, the One who sent Prophets and Books, who introduced people to the truth in all its aspects. So today it will be said that your place of return is the Fire. For every soul will taste death and finally the Day of Reckoning will come as Allah's promise is true. After every soul has given an account to Allah, those who associate partners with Allah, those who disbelieve in Allah, and every tyrannical soul that hinders from the way of Allah, will be dragged into the Fire.

What is said in the video

In Surah Ibrahim, verse 30: in order to lead people astray from the path of Allah, they set up partners to Him. Yes.

Didn't they set up partners?

Hodja, who is it that sets up partners?

Can you prove it?

If a word has come out of my mouth, it is impossible that I cannot prove it.

I said: didn't they set up partners?

Didn't the man at the head of the community set up partners to Allah? By telling the Pope "I (?) came to be a missionary for you", and, after Allah, accepting Jesus as His son and Mary as His wife, hasn't he set up partners to Allah? It is that simple. That simple. Yes.

To lead people astray from the path of Allah, they set up partners to Him. Say: live as you wish. I just said it, didn't I. Do what you want. No one can extinguish the light of Allah. Because your return is to the Fire, it says. Now, do what you want.

Everyone will live their own destiny.

Let us put a finger on this point and, together with a verse, broaden it and go into it.

For these verses to be better understood, one must go into Surah Al-A'raf, verse 172.

If we cannot know this, if we cannot know it, we keep going astray.

In this verse Allah Almighty speaks of making a covenant. Now, they cover up this verse, pay attention.

They cover up this verse; look how they cover it up.

"Don't go into this; if you go into this, you'll become a fatalist." A fatalist, meaning from now on you'll attach everything to Allah, to destiny. Because that's how they understand it. If you go a bit deeper, you're in the Mu'tazila class. You're in the class of deniers. One, he brands you with kufr. Why? To lead you astray. So that you do not understand the religion of Islam, the verses, well.

What does Allah Almighty say? With those who would come forth from the offspring of the children of Adam We made a covenant. Where is this? Elestü bi Rabbiküm? In the realm of Lahut. He created our souls. There He made a covenant with us. He said: I am your Lord. There, since He gave a part of His essence, because exactly, Allah Almighty (?) resembles man, man there was divided into three groups. Those of the right, those of the left, the class of those brought near. Ve eshabül meymeneti ma eshabül meymeneh. O those of the left, good tidings to you. Ve eshabül meş'emeti ma eshabül meş'eme. O those of the left, woe to you.

Ve's-sabikune's-sabikun, ülaike'l-mukarrabun, fi cennati'n-naim. A third group, it says. The group of the foremost. The group of saints, of prophets, of martyrs, of witnesses.

Now, do you never use your reason? If these billions of souls created here, the One before you saying "I created you" — according to that verse, it is not "Am I not, am I not the One who created you" there, but "I created you", a definite command; even though Elest is a definite command, despite that, can you never think that the One before them says "I created you", presenting so many people as His own creation; had there been another god, and had that god also created them, had he created those souls, would he ever have let them be presented to Him? While He says "I created you", would he let them be presented to that Being?

He would destroy Him and come forward himself. There is no such one. We have been created. So there is One who created us. So the people who were divided into three classes there, and, of whom He says "eshabül meş'emeti, ma eshabül meş'emeh", those of the left, those deniers, waiting for the Lord of their own imagination, turned their backs on Allah. And Allah Almighty says: My Beloved, do not mind their denying you; back then they betrayed Me too. There, according to their wishes and desires, Allah Almighty wrote their own aims for them as destiny; how is it, then, that you take his own aim, his wish and desire, off that person's back and remove it? That to that person, (?), that Lord makes him commit kufr, and says "I increased his kufr".

If You increase his kufr, of course he will do this. So You did not increase it. Allah did not increase it. You cannot ascribe such attributes to Allah. He increased his own kufr himself. He increased it according to the covenant he gave. If you knew this verse, would you explain these passages as superstition like this? Why did they cover this up for you? Because the essence of the verses is here. The essence of human beings is here. That's why they covered it up for you. Second, the covenant of the will, of the partial will, with the universal will — "Oh, don't go into that either." Why? That's what they say, but that's how it is.

