Translation

(Allah) Said; “This is the straight path leading to Me.”

Tafsir

Allah (swt) has made a covenant with each soul individually and has written people's wills as their destiny. He has left people free in their will. People bear witness to Allah in proportion to their covenant with Him.

Allah (swt) has shown mankind the paths that lead to Him through the Shari'ah. Whoever does not deviate from the path shown by Allah, does not follow Satan and the nafs, struggles against them, adorns himself with taqwa, and pays attention to what is halal and haram, they will attain the mercy of Allah in this world and the Hereafter. This is the straight path to Allah.

And whoever leaves the straight path shown by Allah, turns away from the Verses of Allah and from Allah, and follows his nafs and Satan, he too will suffer the punishment of Allah in the Hereafter. There is no third way between these two ways. Allah, Who has left people free in His will, will reward them for the paths they choose of their own free will.

What is said in the video

We are trying to explain. Surah Al-Hijr, verse 41: Allah said: This is the straight path leading to Me. What is Allah's straight path? It is His sharia ruling. In the light of the verses He has made known to us, and the Prophet (peace be upon him)'s noble sunnah in the light of the verses he made known to us and the sharia rulings are Allah's straight path. Allah Almighty, making a covenant with each soul separately, wrote people's wishes for each person as destiny. Where is this? In that call: Elestü bi-Rabbiküm.

He left people free in their will. People, in the service of the covenants they gave to Allah Almighty, have themselves held as witnesses before Allah.

So Allah Almighty left people free in their will, and within this will left free, since people, by the judgements they made with their own desires and wishes, will receive reward and sin, Allah Almighty, people's – did you think you would die without proving what kind of person you are – in response to this verse?

Allah Almighty does not remove any person's will from that person and use His own will over that person, nor seal his heart, nor push him from the right path, nor withhold salvation from him. Since every person, within his own destiny, people will be judged by the judgements they made, they have been left free in their own will; their desires and wishes, their aims, were written for them as destiny. Since Allah Almighty knows what people, the people to come until the Judgement, will do, why did He send us to this world? This is what matters. As we always explain, because our Lord gave us a part of His spirit, He endowed us with the attributes of His essence.

That's why, because people have a spirit, He made them honorable above the worlds. So Allah Almighty (?) people to His essence. Yes, He created them as a part of His essence.

People, at the address Elestü bi-Rabbiküm – when He said I am your Lord, since one saw the Lord before him as like himself, he waited for the Lord of his own imagination. So he could not believe in Allah Almighty. So Allah Almighty gave them one more chance. So that no one could say: O Allah, if You had sent me to an unseen world, I would have worshipped You so beautifully there – so that they would not say this, He created these worlds for us. That living arena. Now an unseen world where our Lord is not seen. Allah Almighty addresses people through prophets, scholars and books. And how beautifully He shows them the truth, the straight path.

In that case, however that person made a covenant with Allah Almighty at the address Elestü bi-Rabbiküm, whatever destiny he was given, within that life, in this world too he continues this adventure. He plays, as an actor, the script of his covenant that he had written. Yes. So Allah Almighty has shown people the sharia rulings, the paths leading to His essence. Whoever does not leave the path Allah has shown, does not follow Satan and his nafs, struggles against them, adorns himself with taqwa, takes care over halal and haram, they attain Allah's mercy in this world and in the Hereafter. So he finds the straight path leading to Allah.

Now, one abandons the straight path Allah has shown, turns away from Allah's verses and from Allah, if he follows his nafs and Satan, he too in the Hereafter will be subjected to Allah's punishment. And between these two paths there is no third path. Allah, who left people free in their will, on the paths people chose by their own desires will give them their rewards. Yes. Our wish and our prayer is this:

Allah, the Owner of the worlds, Allah who created the worlds from the atom to the globe, Allah who takes us too as addressees of His essence and created us honorable above the worlds – to be servants to Allah, and to be the community of His beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), may He grant us this.
