Al-Hijr 15: They would certainly say; “Surely, our eyes have been illusioned (this can not be real!). Verily we are a hypnotized/spelled.”

Translation

They would certainly say; “Surely, our eyes have been illusioned (this can not be real!). Verily we are a hypnotized/spelled.”

Tafsir

These people, who have it in their nature to disbelieve in Allah and His Prophets and to deny the Hereafter, with the seeds of rebellion, sedition and discord in their hearts, in the face of such miracles, will say: "Surely our eyes have been turned away, that is, we are seeing a dream, or we are a bewitched people.

Thus Allah declares His existence to mankind with complete examples in every aspect, appealing to a mind that every human being can understand. After such miracles and warnings, every soul will be held to account for what it has done and will not be able to blame Allah (swt) in the slightest.

So, O man! Wake up and shake off. Think and contemplate that there is someone who created you. Do not drag your own soul to destruction by being in such heedlessness and treachery. One does not know when death will come. Tomorrow may be too late. Allah is Tawwab. Only the disbelievers despair of Allah.

How do you know, Hodja? Look, what does the verse below say? Surely they will say: our eyes have certainly been turned. Perhaps we are a bewitched community. Yes.

Thus these people, who have in their nature feelings of not believing in Allah and His prophets and of denying the hereafter, with the seeds of rebellion, (?) and hypocrisy they carry in their hearts, in the face of so many miracles will say: surely either our eyes have been turned, or we are seeing an illusion, or we are a bewitched people. Thus Allah, with examples complete in every respect, addressing a mind every person can understand, thus declares His existence to people. After so many miracles and warnings, every soul will be called to account for what it did, and they will not be able to blame Allah Almighty in the slightest.

Because Allah Almighty, in His verse: with the mosquito and (?), We never refrain from giving examples. The meaning here: Allah, the Owner of the worlds, that there is no god other than Me, addressing people in proportion to each person's mind, makes known to them their Lord, the Owner of the worlds. Even though people know their Lord, even though every mind knows that a Lord created me, if, within the carnal feelings of his own imagination, through Satan's deception, he waits for the Lord of his imagination, surely he will not be able to blame Allah Almighty. So, O man, wake up and pull yourself together.

Think that there is someone who created you, and reflect. Do not drag your own self to destruction by remaining in so much heedlessness and betrayal. No one knows when death will come to a person. Tomorrow may be too late. Allah is Tawwab, accepting of repentance. Only the disbelievers lose hope in Allah. Yes.