The real matters have been closed off. Some man sings a song, "the sorrow," he says, "became a thousand (?) five hundred". O you who are called a scholar, do you never listen to the sorrow, do you never want to draw an example from these, do you never want to take a step to learn on the path of Allah? Has the nafs put an armor of iron like this in front of you? Yes, or else did the nafs see an armor of iron in front of me, so that although I explain (?) and come right to your door, and although I say "invite me to the truth", you turn your back? Just like that, from that armor who entered inside, who enters, who wraps himself in that armor — here everything comes out into the open.

Here: to lead people astray from the path of Allah, they set up partners to Him. Say: live as you wish. Because your return is to the Fire.

Whoever gave Allah Almighty a good covenant, it is impossible for you to turn that into kufr. Whoever gave Allah Almighty a covenant in the direction of kufr, it is impossible for you to turn that to Islam. Well, Hodja, today there are those within kufr who become Muslim. What will you say about them? We say this according to the covenant in the realm of souls. Now I'll explain that too. Allah Almighty is free from deficient attributes. A Muslim soul, that is, a soul that (?) gave Allah a good covenant, He puts into the loins of a polytheist or of an unbeliever. He puts it there. There that person is born, in that land, as a child of kufr.

But in fact he is not one of the people of kufr. Because originally, in the realm of souls, he gave Allah a good covenant. Why did He put him there? Ah, now I'll explain. I'll come to that. There that person, beside that unbelieving father, that unbelieving mother, beside that (?), grows up, and in the end, since his covenant is good, he sees that they are people of kufr and turns to Islam. Why did He do this? So that, by Allah Almighty's attribute of justice, you don't say: You created me in a land of unbelief and created him in a land of Islam; had You created me in the land of Islam too, I'd have been a Muslim too — so that you don't say that, there, that is an arena, He says.

That is an arena. Into the loins of a Muslim, too, He puts an unbeliever's soul, and after a certain time he too turns away from Islam, goes and chooses kufr. As with the son of Noah, as with the father of Abraham. Yes.

I don't know if I can get it across? Understanding the verses is a very beautiful thing. It gives a person peace, peace. This world, you know, the world becomes like a dot in your heart. As if you're in the void of the heavens, about to fill the heavens. There is such a peace, if you know the verses. Yes. Just as, out of their hatred and arrogance toward Allah, they dragged themselves to destruction, they also led people astray from the path of Allah and set up partners to Allah. Like the state of people today. We implore the community, they are our brothers, we implore, they are our brothers. After seeing the truth, let them turn back, let them turn back.

These community brothers of yours, honored with Islam, unknowingly went outside Islam. Let them return to Islam.

And to people, saying "these are our gods", they presented their idols as gods. Of course, those who followed these taghuts, toward those who wanted them to worship idols, being of the same mind, these people too, continuing to set up partners to Allah, followed those who called them and went after them.

If a person's mindset were not the mindset of an idolater, would he follow him? On the other side, the Prophet: O people, there is no god but Allah. Return to Allah. When he says all this existence, this universe, all of it belongs to Allah; when he says tomorrow every soul will taste death and you will be called to account at the Great Court, those who say "tales of the ancients" and to those superstitions bow in worship are, of course, those who wrong their own selves. Yes. In this situation, those superstitious minds, because they were of the same build as their leaders, superstitious minds, followed him.

These superstitious ones will say to Satan in Hell: Back then we followed you. Now, will you be able to save us from here?

Satan will say to them exactly this: This isn't mere talk, mind you. I'm telling you verses. These are verses.

"I made you promises," he says, "but I turned out a liar. Allah also made you a promise," he says. That is, had I only turned to Allah. "I too made you promises, but I turned out a liar," he says. "And you can take something from me, and I from you," he says. How well he puts it. So in this situation, if the verses of Allah, who addresses people clearly and plainly with these verses, we throw behind us, and our nafs too runs after the world and the taghuts we like, how will we, tomorrow in the presence of Allah Almighty, answer? I have a piece of advice for you.

Do not do anything you cannot give account for. Yes.

Allah Almighty, with the verses He sent by revelation, addressing these people through His Prophet: Say, live as you wish.

The meaning from this verse: Allah, who made a covenant with people at Kalu Bela and put the partial will in man's hand, sends all people, when their time comes, to the material world, and by their own will, of the covenant they themselves gave, they play the script of the destiny it had written for them. That is, if we open this up a bit more deeply. Yes. Let me mark this point like this.

