“Until a Day, its time is determined!”

Tafsir

Since every soul will taste death, it is for him to be among those who remain until a known time, that is, until the Day of Resurrection that Allah has ordained, until that time that is known to Allah, and to be given the life he wants.

What is said in the video

1588, 1540, we left off at 1538.

We were talking about Iblis, I think. We were talking about Iblis.

He asks Allah Almighty for permission. What does he say? Until a known time – since every soul shall taste death, until a known time, that is, until that Day of Judgement Allah has decreed, until that time known to Allah, it is that he be given the life he asked for, to be among those who remain. When he says a known time – wasn't he anyway going to set traps before people, to deceive them, to draw them onto his own path – wasn't he going to set traps for people? Wasn't he going to be hostile to them? And if people are finished, the Day of Judgement will come anyway. So he asked Allah Almighty for a life until the Day of Judgement.

And Allah Almighty gives the Accursed One this life. Because, sir, as I told you with the verse as well, sir, if I can find that place here again, it is worth explaining it.

Let's look in Surah Saba, Surah Saba.

It says all of them followed him except a group. In its 21st verse. 21st verse. Yet Satan had no authority over them. He gave him this opportunity only so that we may distinguish and know the one who believes in the Hereafter from the one in doubt. Your Lord is truly the Preserver of all things, it says. Here, in the book we ourselves have made, let us open it.

Surah Saba. Yet the devils – Satan had no authority over them; only so that the one who believes in the Hereafter and those who remain in doubt would be separated from each other, so they would be separated, Satan was given the opportunity he wanted. Your Lord is truly the All-Knowing – when it says this, here they have interpreted this verse wrongly too. They interpreted it wrongly. That is, I'll read you the wrong interpretation again. Satan had no authority over them – correct – but only so that we may distinguish and know the one who believes in the Hereafter from the one who remains in doubt.

As if Allah did not know. Surah Al-A'raf, verse 172 – if they knew this verse, they would not have interpreted this verse like this. Whereas Allah Almighty – there is not a single living being to come until the Judgement of which we do not know what it will do, according to the verse.

Of all the living beings to come until the Judgement, where and what they will do, Allah Almighty knows. Because the keys of the unseen are in Allah's hand. In that case the true meaning of the verse is: only so that those who believe in the Hereafter and those who remain in doubt would be separated from each other, Satan was given the opportunity he wanted. Your Lord is truly the All-Knowing – when we say this, here it is not only Surah Al-A'raf, verse 72; the decisions people will make within their own will, they remove (?). So this time the decision over people, Allah Almighty decrees it Himself, and so with words like 'We sealed people's hearts', or 'We increased their disbelief', or 'We do not guide them to the right path' and so on, they ascribe attributes to Allah Almighty.

Whereas in the mercy of the universe, to everyone – Allah Almighty's mercy of the universe, to everyone. If, through the one He sent as a mercy to the worlds, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), it came to all the worlds, if in the Holy Quran it came to all the worlds, Allah does not discriminate between servants and say, I will not grant him guidance, I will not bring this one to the right path – Allah does not say such a thing. In that case people who say so, people who interpret the Quran like that, bear the burden, the burden. May Allah protect us. So why is Satan given this opportunity?

There is someone who shows the truth. Who was that? Allah. Then the prophets, then the books. Well, someone is also needed who shows the bad and draws toward the bad. And then this opportunity is given. Go on, take those who will follow you, I have given them to you, He says. Those who will follow you. Yes. So, since every soul shall taste death, until a known time, that is, until the Judgement, Satan is given a life