Each of our souls, before putting on the garment of the body, in the realm of Lahut, when our Lord said to people "I am your Lord", when He made a covenant with people one by one, at what time they would come, their aims according to their wishes and desires — He writes these for them as destiny and to the barzakh He lifts them. When the time comes for the soul lifted to the barzakh, with which mother and father this soul will get along better, so this soul proves itself in them, and they in it — our Lord knows this; He gives it to them as a child. That person comes to the material world. In the material world, the script he had written there for himself as destiny by his wish and desire before Allah Almighty he plays as an actor in the world, makes himself, those around him and Allah witnesses to what kind of person he is, and departs.

"Did you think you would die without proving what kind of person you are?" That is what the verse means. Yes.

So Allah Almighty, with the verses He sent by revelation, through His Prophet addressing these people: Say, live as you wish. The meaning from this verse: Allah, who made a covenant with people at Kalu Bela and put the partial will in their hands, sends all people, when their time comes, to the material world, and by their own will, of the destiny that the covenant they gave wrote for them, they play the script. This material world is a temporary world. Everyone comes to make himself a witness to himself. In the end our return is to Allah. So in this situation Allah Almighty does not interfere in what people do.

Do whatever you do. Do whatever you do. Yes.

So you cannot blame Allah, saying He said "increase your kufr". Hatemallahu ala kulubihim ve ala sem'ihim ve ala ebsarihim gışavetün ve lehüm azabün azim. They explain this one wrongly too. "We," it says, "drew a veil over their eyes, stopped their ears, sealed their hearts." (?)

Where did the covenant go?

If the ears are closed, the eyes veiled, the hearts sealed — You sealed them, what can I do, a person would say, that is. Whereas they, as regards seeing the truth, had a veil drawn over their eyes, put plugs in their ears so as not to hear the truth, and had their hearts sealed by Allah. These are the very wrongdoers themselves, it says.

"For them is a painful punishment," it says. A painful punishment. Always making things up, making things up, ascribing attributes to Allah.

If people had knowledge of the Quran, when ascribing attributes to Allah, would his tongue ever go this far? Would his heart consent to this? if he had known the truth; but the nafs has blinded his eyes and deafened his ears, and removed feelings of mercy from his heart. The nafs is this nafs. In this situation, with the words he learned from Ahmet and Mehmet, he thought he had knowledge, took pride in this, and instead of turning to the Truth, busying himself with false words is what he preferred.

This is the state of people today.

So: live as you wish. Because your return is to the Fire. Allah Almighty sent people to a world where His essence is not seen, where it is veiled. People searched for the Allah of their imagination in idols. They say: why do you worship an idol? "We don't worship this," he says. "The spirit of our Lord is here," he says, "we worship His spirit."

He has brought Allah down to this — look at the ignorance. Into a (?) he made with his own hand he has put His spirit. Allah is there, in that spirit, inside the body. The universe has been left empty.

There is no one running the universe. If Allah were to withdraw His gaze from this universe for a moment, it says, everything would collapse into each other. In this situation, since Allah is present and watching everywhere, how did you put that spirit inside that body, inside that shape you (?) with your hand, and imprison Allah there? Yes.

As the Prophet was ascending in the Mi'raj: "Stop, O Muhammad, your Lord is performing salat," it says.

The Prophet is astonished. "Allah Almighty has no need to pray," he says, "what is this?" In the Mi'raj, Allah Almighty, to the Beloved of the Majestic, (?) Muhammad (peace be upon him), says of what he heard: (?).

He answers Allah Almighty: "O my Lord, You know me better than I know myself," he says. "I," He says, "have no need to pray. I have no need of worship. For Me, providing for this universe every moment, governing it, and being bound by the responsibility for this is like being in salat," He says. Yes. How did you put that spirit into that body, that figure you set up with your hand?

Live as you wish, because your return is to the Fire. Allah Almighty sent people to a world where His essence is not seen, where it is veiled. People sought the Allah of their imagination in idols. They denied Allah, who sent prophets making the truth known to people in every respect, and books. So, "today your place of return is the Fire," it will be said. Because every soul will taste death, and finally, Allah's promise being true, the Day of Reckoning will come. After every soul gives account to Allah, those who set up partners to Allah, those who deny Allah, every tyrant soul that held others back from the path of Allah will be dragged into the Fire.

Yes.
